（亚萨的训诲诗。）我的民哪，你们要听我的律法，侧耳听我口中的话。
（阿撒弗的教诲诗。）我的人民啊，对我的法律侧耳；对我口中的话倾耳。
我的民哪，你们要留心听我的训诲，侧耳听我口中的话。
(Maschil of Asaph.) Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth.

我要开口说比喻；我要说出古时的隐语，
我要开口说一个比喻；我要讲出旧时的暗语；
我要开口说比喻；我要说出古时的谜语，
I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:
3
是我们所听见、所知道的，也是我们的父辈告诉我们的。
是我们已听见和知道的，也是我们的父辈已告诉了我们的。
是我们所听见、所知道的，也是我们的祖宗告诉我们的。
Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.
4
我们不将这些事向他们的儿女隐瞒，要将耶和华的称赞和他的能力，并他奇妙的作为，述说给后来的世代听。
我们不会向他们的孩子们隐藏它们，要把主的赞美和他的强力，并他做的奇妙工作，向后来的世代显示。
我们不将这些事向他们的子孙隐瞒，要将耶和华的美德和他的能力，并他奇妙的作为，述说给后代听。
We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.

因为，他在雅各中立见证，在以色列中设律法；就是他曾命令我们父辈，要叫他们儿女知道的。
因他在雅克布中建立了一个见证，并在以色列中指定了一个法律，就是他命令我们父辈的，使他们可以让他们的孩子们知道它们；
因为，他在雅各中立法度，在以色列中设律法；是他吩咐我们祖宗要传给子孙的，
For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:

使后来的世代可以晓得它们，就是将要出生的儿女，他们也要起来传给他们的儿女，
这样后来的世代就可以知道它们，就是那些将要出生的孩子们；他们会起来并把它们表明给他们的孩子们；
使将要生的后代子孙可以晓得；他们也要起来告诉他们的子孙，
That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:

好叫他们指望神，不忘记神的作为，唯要守他的诫命；
从而他们可以把他们的希望立在神里面，又不会忘记神的工作，而是去持守他的诫命；
好叫他们仰望　神，不忘记　神的作为，惟要守他的命令。
That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:

不要像他们的父辈，是顽梗悖逆、居心不正之辈，向着神，灵不坚定。
不要像他们的父辈，一个顽固反叛的世代，一个没有把心立正的世代，他们的灵也没有坚定在神那里。
不要像他们的祖宗，是顽梗悖逆、居心不正之辈，向着　神，心不诚实。
And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.

以法莲儿女带着武器，拿着弓，临阵之日转身退后。
以弗瑞孩子们武装好，并带着弓，在打仗的那天却转身退后。
以法莲的子孙带着兵器，拿着弓，临阵之日转身退后。
The children of Ephraim, being armed, and carrying bows, turned back in the day of battle.

他们不遵守神的约，拒绝行在他的律法中；
他们没有持守神的契约，又拒绝走在他的法律中；
他们不遵守　神的约，不肯照他的律法行；
They kept not the covenant of God, and refused to walk in his law;
11
又忘记他所行的和他显给他们的奇事。
还忘记了他的工作和他显示给他们的众奇事。
又忘记他所行的和他显给他们奇妙的作为。
And forgat his works, and his wonders that he had shewed them.
12
他在埃及地，在琐安田，在他们父辈的眼前行不可思议的事。
他在埃及的土地里，在佐安的田野里，在他们父辈的眼里，做了奇异的事。
他在埃及地，在琐安田，在他们祖宗的眼前施行奇事。
Marvellous things did he in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.

他将海分开，使他们过去，又叫众水立起如垒。
他分开了海，使他们经过，他又使众水立起就像一个堆。
他将海分裂，使他们过去，又叫水立起如垒。
He divided the sea, and caused them to pass through; and he made the waters to stand as an heap.

