   从前以法莲说话，人都战兢，他在以色列中高举自己；但他在侍奉巴力的事上犯罪就死了。

   当以弗瑞说话颤抖时，他就在以色列里升高他自己；但当他在巴尔里冒犯时，他就死了。

   从前以法莲说话，人都战兢，他在以色列中居处高位；但他在侍奉巴力的事上犯罪就死了。

   When Ephraim spake trembling, he exalted himself in Israel; but when he offended in Baal, he died.

2. 2

   现在他们罪上加罪，用银子为自己铸造偶像，又照自己的聪明制造，都是手艺人的工作。他们说，献祭的人可以亲吻牛犊。

   现在他们犯罪越来越多，并用他们的银子造了众铸像，又按照自己的领悟造众偶像，这都是手艺人的工作；关于它们，他们说，让祭祀的众人亲吻牛犊。

   现今他们罪上加罪，用银子为自己铸造偶像，就是照自己的聪明制造，都是匠人的工作。有人论说，献祭的人可以向牛犊亲嘴。

   And now they sin more and more, and have made them molten images of their silver, and idols according to their own understanding, all of it the work of the craftsmen: they say of them, Let the men that sacrifice kiss the calves.

   因此，他们必如早晨的云雾，又如消散的朝露，像场上的糠秕被旋风吹去，又像烟出于烟囱。

   因此，他们会像早晨的云，又像朝露一样过去，像糠秕被场上出来的旋风驱动，又像烟囱出来的烟。

   因此，他们必如早晨的云雾，又如速散的甘露，像场上的糠秕被狂风吹去，又像烟气腾于窗外。

   Therefore they shall be as the morning cloud and as the early dew that passeth away, as the chaff that is driven with the whirlwind out of the floor, and as the smoke out of the chimney.

   自从你出埃及地以来，我就是耶和华你的神。在我以外，你不能认识别神；除我以外并没有拯救者。

   然而从埃及的土地以来，我是主你的神。除我以外，你不该知道其他神；因在我以外没有拯救者。

   Yet I am the LORD thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me.

   我曾在旷野干旱之地认识你。

   我在荒野里，在巨大干旱的土地里，就知道你了。

   我曾在旷野干旱之地认识你。

   I did know thee in the wilderness, in the land of great drought.

6. 6

   他们照他们的草场得了饱足；既得饱足，心就高傲，忘记了我。

   他们被按照他们的牧场填满了；他们被填满了，他们的心就被升高；因此他们忘记了我。

   这些民照我所赐的食物得了饱足；既得饱足，心就高傲，忘记了我。

   According to their pasture, so were they filled; they were filled, and their heart was exalted; therefore have they forgotten me.

   因此，我要向他们如狮子，又如豹伏在道旁。

   因此，我要像一只狮子一样对他们；我要像一只在路旁的豹子一样观察他们；

   因此，我向他们如狮子，又如豹伏在道旁。

   Therefore I will be unto them as a lion: as a leopard by the way will I observe them:

   我遇见他们必像丢崽子的母熊，撕裂他们的心膜。在那里，我必像狮子吞吃他们；野兽必撕裂他们。

   我要像一只丢崽子的母熊一样遇见他们，又要撕开他们的心膜，然后我要在那里像一只狮子一样吞掉他们；野兽会撕碎他们。

   我遇见他们必像丢崽子的母熊，撕裂他们的胸膛（或译：心膜）。在那里，我必像母狮吞吃他们；野兽必撕裂他们。

   I will meet them as a bear that is bereaved of her whelps, and will rend the caul of their heart, and there will I devour them like a lion: the wild beast shall tear them.

   以色列啊，你自取败坏，我却是帮助你的。

   以色列啊，你已经毁灭了你自己；但你的帮助是在我里面。

   “以色列啊，你与我反对，就是反对帮助你的，自取败坏。

   O Israel, thou hast destroyed thyself; but in me is thine help.

10. 10

    我要作你的王。除我以外，谁能在你所有的城中拯救你呢？你的审判官竟对我说，给我立王和首领？

    我要成为你的王；可以在你所有的城里救你的任何其他人在哪里？你还对你的众审判者说，给我一个王和众王子？

    你曾求我说：‘给我立王和首领。’现在你的王在哪里呢？治理你的在哪里呢？让他在你所有的城中拯救你吧！

    I will be thy king: where is any other that may save thee in all thy cities? and thy judges of whom thou saidst, Give me a king and princes?

11. 11

    我在怒气中将王给你，又在烈怒中将王废去。

    我在我的气愤里给了你一个王，又在我的怒火里把他拿走。

    我在怒气中将王赐你，又在烈怒中将王废去。

    I gave thee a king in mine anger, and took him away in my wrath.

12. 12

    以法莲的罪孽包裹；他的罪恶隐藏。

    以弗瑞的罪过被包扎起来；他的罪被隐藏。

    “以法莲的罪孽包裹；他的罪恶收藏。

    The iniquity of Ephraim is bound up; his sin is hid.

13. 13

    产妇的疼痛必临到他身上；他是无智慧之子，到了生产之地不宜久留。

    女人阵痛的悲伤会来到他身上；他是一个无智慧的儿子；因他不该在孩子迸发出的地方久留。

    产妇的疼痛必临到他身上；他是无智慧之子，到了产期不当迟延。

    The sorrows of a travailing woman shall come upon him: he is an unwise son; for he should not stay long in the place of the breaking forth of children.

14. 14

    我必救赎他们脱离坟墓的权势，救赎他们脱离死亡。死亡啊，我是你的瘟疫；坟墓哪，我是你的毁灭；在我眼前绝无后悔之事。

    我要救赎他们脱离坟墓的权力；我要赎回他们脱离死亡；死亡啊，我要成为你的灾祸；坟墓啊，我要成为你的毁灭；悔改会被隐藏脱离我的眼睛。

    我必救赎他们脱离阴间，救赎他们脱离死亡。死亡啊，你的灾害在哪里呢？阴间哪，你的毁灭在哪里呢？在我眼前绝无后悔之事。

    I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from mine eyes.

15. 15

    他在弟兄中虽然多结果子，必有东风刮来，就是耶和华的风从旷野上来。他的泉源必干；他的源头必竭；仇敌必掳掠他一切可喜悦器皿的财宝。

    虽然他在他的弟兄们当中是多果子的，一阵东风会来，主的风要从荒野上来，他的泉源就会成为干的；并且他的源头会干掉；他就会毁坏那所有愉快器皿的宝物。

    他在弟兄中虽然茂盛，必有东风刮来，就是耶和华的风从旷野上来。他的泉源必干；他的源头必竭；仇敌必掳掠他所积蓄的一切宝器。

    Though he be fruitful among his brethren, an east wind shall come, the wind of the LORD shall come up from the wilderness, and his spring shall become dry, and his fountain shall be dried up: he shall spoil the treasure of all pleasant vessels.

16. 16

    撒玛利亚必成为荒场，因为悖逆她的神。他们必倒在剑下；婴孩必被摔碎；孕妇必被剖开。

    撒玛利亚会成为荒凉；因她反叛针对她的神；他们会因剑而倒下；并且他们的婴孩会被摔成碎片，他们的孕妇们会被撕碎。

    撒玛利亚必担当自己的罪，因为悖逆她的　神。她必倒在刀下；婴孩必被摔死；孕妇必被剖开。”

    Samaria shall become desolate; for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up.
