And great multitudes were gathered together unto him, so that he went into a ship, and sat; and the whole multitude stood on the shore.

他用比喻对他们讲许多事情，说，看啊，有一个撒种的出去撒种；
他就用比喻对他们讲许多事情，说，看啊，有一个播种的出去播种；
他用比喻对他们讲许多道理，说：“有一个撒种的出去撒种；
And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow;

撒的时候，有落在路旁的，飞鸟来吃尽了；
当他播种的时候，有些种子落在道路旁，飞禽来把它们吞吃掉了；

And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up:

有落在土浅石头地上的，土既不深，发苗最快，
有些落在石头的地方，在那里它们没有很多地；因为它们没有地的深度，它们立刻就涌现出来了；
有落在土浅石头地上的，土既不深，发苗最快，
Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth:

And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.

有些落在荆棘当中；荆棘也涌现出来，就使它们窒息了；
有落在荆棘里的，荆棘长起来，把它挤住了；
And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them:

又有落在好地里的，就结出果子，有一百倍的，有六十倍的，有三十倍的。
但另一些落进好地面里，就结出果子，有些一百倍的，有些六十倍，有些三十倍。
又有落在好土里的，就结实，有一百倍的，有六十倍的，有三十倍的。
But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.

有耳可听的，就应当听。
谁有耳朵去听，就让他听。
有耳可听的，就应当听！”
Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

门徒们过来，对他说，你对众人讲话，为什么用比喻呢？
然后门徒们过来，对他说，你为什么向他们讲话要用比喻？
门徒进前来，问耶稣说：“对众人讲话，为什么用比喻呢？”
And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?

他回答他们说，因为天国的奥秘只给你们知道，但是没有给他们。
他回答他们说，因为天上的王国的奥秘是给你们知道的，但没有给他们。
耶稣回答说：“因为天国的奥秘只叫你们知道，不叫他们知道。
He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

凡有的，还要加给他，叫他有余；凡没有的，连他所有的，也要夺去。
因无论谁有，就要给他，使他有得更丰富；但无论谁没有，甚至他有的也要拿走。
凡有的，还要加给他，叫他有余；凡没有的，连他所有的，也要夺去。
For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

所以我用比喻对他们讲，是因他们看也看不见，听也听不见，也不明白。
因此我用比喻对他们讲；因为他们看却看不见；并且他们听却听不见，他们也不明白。

Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

在他们身上，正应了以赛亚的预言，说，你们听是要听见，却不明白；看是要看见，却不知道；
在他们里面，应验了以赛亚斯的预言，说，你们听是会听见，却不理解；你们看是会看见，却没有意识；
在他们身上，正应了以赛亚的预言，说：‘你们听是要听见，却不明白；看是要看见，却不晓得；
And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

因为这百姓油蒙了心，耳朵发沉，眼睛闭着，恐怕眼睛看见，耳朵听见，他们的心里明白，回转过来，我就医治他们。
因这人民的心渐渐蒙了油，并且他们的耳朵听力迟钝，他们的眼睛又闭着；以免任何时候他们的眼睛看见，他们的耳朵听见，他们的心里就明白，又被转变，我就会医治他们。
因为这百姓油蒙了心，耳朵发沉，眼睛闭着，恐怕眼睛看见，耳朵听见，心里明白，回转过来，我就医治他们。’
For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

但你们的眼睛是有福的，因为它们看见了；你们的耳朵也是有福的，因为它们听见了。
但你们的眼睛是蒙福的，因它们看见了；你们的耳朵也是蒙福的，因它们听见了。
“但你们的眼睛是有福的，因为看见了；你们的耳朵也是有福的，因为听见了。
But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

我实在对你们说，从前有许多先知和义人要看你们所看见的这些事，却没有看见，要听你们所听的这些事，却没有听见。
因我实在对你们说，有许多预言者和正义的人都渴望看你们看见的这些事，却没有看见；要听你们听的这些事，却没有听见。
我实在告诉你们，从前有许多先知和义人要看你们所看的，却没有看见，要听你们所听的，却没有听见。”
For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

所以，你们要听这撒种的比喻。
因此你们要听这播种的比喻。
“所以，你们当听这撒种的比喻。
Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.

