耶稣过去的时候，他看见一个人生来是瞎眼的。
耶稣经过的时候，他看见一个人从他出生就是瞎子。
耶稣过去的时候，看见一个人生来是瞎眼的。
And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.

他的门徒们问他说，师傅，这人生来是瞎眼的，是谁犯了罪？是这人呢？是他父母呢？
然后他的门徒们问他说，师傅，是谁犯了罪，是这人，还是他的家长，使他被生产就是瞎眼的？
门徒问耶稣说：“拉比，这人生来是瞎眼的，是谁犯了罪？是这人呢？是他父母呢？”
And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?

耶稣回答说，也不是这人犯了罪，也不是他父母犯了罪，是要在他身上显出神的作为来。
耶稣回答，既不是这人犯了罪，也不是他的家长，而是要使神的工作在他里面被彰显。
耶稣回答说：“也不是这人犯了罪，也不是他父母犯了罪，是要在他身上显出 神的作为来。
Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

趁着白天，我必须作那差我来者的工作。黑夜将到，就没有人能工作了。
在白天的时候，我必须做那派我来者的工作；夜晚来到，那时没有人能工作。
趁着白日，我们必须做那差我来者的工；黑夜将到，就没有人能做工了。
I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

我在世界上的时候，我是世界的光。
只要我在这世界上，我是这世界的光。
我在世上的时候，是世上的光。”
As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

当他说了这话，就吐唾沫在地上，用唾沫和泥抹在瞎子的眼睛上，
当他这样说了，他就吐唾沫在地面上，并用唾沫造粘土，然后他就用这粘土膏抹了瞎子的眼睛，
耶稣说了这话，就吐唾沫在地上，用唾沫和泥抹在瞎子的眼睛上，
When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,

对他说，你往西罗亚池子里去洗，（西罗亚翻出来就是：差派。）因此，他去一洗，回来就看见了。
就对他说，去吧，在西罗亚的池子里洗，（西罗亚被翻译就是，派。）因此，他就去了，又洗了，就看见着回来了。
对他说：“你往西罗亚池子里去洗。”（西罗亚翻出来就是“奉差遣”。）他去一洗，回头就看见了。
And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.

他的邻居和那素常见他是瞎眼的，就说，这不是那从前坐着讨饭的人吗？
因此邻居们和那些之前看见他是瞎子的人，说，这不是那坐着讨饭的吗？
他的邻舍和那素常见他是讨饭的，就说：“这不是那从前坐着讨饭的人吗？”
The neighbours therefore, and they which before had seen him that he was blind, said, Is not this he that sat and begged?

有人说，这是他。又有人说，他只是像他。但他说，我是他。
一些说，这个是他；其他的说，他像他；但他说，我是他。
有人说：“是他”；又有人说：“不是，却是像他。”他自己说：“是我。”
Some said, This is he: others said, He is like him: but he said, I am he.

他们对他说，你的眼睛是怎么开的呢？
因此他们对他说，你的眼睛是怎么被打开的？
他们对他说：“你的眼睛是怎么开的呢？”
Therefore said they unto him, How were thine eyes opened?

他回答说，有一个人，名叫耶稣，他和泥抹我的眼睛，对我说，你往西罗亚池子去洗。我去一洗，就看见了。
他回答说，一个叫耶稣的人造了粘土，并膏抹了我的眼睛，又对我说，到西罗亚的池子去，洗了；我就去洗了，然后我就接受了视力。
他回答说：“有一个人，名叫耶稣，他和泥抹我的眼睛，对我说：‘你往西罗亚池子去洗。’我去一洗，就看见了。”
He answered and said, A man that is called Jesus made clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight.

他们对瞎子说，他在哪里？他说，我不知道。
于是他们就对他说，他在哪里？他说，我不知道。
他们说：“那个人在哪里？”他说：“我不知道。”
Then said they unto him, Where is he? He said, I know not.

他们把从前瞎眼的人带到法利赛人那里。
他们把那从前瞎眼的带到法利赛人那里。

They brought to the Pharisees him that aforetime was blind.

耶稣和泥开他眼睛的日子是安息日。
耶稣是在安息日造了粘土，并打开了他眼睛。

And it was the sabbath day when Jesus made the clay, and opened his eyes.

法利赛人也问他是怎么得看见的。瞎子对他们说，他把泥抹在我的眼睛上，我去一洗，就看见了。
于是法利赛人又问他是怎么接受他的视力的。他对他们说，他把粘土放在我的眼睛上，我又洗了，就看见了。
法利赛人也问他是怎么得看见的。瞎子对他们说：“他把泥抹在我的眼睛上，我去一洗，就看见了。”
Then again the Pharisees also asked him how he had received his sight. He said unto them, He put clay upon mine eyes, and I washed, and do see.