他也在白天用云，终夜用火光引导他们。
他在白天用一朵云，整夜用一束火光带领他们。
他白日用云彩，终夜用火光引导他们。
In the daytime also he led them with a cloud, and all the night with a light of fire.
15
他在旷野分裂磐石，给他们水喝，如从大深渊而出。
他在荒野里裂开岩石，给他们喝，就如从巨大的众深处出来的。
他在旷野分裂磐石，多多地给他们水喝，如从深渊而出。
He clave the rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink as out of the great depths.

他也使水流从磐石涌出，叫众水如江河下流。
他也把众水流从岩石中带出来，又使众水像江河下流。

He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers.

他们却愈发得罪他，在旷野之地惹动至高者。
然后，他们借着在荒野中挑衅至高者，就更多地向他犯罪。
他们却仍旧得罪他，在干燥之地悖逆至高者。
And they sinned yet more against him by provoking the most High in the wilderness.

他们心中试探神，随他们的情欲求食物，
他们又借着为他们的贪欲要食物，就在他们心里试探神。

And they tempted God in their heart by asking meat for their lust.
19
并且攻击神说，神能在旷野摆设宴席吗？
是的，他们说话攻击神；他们说，神在荒野能摆设一个宴席吗？
并且妄论　神说：“　神在旷野岂能摆设筵席吗？
Yea, they spake against God; they said, Can God furnish a table in the wilderness?
20
看啊，他既击打磐石，使众水涌出，溪流浸溢；他还能给粮食吗？还能为他的百姓预备肉吗？
看啊，他就重击岩石，使众水涌出，众水流就溢了出来；他也能给饼吗？他能给他的人民提供肉吗？
他曾击打磐石，使水涌出，成了江河；他还能赐粮食吗？还能为他的百姓预备肉吗？”
Behold, he smote the rock, that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed; can he give bread also? can he provide flesh for his people?

所以，耶和华听见就发怒；有烈火向雅各烧起；有怒气也向以色列上腾；
因此，主听见这事就恼怒；所以有一把火针对雅克布点燃，也有气愤针对以色列上来；
所以，耶和华听见就发怒；有烈火向雅各烧起；有怒气向以色列上腾；
Therefore the LORD heard this, and was wroth: so a fire was kindled against Jacob, and anger also came up against Israel;

因为他们不信神，不信靠他的拯救。
因为他们不信神，也不信靠他的拯救；
因为他们不信服　神，不倚赖他的救恩。
Because they believed not in God, and trusted not in his salvation:
23
他尽管从高处命令云，又敞开天上的门，
尽管他从上面命令了众云，并打开了天上的门，
他却吩咐天空，又敞开天上的门，
Though he had commanded the clouds from above, and opened the doors of heaven,
24
降下吗哪如雨给他们吃，将天上的谷物给他们。
把吗哪像雨降到他们身上给他们吃，并把天上的谷给了他们。
降吗哪，像雨给他们吃，将天上的粮食赐给他们。
And had rained down manna upon them to eat, and had given them of the corn of heaven.
25
人得吃天使的食物；他差来粮食，使他们饱足。
人吃了天使吃的；他又送来食物，使他们饱足。
各人（或译：人）吃大能者的食物；他赐下粮食，使他们饱足。
Man did eat angels' food: he sent them meat to the full.

他使东风吹在天空，又借他的能力带来南风。
然后他使一阵东风吹在天上；又借他的权力带来南风。
他领东风起在天空，又用能力引了南风来。
He caused an east wind to blow in the heaven: and by his power he brought in the south wind.
27
他降下肉如雨给他们，多如尘土，有羽翼的飞禽多如海沙，
他也把肉像尘土一样降到他们身上，就是有羽毛的飞禽，像海的沙一样；
他降肉，像雨在他们当中，多如尘土，又降飞鸟，多如海沙，
He rained flesh also upon them as dust, and feathered fowls like as the sand of the sea:

落在他们的营中，在他们住处的周围。
他让它落在他们的营地当中，在他们住处的周围。
落在他们的营中，在他们住处的四面。
And he let it fall in the midst of their camp, round about their habitations.