凡听见天国道理不明白的，那恶者就来，把所撒在他心里的夺了去；这就是撒在路旁的种子了。
当任何人听见这王国的话，又不明白它时，然后那邪恶者就来，把播种在他心里的拿走了。这就是那在路旁接受到种子的人。
凡听见天国道理不明白的，那恶者就来，把所撒在他心里的夺了去；这就是撒在路旁的了。
When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

撒在石头地上的种子，就是人听了道，立刻欢喜接受，
但那把种子接受到石头地里的人，就是他听了话，很快就欢喜接受了它；
撒在石头地上的，就是人听了道，当下欢喜领受，
But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;

只因他里面没有扎根，不过是暂时的，当为道遭了患难，或是受了逼迫，不久他就跌倒了。
然而他里面没有根，只是能坚持一会；当他因为这话遭遇了苦难或迫害，他就渐渐被冒犯了。
只因心里没有根，不过是暂时的，及至为道遭了患难，或是受了逼迫，立刻就跌倒了。
Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

撒在荆棘里的种子，就是人听了道，这世界的思虑、钱财的欺骗把道窒息了，他就不能结果子。
还有那把种子接受到荆棘当中的人，就是人听了话；然后这世界的顾虑，财物的欺骗把话窒息了，他就成了无果子的。
撒在荆棘里的，就是人听了道，后来有世上的思虑、钱财的迷惑把道挤住了，不能结实。
He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

撒在好地上的种子，就是他听道，明白了，后来结果子，有一百倍的，有六十倍的，有三十倍的。
但那把种子接受到好地面里的人，就是他听见话，又明白它；就生产果子，有一些一百倍，有一些六十倍，有一些三十倍。
撒在好地上的，就是人听道明白了，后来结实，有一百倍的，有六十倍的，有三十倍的。”
But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

他设另外一个比喻对他们说，天国好像人撒好种在他的田里，
他提出另外一个比喻对他们说，天上的王国就类似人在他的田地里播种了好种子；
耶稣又设个比喻对他们说：“天国好像人撒好种在田里，
Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:

当人们睡觉的时候，他的仇敌来，将稗子撒在麦子里就走了。
但当人们睡觉的时候，他的敌人就来，把稗子播种到麦子中，他就走了。
及至人睡觉的时候，有仇敌来，将稗子撒在麦子里就走了。
But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

到长苗吐穗的时候，稗子也显出来。
但当叶片涌现出来，出产果子的时候，那时稗子也显了出来。
到长苗吐穗的时候，稗子也显出来。
But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
- 27
家主的仆人来对他说，先生，你不是撒好种在你的田里吗？从哪里来的稗子呢？
所以家主的众仆人来对他说，先生，你不是在你的田地里播种了好种子吗？那么稗子从哪里来的？
田主的仆人来告诉他说：‘主啊，你不是撒好种在田里吗？从哪里来的稗子呢？’
So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?

他对他们说，一个仇敌作了这事。这些仆人对他说，你要我们去把它们拔出来吗？
他对他们说，一个敌人做了这事。这些仆人对他说，那么你要我们去把它们聚集出来吗？
主人说：‘这是仇敌做的。’仆人说：‘你要我们去薅出来吗？’
He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

但是他说，不必，恐怕拔稗子的时候，连麦子也和它们一起被连根拔了。
但他说，不；以免你们拔稗子的时候，连麦子也和它们一起被连根拔了。
主人说：‘不必，恐怕薅稗子，连麦子也拔出来。
But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

容这两样一齐长，等着收割。当收割的时候，我要对收割的人说，先将稗子拔出来，捆成捆，留着烧；唯有麦子要聚集到我的仓里。
让这两样一起长，直到收成；在收成的时候，我要对众收割者说，你们先把稗子聚集到一起，并把它们捆起来打成包去烧；但把麦子聚集到我的仓里。
容这两样一齐长，等着收割。当收割的时候，我要对收割的人说，先将稗子薅出来，捆成捆，留着烧；惟有麦子要收在仓里。’”
Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

