1. 1

   （给可拉众子的训诲诗，交给领唱。）神啊，我们亲耳听见，我们的父辈给我们诉说过，你在古时，我们父辈的日子所行的事。

   （给科拉众子的教诲诗，交给首席音乐人。）神啊，你在那些旧的时刻，在我们父辈的日子里做的工作，我们都亲耳听见了，我们的父辈已经告诉了我们。

   神啊，你在古时，我们列祖的日子所行的事，我们亲耳听见了；我们的列祖也给我们述说过。

   (To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, Maschil.) We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us, what work thou didst in their days, in the times of old.

2. 2

   你怎样用手赶出外邦人，栽培了他们；你怎样苦待这百姓，把他们赶出。

   你怎么用你的手赶出异教徒，然后栽种了他们；你怎么苦待这人民，并把他们赶了出去。

   你曾用手赶出外邦人，却栽培了我们列祖；你苦待列邦，却叫我们列祖发达。

   How thou didst drive out the heathen with thy hand, and plantedst them; how thou didst afflict the people, and cast them out.

3. 3

   因为他们不是靠自己的刀剑得这地，也不是靠他们自己的膀臂救他们，而是靠你的右手、你的膀臂，和你脸上的光，因为你喜悦他们。

   因他们不是借着自己的剑得这土地为拥有物的，他们自己的膀臂也没有救他们；而是靠你的右手，和你的膀臂，并你面容的光，因为你对他们有喜爱。

   因为他们不是靠自己的刀剑得地土，也不是靠自己的膀臂得胜，乃是靠你的右手、你的膀臂，和你脸上的亮光，因为你喜悦他们。

   For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them.

4. 4

   神啊，你是我的王: 求你出令使雅各被解救。

   神啊，你是我的王；为雅克布命令众拯救吧。

   神啊，你是我的王；求你出令使雅各得胜。

   Thou art my King, O God: command deliverances for Jacob.

5. 5

   我们靠你要推倒我们的敌人: 靠你的名要践踏那起来攻击我们的人。

   通过你，我们要推倒我们的众敌人；通过你的名，我们要践踏那些起来攻击我们的人。

   我们靠你要推倒我们的敌人，靠你的名要践踏那起来攻击我们的人。

   Through thee will we push down our enemies: through thy name will we tread them under that rise up against us.

6. 6

   因为，我必不靠我的弓，我的剑也不能救我。

   因我要不信靠我的弓，我的剑也不会救我。

   因为，我必不靠我的弓；我的刀也不能使我得胜。

   For I will not trust in my bow, neither shall my sword save me.

7. 7

   唯你救了我们脱离敌人，使恨我们的人羞愧。

   而是你救我们脱离了我们的众敌人，又使那些恨我们的人羞愧。

   惟你救了我们脱离敌人，使恨我们的人羞愧。

   But thou hast saved us from our enemies, and hast put them to shame that hated us.

8. 8

   我们终日因神夸耀，还要永远赞美你的名。细拉。

   我们整天在神里夸耀，并永远赞美你的名。细拉。

   我们终日因　神夸耀，还要永远称谢你的名。（细拉）

   In God we boast all the day long, and praise thy name for ever. Selah.

9. 9

   但现在你丢弃了我们，使我们受辱；不和我们的军队同去。

   但你丢弃了我们，又使我们受羞辱；不和我们的众军一起出发。

   但如今你丢弃了我们，使我们受辱，不和我们的军兵同去。

   But thou hast cast off, and put us to shame; and goest not forth with our armies.

10. 10

    你使我们转回离开敌人: 那恨我们的人为自己抢夺。

    你使我们转身从敌人那逃跑；并且那些恨我们的人为他们自己掠夺。

    你使我们向敌人转身退后；那恨我们的人任意抢夺。

    Thou makest us to turn back from the enemy: and they which hate us spoil for themselves.

11. 11

    你交付我们如命定作食物的羊；把我们分散在外邦中。

    你把我们交了出来，就像指定作食物的羊；又把我们分散在异教徒当中。

    你使我们当作快要被吃的羊，把我们分散在列邦中。

    Thou hast given us like sheep appointed for meat; and hast scattered us among the heathen.

12. 12

    你卖了你的子民也不赚利，所得的价值并不加添你的资财。

    你白白地卖了你的人民，又没有以他们的价钱加添你的财富。

    你卖了你的子民也不赚利，所得的价值并不加添你的资财。

    Thou sellest thy people for nought, and dost not increase thy wealth by their price.