他们吃了，而且饱足；这样就随了他们所欲的。
所以他们就吃了，又被撑饱了；因他把他们自己的渴望给了他们。

So they did eat, and were well filled: for he gave them their own desire;

他们贪而无厌。但是，当食物还在他们口中的时候，

They were not estranged from their lust. But while their meat was yet in their mouths,

神的怒气就临到他们，杀了他们的肥壮人，打倒以色列特选之人。
神的怒火就来到了他们身上，并杀了他们中最肥壮的，又击倒以色列中被选择的众人。
神的怒气就向他们上腾，杀了他们内中的肥壮人，打倒以色列的少年人。
The wrath of God came upon them, and slew the fattest of them, and smote down the chosen men of Israel.

虽是这样，他们仍旧犯罪，不信他奇妙的作为。
为所有这些事他们仍然犯罪，并不因他奇妙的工作而相信。

For all this they sinned still, and believed not for his wondrous works.

因此，他叫他们的日子全归虚空，叫他们的年岁尽属艰难。

Therefore their days did he consume in vanity, and their years in trouble.

When he slew them, then they sought him: and they returned and enquired early after God.

And they remembered that God was their rock, and the high God their redeemer.

他们却用口谄媚他，用舌向他说谎。

Nevertheless they did flatter him with their mouth, and they lied unto him with their tongues.

因他们的心向他不正，在他的约上也不坚定。
因他们的心与他不一致，他们在他的契约上也不坚定。
因他们的心向他不正，在他的约上也不忠心。
For their heart was not right with him, neither were they stedfast in his covenant.
38
但他满怀同情，赦免他们的罪孽，不毁灭他们，而且屡次消他的怒气，不发尽他的愤怒。
但他，满有同情，原谅了他们的罪过，并没有毁灭他们；是的，他很多次转消了他的气愤，没有激起他所有的怒火。
但他有怜悯，赦免他们的罪孽，不灭绝他们，而且屡次消他的怒气，不发尽他的忿怒。
But he, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and destroyed them not: yea, many a time turned he his anger away, and did not stir up all his wrath.

因他记念他们不过是肉体，是一阵去而不返的风。
因他记得他们不过是肉体；是一阵去而不返的风。
他想到他们不过是血气，是一阵去而不返的风。
For he remembered that they were but flesh; a wind that passeth away, and cometh not again.
40
多少次，他们在旷野惹动他，在荒漠叫他悲伤。
多少次，他们在荒野里惹动他，在荒漠里让他忧愁！
他们在旷野悖逆他，在荒地叫他担忧，何其多呢！
How oft did they provoke him in the wilderness, and grieve him in the desert!
41
是的，他们转去退后并试探神，限制以色列的圣者。
是的，他们转背并试探神，又限制以色列的神圣者。
他们再三试探　神，惹动以色列的圣者。
Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel.
42
他们不记念他的手和拯救他们脱离敌人的日子；
他们不记得他的手和拯救他们脱离敌人的那天；
他们不追念他的能力（原文是手）和赎他们脱离敌人的日子；
They remembered not his hand, nor the day when he delivered them from the enemy.
43
他怎样在埃及地显迹象，在琐安田显奇事，
他怎么在埃及地行了他的迹象，在佐安田野里行了他的奇事；
他怎样在埃及地显神迹，在琐安田显奇事，
How he had wrought his signs in Egypt, and his wonders in the field of Zoan.
44
把他们的河流并江河都变为血，使他们不能喝。
把他们的众河流变为血；还有他们的河汊，使他们不能喝。
把他们的江河并河汊的水都变为血，使他们不能喝。
And had turned their rivers into blood; and their floods, that they could not drink.
45
他叫各种各样的苍蝇落在他们当中，吞噬他们，又叫青蛙毁坏他们，
他派各种苍蝇到他们当中，吞灭他们，又派青蛙毁灭他们，
他叫苍蝇成群落在他们当中，嘬尽他们，又叫青蛙灭了他们，
He sent divers sorts of flies among them, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them.
46
也把他们的土产交给毛毛虫，把他们辛苦得来的交给蝗虫。
他还把他们的出产给毛虫，并把他们的劳动给蝗虫。
把他们的土产交给蚂蚱，把他们辛苦得来的交给蝗虫。
He gave also their increase unto the caterpiller, and their labour unto the locust.