他设了另外一个比喻对他们说，天国好像一粒芥菜种，有人拿去撒在他的田里。
他提出另外一个比喻对他们说，天上的王国好像一粒芥末种子，有人拿了，就播种在他的田地里；
他又设个比喻对他们说：“天国好像一粒芥菜种，有人拿去种在田里。
Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:

这是一切种子里最小的，等到长起来，却比各样的菜都大，而且成了一棵树，空中的飞鸟来住宿在它的枝上。
这确实是所有种子里最小的；但当它长起来，它比各样的药草都大，并且成为了一棵树，以致空中的飞鸟就来住宿在它的众枝子上。
这原是百种里最小的，等到长起来，却比各样的菜都大，且成了树，天上的飞鸟来宿在它的枝上。”
Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.

他对他们讲了另外一个比喻说，天国好像面酵，有一个女人拿来，藏在三斗面里，直等全团都发起来。
他对他们讲了另外一个比喻说；天上的王国就像酵，一个女人拿了，就隐藏在三斗饭里，直到全部发酵了。
他又对他们讲个比喻说：“天国好像面酵，有妇人拿来，藏在三斗面里，直等全团都发起来。”
Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

所有这些事都是耶稣用比喻对众人说的；若不用比喻，他就不对他们说什么。
所有这些事情都是耶稣用比喻对大众说的；不用比喻，他就不对他们说什么；
这都是耶稣用比喻对众人说的话；若不用比喻，就不对他们说什么。
All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:

这是要应验先知的话，说，我要开口用比喻，把创世以来所隐藏的事显出来。
这是要应验预言者讲的，说，我要打开我的口用比喻；我要把从世界的根基以来就被持守的秘密讲出来。
这是要应验先知的话，说：“我要开口用比喻，把创世以来所隐藏的事发明出来。”
That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

然后，耶稣离开众人，进了房子。他的门徒们过来，说，请把田间稗子的比喻讲给我们听。
于是耶稣送走了大众，进了房子；他的门徒们来到他那里，说，请把田地的稗子的比喻申明给我们。
当下，耶稣离开众人，进了房子。他的门徒进前来，说：“请把田间稗子的比喻讲给我们听。”
Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.

他回答他们说，那撒好种的就是人子；
他回答他们说，那播种好种子的是人的儿子；
他回答说：“那撒好种的就是人子；
He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

田地就是世界；好种就是天国的儿女；稗子就是那恶者的儿女；
田地就是这世界；好种子就是王国的孩子们；而稗子就是那邪恶者的孩子们；
田地就是世界；好种就是天国之子；稗子就是那恶者之子；
The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

撒稗子的仇敌就是魔鬼；这收割就是世界的尽头；收割的人就是众天使。
播种它们的敌人就是魔鬼；这收成就是世界的尽头；收割者就是众天使。
撒稗子的仇敌就是魔鬼；收割的时候就是世界的末了；收割的人就是天使。
The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
- 40
因此，将稗子聚集起来，用火焚烧，世界的尽头也要如此。
因此，怎么把稗子聚集起来，在火里焚烧；在世界的尽头也会这样。
将稗子薅出来用火焚烧，世界的末了也要如此。
As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

人子要差他的众天使，他们要把一切使人绊倒的和作恶的，从他国里聚集出来，
人的儿子会派出他的众天使，他们就会把所有冒犯的事情，和那些做恶行的人，都从他的王国聚集起来；
人子要差遣使者，把一切叫人跌倒的和作恶的，从他国里挑出来，
The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

要把他们丢在火炉里；在那里必要哀哭切齿了。
然后会把他们丢在一个火的炉子里；会有哀哭和切齿了。
丢在火炉里；在那里必要哀哭切齿了。
And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

那时，义人在他们父的国里，要发出光来，像太阳一样。有耳可听的，就应当听。
那时，正义的人在他们父亲的王国里会发出光，就像太阳一样。谁有耳朵去听，就让他听。
那时，义人在他们父的国里，要发出光来，像太阳一样。有耳可听的，就应当听！”
Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

