1. 1

   以色列是空存的葡萄树，他所结的果只归他自己。果子越多，就越增添祭坛；地土越肥美，就越造美丽的偶像。

   以色列是一棵虚空的葡萄藤，他出产的果子是给他自己；他按照他果子的众多，来增加坛；他们按照他土地的美好，来制美好的众形象。

   以色列是茂盛的葡萄树，结果繁多。果子越多，就越增添祭坛；地土越肥美，就越造美丽的柱像。

   Israel is an empty vine, he bringeth forth fruit unto himself: according to the multitude of his fruit he hath increased the altars; according to the goodness of his land they have made goodly images.

2. 2

   他们心怀二意，现在要定为有错。他必拆毁他们的祭坛，毁坏他们的偶像。

   他们的心是分裂的，现在他们会被找到错谬；他会拆毁他们的众坛，他会掠夺他们的众形象。

   他们心怀二意，现今要定为有罪。耶和华必拆毁他们的祭坛，毁坏他们的柱像。

   Their heart is divided; now shall they be found faulty: he shall break down their altars, he shall spoil their images.

3. 3

   他们必说，我们没有王，因为我们不畏惧耶和华。王能为我们作什么呢？

   因他们现在会说，我们没有王，因为我们不畏惧主；那么一个王能为我们做什么？

   他们必说：“我们没有王，因为我们不敬畏耶和华。王能为我们做什么呢？”

   For now they shall say, We have no king, because we feared not the LORD; what then should a king do to us?

   他们为立约说谎言，起假誓；因此，灾罚如苦菜滋生在田间的犁沟中。

   他们已经说话，发假誓立了一个契约；判决就这样像田地的犁沟里发出的毒参一样涌现出来。

   They have spoken words, swearing falsely in making a covenant: thus judgment springeth up as hemlock in the furrows of the field.

   撒玛利亚的居民必因伯亚文的牛犊畏惧；崇拜牛犊的民和喜爱牛犊的祭司都必因荣耀离开它，为它悲哀。

   撒玛利亚的居民会因为贝撒文的牛犊而畏惧；因其人民会哀悼它，还有那些喜欢它的众祭司，因其荣耀，因为它启程脱离了它。

   撒玛利亚的居民必因伯·亚文的牛犊惊恐；崇拜牛犊的民和喜爱牛犊的祭司都必因荣耀离开它，为它悲哀。

   The inhabitants of Samaria shall fear because of the calves of Bethaven: for the people thereof shall mourn over it, and the priests thereof that rejoiced on it, for the glory thereof, because it is departed from it.

   人必将牛犊也带到亚述当作礼物，献给耶雷布王。以法莲必蒙羞；以色列必因自己的计谋惭愧。

   它也会被带到阿叙利亚作为一份礼品，给雅瑞布王；以弗瑞会收到羞愧，并且以色列会为自己的建议而羞愧。

   人必将牛犊带到亚述当作礼物，献给耶雷布王。以法莲必蒙羞；以色列必因自己的计谋惭愧。

   It shall be also carried unto Assyria for a present to king Jareb: Ephraim shall receive shame, and Israel shall be ashamed of his own counsel.

7. 7

   至于撒玛利亚，她的王必灭没，如水面的沫子一样。

   至于撒玛利亚，她的王就像水上的泡沫被剪除。

   As for Samaria, her king is cut off as the foam upon the water.

8. 8

   亚文的高处就是以色列取罪的地方必被毁灭；荆棘和蒺藜必长在他们的祭坛上。他们必对众山说，遮盖我们。对众岭说，倒在我们身上。

   阿文的高处，也是以色列的罪，会被毁灭；荆棘和蓟草会在他们的坛上起来；并且他们会对群山说，遮盖我们吧；又对众山丘说，倒在我们身上吧。

   伯·亚文的邱坛，就是以色列取罪的地方必被毁灭；荆棘和蒺藜必长在他们的祭坛上。他们必对大山说：“遮盖我们！”对小山说：“倒在我们身上！”

   The high places also of Aven, the sin of Israel, shall be destroyed: the thorn and the thistle shall come up on their altars; and they shall say to the mountains, Cover us; and to the hills, Fall on us.