他用冰雹毁坏他们的葡萄树，用霜毁坏他们的无花果树，
他用冰雹毁灭他们的葡萄藤，又用霜毁灭他们的西克莫树。
他降冰雹打坏他们的葡萄树，下严霜打坏他们的桑树，
He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycomore trees with frost.

又把他们的牲畜交给冰雹，把他们的群畜交给炙热的闪电。
他也把他们的牲畜交给冰雹，又把他们的群畜给了炙热的闪电。
又把他们的牲畜交给冰雹，把他们的群畜交给闪电。
He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts.

他差邪恶的天使到他们中间，向他们倾倒他猛烈的怒气、愤怒、恼怒和苦难。
借着派坏天使到他们当中，他把他猛烈的气愤，怒火，愤怒，困苦都抛到他们身上。
他使猛烈的怒气和忿怒、恼恨、苦难成了一群降灾的使者，临到他们。
He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.
50
他为自己的怒气开了路，没有使他们的魂免于死亡，倒将他们的性命交给瘟疫，
他开了一条通往自己气愤的道路，他不饶恕他们的魂脱离死亡，而是任由他们的生命被交给瘟疫；
他为自己的怒气修平了路，将他们交给瘟疫，使他们死亡，
He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;
51
在埃及击杀一切头生的，在含的帐篷中击杀他们强壮时首生的。
然后在埃及猛击一切首生的；在罕的帐幕里猛击他们强力的首领；
在埃及击杀一切长子，在含的帐棚中击杀他们强壮时头生的。
And smote all the firstborn in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham:

他却领出自己的民如羊，在旷野引他们如羊群。
却使自己的人民像羊一样出去，并在荒野里像羊群一样引导他们。
他却领出自己的民如羊，在旷野引他们如羊群。
But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.

他安全的引领他们，使他们不致畏惧；海却淹没他们的仇敌。
他又安全地带他们出来，以至于他们不畏惧；海却淹没了他们的众敌人。
他领他们稳稳妥妥地，使他们不致害怕；海却淹没他们的仇敌。
And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.

他带他们到自己圣所的边界，到他右手所买的这山。
然后他把他们带到他圣所的边界，就是到他的右手买的这山。
他带他们到自己圣地的边界，到他右手所得的这山地。
And he brought them to the border of his sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased.

他也在他们面前赶出外邦人，用绳分产业给他们，叫以色列支派的人住在他们的帐篷里。
他还在他们面前赶出异教徒，又用线把地分给他们作产业，使以色列的众支派住在他们的帐篷里。

He cast out the heathen also before them, and divided them an inheritance by line, and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their tents.

他们仍旧试探、惹动至高的神，不守他的证词，
然而他们仍然试探并惹动至高神，又不持守他的众见证；
他们仍旧试探、悖逆至高的　神，不守他的法度，
Yet they tempted and provoked the most high God, and kept not his testimonies:
57
反倒退后，行事不忠，像他们的父辈一样；他们改变，如同翻背的弓。
反而转背，做事又不守信，像他们的父辈一样；他们转到旁边就像一把欺骗的弓。
反倒退后，行诡诈，像他们的祖宗一样；他们改变，如同翻背的弓。
But turned back, and dealt unfaithfully like their fathers: they were turned aside like a deceitful bow.
58
因他们的高处惹了他的怒气；因他们雕刻的偶像触动他的嫉妒。
因他们用他们的众高处惹他生气，又用他们雕刻的众形象触动他嫉妒。
因他们的邱坛惹了他的怒气；因他们雕刻的偶像触动他的愤恨。
For they provoked him to anger with their high places, and moved him to jealousy with their graven images.