13. 13

    你使我们受邻居的羞辱，被周围的人嗤笑讥刺。

    你使我们成为我们邻居的一个耻辱，成为我们周围的人的一个蔑视和一个讥讽。

    你使我们受邻国的羞辱，被四围的人嗤笑讥刺。

    Thou makest us a reproach to our neighbours, a scorn and a derision to them that are round about us.

14. 14

    你使我们在外邦中作了笑谈，使众民向我们摇头。

    你使我们在异教徒当中成了笑柄，使这人民向我们摇头。

    你使我们在列邦中作了笑谈，使众民向我们摇头。

    Thou makest us a byword among the heathen, a shaking of the head among the people.

15. 15

    我的混乱终日在我面前，我脸上的羞愧将我遮蔽，

    我的羞辱持续地在我面前，我脸上的羞愧把我遮盖，

    我的凌辱终日在我面前，我脸上的羞愧将我遮蔽，

    My confusion is continually before me, and the shame of my face hath covered me,

16. 16

    都因那辱骂亵渎的声音，又因仇敌和报仇的人。

    都因那辱骂和亵渎的人的声音；又因敌人和报仇者。

    都因那辱骂毁谤人的声音，又因仇敌和报仇人的缘故。

    For the voice of him that reproacheth and blasphemeth; by reason of the enemy and avenger.

17. 17

    这都临到我们，我们却没有忘记你，也没有虚假的对待你的约。

    所有这些都来到我们的身上；而我们仍然没有忘记你，我们也没有在你的契约里弄虚作假。

    这都临到我们身上，我们却没有忘记你，也没有违背你的约。

    All this is come upon us; yet have we not forgotten thee, neither have we dealt falsely in thy covenant.

18. 18

    我们的心没有退后；我们的脚也没有偏离你的路；

    我们的心没有转回去，我们的脚也没有从你的道路上倾斜；

    我们的心没有退后；我们的脚也没有偏离你的路。

    Our heart is not turned back, neither have our steps declined from thy way;

19. 19

    你在龙之处大大破碎我们，用死荫遮蔽我们。

    虽然你在众龙的地方重伤我们，又用死之阴影遮盖我们。

    你在野狗之处压伤我们，用死荫遮蔽我们。

    Though thou hast sore broken us in the place of dragons, and covered us with the shadow of death.

20. 20

    如果我们忘了我们神的名，或向外邦神举手，

    如果我们忘了我们神的名，或向一个外神举手；

    倘若我们忘了　神的名，或向别神举手，

    If we have forgotten the name of our God, or stretched out our hands to a strange god;

21. 21

    神难道不搜出这事吗？因为他知道人心里的秘密。

    难道神不会查出这事？因他知道心里的秘密。

    神岂不鉴察这事吗？因为他晓得人心里的隐秘。

    Shall not God search this out? for he knoweth the secrets of the heart.

22. 22

    是的，我们因为你终日被杀；我们被当作将宰的羊。

    是的，因你的缘故，我们整天被杀；我们被算为待宰的羊。

    我们为你的缘故终日被杀；人看我们如将宰的羊。

    Yea, for thy sake are we killed all the day long; we are counted as sheep for the slaughter.

23. 23

    主啊，醒来，你为什么睡呢？兴起，不要永远丢弃我们。

    主啊，醒来吧，你为什么睡觉？起来吧，不要永远丢弃我们。

    主啊，求你睡醒，为何尽睡呢？求你兴起，不要永远丢弃我们！

    Awake, why sleepest thou, O Lord? arise, cast us not off for ever.

24. 24

    你为什么掩面，忘记我们所遭的苦难和所受的欺压？

    你为什么隐藏你的脸，又忘记我们的苦难和我们的欺压？

    你为何掩面，不顾我们所遭的苦难和所受的欺压？

    Wherefore hidest thou thy face, and forgettest our affliction and our oppression?

25. 25

    我们的魂伏于尘土: 我们的肚子紧贴地面。

    因我们的魂向尘土屈身；我们的肚子跟这地粘在一起。

    我们的性命伏于尘土；我们的肚腹紧贴地面。

    For our soul is bowed down to the dust: our belly cleaveth unto the earth.

26. 26

    起来帮助我们，凭你的怜悯救赎我们。

    为了我们的帮助起来吧，并因你众怜悯的缘故赎买我们吧。

    求你起来帮助我们！凭你的慈爱救赎我们！

    Arise for our help, and redeem us for thy mercies' sake.