9. 9

   以色列啊，你从基比亚的日子以来已经犯罪。他们站在那里，住基比亚的人以为攻击罪孽儿女的战事临不到自己。

   以色列啊，你从基比亚的日子以来，已经犯罪；他们站在那里；在基比亚，针对罪过孩子们的战斗，没有追上他们。

   “以色列啊，你从基比亚的日子以来时常犯罪。你们的先人曾站在那里，现今住基比亚的人以为攻击罪孽之辈的战事临不到自己。

   O Israel, thou hast sinned from the days of Gibeah: there they stood: the battle in Gibeah against the children of iniquity did not overtake them.

10. 10

    我必随意惩罚他们。他们在自己两犁沟中自捆的时候，列邦的民必聚集攻击他们。

    这在我的渴望中就是责打他们；当他们把自己捆在他们的两条犁沟里时，人民就会被聚集针对他们。

    我必随意惩罚他们。他们为两样的罪所缠；列邦的民必聚集攻击他们。

    It is in my desire that I should chastise them; and the people shall be gathered against them, when they shall bind themselves in their two furrows.

11. 11

    以法莲是驯良的母牛犊，喜爱踹谷，我却将轭加在她肥美的脖子上，我要使以法莲被骑。犹大必耕田；雅各必耙地。

    以弗瑞就像一只被教导的母牛犊，爱去踹谷；但我在她漂亮的脖子上过去了；我要把以弗瑞变成坐骑；犹大会耕田，雅克布会打碎他的土块。

    “以法莲是驯良的母牛犊，喜爱踹谷，我却将轭加在它肥美的颈项上，我要使以法莲拉套（或译：被骑）。犹大必耕田；雅各必耙地。

    And Ephraim is as an heifer that is taught, and loveth to tread out the corn; but I passed over upon her fair neck: I will make Ephraim to ride; Judah shall plow, and Jacob shall break his clods.

12. 12

    你们要为自己栽种公义，就能收割怜悯。现在正是寻求耶和华的时候；你们要开垦荒地，等他临到，使公义如雨降在你们身上。

    在正义里向你们自己播种吧，在怜悯里收割；拆散你们休耕的地面；因这是寻找主的时间，直到他来并把正义的雨下在你们身上。

    你们要为自己栽种公义，就能收割慈爱。现今正是寻求耶和华的时候；你们要开垦荒地，等他临到，使公义如雨降在你们身上。

    Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

13. 13

    你们耕种的是奸恶，收割的是罪孽，吃的是谎话的果子。因你信靠自己的行为，和勇士众多，

    你们已耕犁了邪恶，你们已收割了罪过；你们已吃了谎言的果子；因为你信靠你的道路，并信靠你大能之人的众多，

    “你们耕种的是奸恶，收割的是罪孽，吃的是谎话的果子。因你倚靠自己的行为，仰赖勇士众多，

    Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.

14. 14

    所以在你民中必有哄嚷之声，你一切的要塞必被拆毁，就如沙勒幔在争战的日子拆毁伯亚比勒，母亲在她孩子们上被撞碎。

    因此在你的人民当中会有一个骚乱兴起，你的一切要塞都要被毁坏，就像沙尔幔在争战日子毁坏了贝沙伯尔；母亲在她的孩子们身上被摔成碎片。

    所以在这民中必有哄嚷之声，你一切的保障必被拆毁，就如沙勒幔在争战的日子拆毁伯·亚比勒，将其中的母子一同摔死。

    Therefore shall a tumult arise among thy people, and all thy fortresses shall be spoiled, as Shalman spoiled Betharbel in the day of battle: the mother was dashed in pieces upon her children.

15. 15

    因你们的大恶，伯特利必使你们遭遇如此：一个早上，以色列的王必完全剪除。

    因为你们的大邪恶，贝斯尔会这样对你们做的；在一个早晨，以色列的王会被彻底剪除。

    因他们的大恶，伯特利必使你们遭遇如此。到了黎明，以色列的王必全然灭绝。”

    So shall Bethel do unto you because of your great wickedness: in a morning shall the king of Israel utterly be cut off.