神听见就发怒，极其憎恶以色列。
当神听见这事时，他就恼怒，极其憎恶以色列；
神听见就发怒，极其憎恶以色列人。
When God heard this, he was wroth, and greatly abhorred Israel:
60
以致他离弃示罗的帐幕，就是他在人间所搭的帐篷；
以致他离弃示罗的帐幕，就是他在众人当中安置的帐篷；
甚至他离弃示罗的帐幕，就是他在人间所搭的帐棚；
So that he forsook the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent which he placed among men;

又将他的力量交给人掳去，将他的荣耀交在敌人手中；
并且交出他的强力给人掳去，又把他的荣耀交在敌人的手中；
又将他的约柜（原文是能力）交与人掳去，将他的荣耀交在敌人手中；
And delivered his strength into captivity, and his glory into the enemy's hand.

并将他的百姓交给刀剑，向他的产业发怒。
他也任由他的人民被交给剑；并恼怒他的产业。
并将他的百姓交与刀剑，向他的产业发怒。
He gave his people over also unto the sword; and was wroth with his inheritance.
63
他们的少年人被火烧灭；他们的少女没有出嫁。
火消灭了他们的年轻人们；并且他们的少女没有被许配。
少年人被火烧灭；处女也无喜歌。
The fire consumed their young men; and their maidens were not given to marriage.
64
他们的祭司倒在剑下，他们的寡妇却不哀哭。
他们的祭司倒在剑下；并且他们的寡妇没有哀痛。
祭司倒在刀下，寡妇却不哀哭。
Their priests fell by the sword; and their widows made no lamentation.
65
那时，主像人睡醒，像勇士因酒呼喊。
于是，主像一个人那样睡醒，又像一个大能的人那样借着酒的缘故喊叫。
那时，主像世人睡醒，像勇士饮酒呼喊。
Then the LORD awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.
66
他就打他敌人的后面，叫他们永蒙羞辱；
然后他就猛击他众敌人的后面部分；他使他们永久耻辱。
他就打退了他的敌人，叫他们永蒙羞辱；
And he smote his enemies in the hinder parts: he put them to a perpetual reproach.
67
并且他拒绝约瑟的帐幕，不拣选以法莲支派，
此外，他拒绝了约瑟弗的帐幕，并且不选择以弗瑞支派；
并且他弃掉约瑟的帐棚，不拣选以法莲支派，
Moreover he refused the tabernacle of Joseph, and chose not the tribe of Ephraim:
68
却拣选犹大支派，他所喜爱的锡安山；
却选择了犹大支派，他爱的锡安山；
却拣选犹大支派，他所喜爱的锡安山。
But chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which he loved.
69
盖造他的圣所，好像高大的宫殿，又像他建立永存之地；
然后他就建造他的圣所，就像高处的众宫殿，就像他已经建立的这地，直到永远；
盖造他的圣所，好像高峰，又像他建立永存之地；
And he built his sanctuary like high palaces, like the earth which he hath established for ever.
70
又拣选他的仆人大卫，从羊圈中将他召来，
他又选择他的仆人大卫，从众羊圈把他取来；
又拣选他的仆人大卫，从羊圈中将他召来，
He chose David also his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds:
71
叫他不再跟从那些连大带小的母羊，为要牧养自己的百姓雅各和自己的产业以色列。
使他从跟随着那些怀胎的母羊，到了喂养他的人民雅克布和他的产业以色列。
叫他不再跟从那些带奶的母羊，为要牧养自己的百姓雅各和自己的产业以色列。
From following the ewes great with young he brought him to feed Jacob his people, and Israel his inheritance.

于是，他按心中的正直牧养他们，用手中的巧妙引导他们。
所以，他就按照他心的纯全来喂养他们，又借他手的灵巧来引导他们。
于是，他按心中的纯正牧养他们，用手中的巧妙引导他们。
So he fed them according to the integrity of his heart; and guided them by the skilfulness of his hands.