法利赛人中有的说，这个人不是从神来的，因为他不守安息日。又有人说，一个罪人怎能行这样的神迹呢？他们就起了纷争。
因此法利赛人中的一些说，这个人不是属神的，因为他不持守安息日。其他的说，一个罪人怎么能做这样的神迹？然后他们中就有了分歧。
法利赛人中有的说：“这个人不是从 神来的，因为他不守安息日。”又有人说：“一个罪人怎能行这样的神迹呢？”他们就起了纷争。
Therefore said some of the Pharisees, This man is not of God, because he keepeth not the sabbath day. Others said, How can a man that is a sinner do such miracles? And there was a division among them.

他们又对瞎子说，他既然开了你的眼睛，你说他是怎样的人呢？他说，他是一个先知。
他们又对瞎子说，他既然打开了你的眼睛，关于他你怎么说？他说，他是一个预言者。
他们又对瞎子说：“他既然开了你的眼睛，你说他是怎样的人呢？”他说：“是个先知。”
They say unto the blind man again, What sayest thou of him, that he hath opened thine eyes? He said, He is a prophet.

犹太人不信他从前是瞎眼，后来能看见的，等到叫了这恢复视力之人的父母来，
但众犹太人不信他从前是瞎眼的，然后接受了他的视力，直到他们叫了这接受视力的人的家长来，
犹太人不信他从前是瞎眼，后来能看见的，等到叫了他的父母来，
But the Jews did not believe concerning him, that he had been blind, and received his sight, until they called the parents of him that had received his sight.

他们问那人的父母说，这是你们的儿子吗？你们说他生来是瞎眼的，现在怎么能看见了呢？
他们就问他们，说，这是你们的儿子，就是你们说出生是瞎眼的吗？那他现在怎么能看见了？
问他们说：“这是你们的儿子吗？你们说他生来是瞎眼的，如今怎么能看见了呢？”
And they asked them, saying, Is this your son, who ye say was born blind? how then doth he now see?

他父母回答他们说，我们知道这是我们的儿子，他生来就瞎眼。
他的家长回答他们说，我们知道这是我们的儿子，他出生就是瞎眼的。
他父母回答说：“他是我们的儿子，生来就瞎眼，这是我们知道的。
His parents answered them and said, We know that this is our son, and that he was born blind:

至于他现在怎么能看见，我们却不知道；是谁开了他的眼睛，我们也不知道。他已经成了人，问他吧，他自己必能说。
但他现在借着什么方式看见，我们不知道；是谁打开了他的眼睛，我们也不知道；他成年了；问他吧，他会为他自己说。
至于他如今怎么能看见，我们却不知道；是谁开了他的眼睛，我们也不知道。他已经成了人，你们问他吧，他自己必能说。”
But by what means he now seeth, we know not; or who hath opened his eyes, we know not: he is of age; ask him: he shall speak for himself.

他父母说这些话，是畏惧犹太人；因为犹太人已经商议定了，若有承认他是基督的，要把他赶出会堂。
他的家长说了这些话语，是因为他们畏惧众犹太人；因众犹太人已经达成共识，如果有任何人承认他是受膏者，他就会被赶出会堂。
他父母说这话，是怕犹太人；因为犹太人已经商议定了，若有认耶稣是基督的，要把他赶出会堂。
These words spake his parents, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had agreed already, that if any man did confess that he was Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue.

因此他父母说，他已经成了人，问他吧。
因此他的家长说，他成年了；问他吧。
因此他父母说：“他已经成了人，你们问他吧。”
Therefore said his parents, He is of age; ask him.

所以法利赛人又叫了那从前瞎眼的人来，对他说，你该将赞美归给神，我们知道这人是个罪人。
于是他们再次叫那曾是瞎眼的人来，对他说，把赞美给神；我们知道这人是个罪人。
所以法利赛人第二次叫了那从前瞎眼的人来，对他说：“你该将荣耀归给 神，我们知道这人是个罪人。”
Then again called they the man that was blind, and said unto him, Give God the praise: we know that this man is a sinner.

他回答说，他是不是罪人，我不知道；有一件事我知道，从前我是眼瞎的，现在能看见了。
他回答说，他是或者不是一个罪人，我不知道；有一件事我知道，就是，尽管我曾是瞎眼的，现在我看见了。
他说：“他是个罪人不是，我不知道；有一件事我知道，从前我是眼瞎的，如今能看见了。”
He answered and said, Whether he be a sinner or no, I know not: one thing I know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see.

他们就再问他说，他向你作什么？是怎么开了你的眼睛呢？
于是他们对他说，他对你做了什么？他怎么打开了你的眼睛？
他们就问他说：“他向你做什么？是怎么开了你的眼睛呢？”
Then said they to him again, What did he to thee? how opened he thine eyes?

