   神啊，求你伸我的冤，向不虔诚的国为我辨屈；救我脱离诡诈不义的人。

   神啊，审判我，针对一个不敬神的国家为我的案件辩护吧；哦，拯救我脱离欺骗的和不公正的人吧。

   神啊，求你伸我的冤，向不虔诚的国为我辨屈；求你救我脱离诡诈不义的人。

   Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.

2. 2

   因你是赐我力量的神: 你为何丢弃我呢？我为何因仇敌的欺压时常哀恸呢？

   因你是我的强力的神；你为什么丢弃我？我为什么因敌人的欺压而哀悼？

   因为你是赐我力量的　神，为何丢弃我呢？我为何因仇敌的欺压时常哀痛呢？

   For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

3. 3

   啊，求你发出你的亮光和真理，好引导我；愿它们带我到你的圣山，你众帐幕。

   哦，发出你的光和真理吧；让它们带领我；让它们带我到你神圣的山丘，又到你的帐幕。

   求你发出你的亮光和真实，好引导我，带我到你的圣山，到你的居所！

   O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.

4. 4

   我就走向神的祭坛，向我最喜乐的神: 神啊，我的神，是的，我要弹琴赞美你。

   那时我要走到神的坛，到我极其喜欢的神那里；神啊，我的神，是的，我要在琴上赞美你。

   我就走到　神的祭坛，到我最喜乐的　神那里。　神啊，我的　神，我要弹琴称赞你！

   Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.

5. 5

   我的魂哪，你为什么忧闷？为什么在我里面烦躁？应当仰望神，因我还要赞美他。他是我脸上的帮助，是我的神。

   我的魂啊，你为什么被抛下？你为什么在我里面不安？要盼望神；因我仍会赞美他，他是我面容的健康，又是我的神。

   我的心哪，你为何忧闷？为何在我里面烦躁？应当仰望　神，因我还要称赞他。他是我脸上的光荣（原文是帮助），是我的　神。

   Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