天国又好像宝贝藏在地里，人遇见了就把它藏起来，欢欢喜喜地去变卖他一切所有的，买这块地。
再者，天上的王国就像宝贝隐藏在一块田地里；一个人找到了就把它隐藏起来，然后欢喜地去卖了他拥有的一切，买这块田地。
“天国好像宝贝藏在地里，人遇见了就把它藏起来，欢欢喜喜地去变卖一切所有的，买这块地。”
Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

天国又好像商人寻找好珠子，
再者，天上的王国就像一个商人寻找美好的珍珠；
“天国又好像买卖人寻找好珠子，
Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:
- 46
遇见一颗重价的珠子，就去变卖他一切所有的，买了这颗珠子。
当找到了一颗重价的珍珠，他就去卖了他拥有的一切，买了它。
遇见一颗重价的珠子，就去变卖他一切所有的，买了这颗珠子。”
Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.

天国又好像网撒在海里，聚集各样的种类，
再者，天上的王国就像一张网，被投进海里，就聚集了每一个种类；
“天国又好像网撒在海里，聚拢各样水族，
Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:
- 48
网既满了，人就拉上岸来，坐下，聚集好的，放到器皿里，但将不好的丢了。
当它满了，他们就拉上岸，坐下，聚集好的放进器皿里，只是把坏的丢了。
网既满了，人就拉上岸来，坐下，拣好的收在器具里，将不好的丢弃了。
Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.

世界的尽头也要这样。众天使要出来，从义人中把恶人分别出来，
世界的尽头也会这样；众天使会出来，从公正者当中把恶者分开，
世界的末了也要这样。天使要出来，从义人中把恶人分别出来，
So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,

丢在火炉里；在那里必要哀哭切齿了
然后会把他们丢进那火的炉子里；会有哀哭和切齿了。

And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

耶稣对他们说，这一切的事，你们都明白了吗？他们对他说，是的，主。
耶稣对他们说，这一切的事，你们都已经明白了吗？他们对他说，是的，主。
耶稣说：“这一切的话你们都明白了吗？”他们说：“我们明白了。”
Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.

他对他们说，因此，凡文士受教归于天国，就像一个家主从他库里拿出新旧的东西来。
那时他对他们说，因此，每一个被指示归向天上王国的抄写员，就像归向一个人，就是一个家主，这家主带出他新的和旧的宝贝。
他说：“凡文士受教作天国的门徒，就像一个家主从他库里拿出新旧的东西来。”
Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.

And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed thence.

来到自己的家乡，在他们的会堂里教导人，甚至他们都惊讶，说，这人从哪里有这等智慧和这些大能的工作呢？
当他来到他自己的地区，他就在他们的会堂里教导他们，到一个地步他们都感到惊讶，说，这人从哪里有这样的智慧和这些大能的工作？
来到自己的家乡，在会堂里教训人，甚至他们都希奇，说：“这人从哪里有这等智慧和异能呢？
And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?

这不是木匠的儿子吗？他母亲不是叫马利亚吗？他的弟兄们不是雅各、约西、西门、犹大吗？
这不是那木匠的儿子吗？他母亲不是叫马瑞吗？他的弟兄们不是詹姆斯，约西斯，西门，犹达斯吗？
这不是木匠的儿子吗？他母亲不是叫马利亚吗？他弟兄们不是叫雅各、约西（有古卷：约瑟）、西门、犹大吗？
Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?

他妹妹们不是都在我们这里吗？那么这人从哪里有这一切的事呢？
他的姐妹们不是都和我们在一起吗？这人从哪里有这些事情呢？
他妹妹们不是都在我们这里吗？这人从哪里有这一切的事呢？”
And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?

他们就因他跌倒。耶稣对他们说，一个先知，除了本地本家之外，没有不被人尊敬的。
他们就因他被冒犯了。但耶稣对他们说，一个预言者不会不被敬重，除了在他自己的地区，和他自己的家里。
他们就厌弃他（厌弃他：原文是因他跌倒）。耶稣对他们说：“大凡先知，除了本地本家之外，没有不被人尊敬的。”
And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.
- 58
他因为他们的不信，在那里就不多作大能的工作了。
因为他们的不信，他在那里就没有做许多大能的工作。
耶稣因为他们不信，就在那里不多行异能了。
And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