他回答他们说，我已经告诉你们，你们不听，为什么又要听呢？难道你们也要作他的门徒吗？
他回答他们，我已经告诉了你们，你们不听；你们为什么要再次听这事？你们也要作他的门徒？
他回答说：“我方才告诉你们，你们不听，为什么又要听呢？莫非你们也要作他的门徒吗？”
He answered them, I have told you already, and ye did not hear: wherefore would ye hear it again? will ye also be his disciples?

他们就辱骂他说，你是他的门徒；但我们是摩西的门徒。
于是他们辱骂他，说，你是他的门徒；但我们是摩西的门徒。
他们就骂他说：“你是他的门徒；我们是摩西的门徒。
Then they reviled him, and said, Thou art his disciple; but we are Moses' disciples.

神对摩西说话是我们知道的；只是这个人，我们不知道他从哪里来。
我们知道神对摩西说话；至于这家伙，我们不知道他是从哪里来的。
神对摩西说话是我们知道的；只是这个人，我们不知道他从哪里来！”
We know that God spake unto Moses: as for this fellow, we know not from whence he is.

那人回答他们说，他开了我的眼睛，你们竟不知道他从哪里来，这真是一件不可思议的事情。
那人回答他们说，在这里有一件多么奇异的事，你们不知道他是从哪里来的，而他却打开了我的眼睛。
那人回答说：“他开了我的眼睛，你们竟不知道他从哪里来，这真是奇怪！
The man answered and said unto them, Why herein is a marvellous thing, that ye know not from whence he is, and yet he hath opened mine eyes.

我们知道神不听罪人，唯有敬拜神、遵行他旨意的，神才听他。
现在，我们知道神不听罪人们；但如果有任何人成为神的一个敬拜者，并做他的意愿，他就听他。
我们知道 神不听罪人，惟有敬奉 神、遵行他旨意的， 神才听他。
Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

从世界开始以来，没听到任何人把生来是瞎子的眼睛开了。
自从这世界开始以来，没听到任何人把出生就是瞎眼的人的眼睛打开了。
从创世以来，未曾听见有人把生来是瞎子的眼睛开了。
Since the world began was it not heard that any man opened the eyes of one that was born blind.

这人若不是属神的，他什么也不能作。
如果这人不是出于神的，他什么事都不能做。
这人若不是从 神来的，什么也不能做。”
If this man were not of God, he could do nothing.
- 34
他们回答他说，你完全生在罪中，还要教导我们吗？于是把他赶出去了。
他们回答他说，你完全是出生在众罪里，你还教导我们？他们就把他赶了出去。
他们回答说：“你全然生在罪孽中，还要教训我们吗？”于是把他赶出去了。
They answered and said unto him, Thou wast altogether born in sins, and dost thou teach us? And they cast him out.

耶稣听说他们把他赶出去，后来遇见他，就对他说，你信神的儿子吗？
耶稣听到他们把他赶了出去；然后当他找到他时，他就对他说，你信靠神的儿子吗？
耶稣听说他们把他赶出去，后来遇见他，就说：“你信 神的儿子吗？”
Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when he had found him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God?

他回答说，主啊，谁是神的儿子，叫我信他呢？
他回答说，主，他是谁，使我可以信靠他？
他回答说：“主啊，谁是 神的儿子，叫我信他呢？”
He answered and said, Who is he, Lord, that I might believe on him?

耶稣对他说，你已经看见他，现在和你说话的就是他。
耶稣就对他说，你不但已经看见他，而且那和你说话的就是他。
耶稣说：“你已经看见他，现在和你说话的就是他。”
And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen him, and it is he that talketh with thee.

他说，主啊，我信。就敬拜耶稣。
他就说，主，我信。然后他就敬拜他。
他说：“主啊，我信！”就拜耶稣。
And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him.
- 39
耶稣说，我为审判进入这世界，叫不能看见的，可以看见；能看见的，反瞎了眼。
耶稣说，我为判决来进入这个世界，使那些看不见的人，可以看见；又使那些看得见的人，可以变成瞎子。
耶稣说：“我为审判到这世上来，叫不能看见的，可以看见；能看见的，反瞎了眼。”
And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.

和他在那里有些法利赛人听见这话，就对他说，我们也是瞎子吗？
然后一些和他在一起的法利赛人听见这些话语，就对他说，我们也是瞎眼的吗？
同他在那里的法利赛人听见这话，就说：“难道我们也瞎了眼吗？”
And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also?

耶稣对他们说，如果你们是瞎子，就没有罪了；但现在你们说我们看见了，因此你们的罪还在。
耶稣就对他们说，如果你们是瞎眼的，你们就没有罪了；但现在你们说，我们看见了；因此你们的罪还留着。
耶稣对他们说：“你们若瞎了眼，就没有罪了；但如今你们说‘我们能看见’，所以你们的罪还在。”
Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.
