   便雅悯地亚拿突城的众祭司中，希勒家的儿子耶利米的话记在下面。

   （预言者耶瑞米亚之书--耶瑞米亚）耶瑞米亚的话语，他是希基亚的儿子，属于在本雅明的土地阿拿图特里的众祭司；

   (The Book of the Prophet Jeremiah) The words of Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah, of the priests that were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin:

   犹大王亚们的儿子约西亚统治第十三年，耶和华的话临到耶利米。

   在犹大王阿闷的儿子约西亚统治的第十三年的日子里，主的话来到耶瑞米亚那里。

   犹大王亚们的儿子约西亚在位十三年，耶和华的话临到耶利米。

   To whom the word of the LORD came in the days of Josiah the son of Amon king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign.

   从犹大王约西亚的儿子约雅敬在位的时候，直到犹大王约西亚的儿子西底家在位的末年，就是十一年五月耶路撒冷人被掳的时候，耶和华的话也常临到耶利米。

   从犹大王约西亚的儿子耶和亚金的日子，直到犹大王约西亚的儿子泽迪基亚的结束，就是在第十一年第五个月耶路撒冷人被掳的时候，主的话也来到了他那里。

   从犹大王约西亚的儿子约雅敬在位的时候，直到犹大王约西亚的儿子西底家在位的末年，就是十一年五月间耶路撒冷人被掳的时候，耶和华的话也常临到耶利米。

   It came also in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, unto the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah the son of Josiah king of Judah, unto the carrying away of Jerusalem captive in the fifth month.

   耶利米说，耶和华的话临到我说，

   那时主的话来到我这里，说，

   耶利米说，耶和华的话临到我说：

   Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

   我未将你造在腹中，我已晓得你；你未出子宫，我已分别你为圣；我已立你作列国的先知。

   我把你塑造在肚子里之前，我就知道了你；你出子宫之前，我已使你为圣，我又命定你给各国作一个预言者。

   “我未将你造在腹中，我已晓得你；你未出母胎，我已分别你为圣；我已派你作列国的先知。”

   Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

   我就说，主耶和华，看啊，我不知怎样说，因为我是个孩子。

   于是我就说，唉，主神！看啊，我不能说话；因为我是个孩子。

   我就说：“主耶和华啊，我不知怎样说，因为我是年幼的。”

   Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.

   但耶和华对我说，你不要说我是个孩子，因为我差你到谁那里去，你都要去；我吩咐你说什么话，你都要说。

   但主对我说，不要说我是个孩子；因为我要派你到哪里去，你就要去，无论我命令你说什么，你就要说。

   耶和华对我说：“你不要说‘我是年幼的’，因为我差遣你到谁那里去，你都要去；我吩咐你说什么话，你都要说。

   But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.

8. 8

   你不要惧怕他们的面，因为我与你在一起，要拯救你。这是耶和华说的。

   不要害怕他们的脸；因为我会与你在一起，为要拯救你，这是主说的。

   你不要惧怕他们，因为我与你同在，要拯救你。这是耶和华说的。”

   Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.

   于是耶和华伸手碰我的口，耶和华对我说，看啊，我已将我的话放在你口中。

   于是主伸出他的手，碰我的口。然后主对我说，看啊，我已经把我的话放在你口中了。

   于是耶和华伸手按我的口，对我说：“我已将当说的话传给你。

   Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.

10. 10

    看，我今天立你在列邦列国之上，为要施行拔出、拆毁、毁坏、倾覆，又要建立、栽植。

    看，我今天设立你治理各国和众王国，为要拔出，拆毁，毁灭，倾覆，建造，栽种。

    看哪，我今日立你在列邦列国之上，为要施行拔出、拆毁、毁坏、倾覆，又要建立、栽植。”

    See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.

    耶和华的话又临到我说，耶利米，你看见什么？我说，我看见一根杏树杖。

    此外，主的话又来到我这里说，耶瑞米亚，你看见什么？我说，我看见一根杏树的杖。

    耶和华的话又临到我说：“耶利米，你看见什么？”我说：“我看见一根杏树枝。”

    Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of an almond tree.

12. 12

    耶和华对我说，你看得不错；因为我留意我的话，要去履行它。

    于是主对我说，你看得好；因为我要使我的话加快，为要执行它。

    耶和华对我说：“你看得不错；因为我留意保守我的话，使得成就。”

    Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.

13. 13

    耶和华的话第二次临到我说，你看见什么？我说，我看见一个锅，它的面向北而倾。

    主的话第二次来到我这里，说，你看见什么？我说，我看见一个沸腾的锅；其脸朝北。

    耶和华的话第二次临到我说：“你看见什么？”我说：“我看见一个烧开的锅，从北而倾。”

    And the word of the LORD came unto me the second time, saying, What seest thou? And I said, I see a seething pot; and the face thereof is toward the north.

14. 14

    耶和华对我说，必有灾祸从北方发出，临到这地的一切居民。

    于是主对我说，会有一件坏事出于北方，向这土地的所有居民爆发。

    耶和华对我说：“必有灾祸从北方发出，临到这地的一切居民。”

    Then the LORD said unto me, Out of the north an evil shall break forth upon all the inhabitants of the land.

15. 15

    耶和华说，看啊，我要召北方列国的众族；他们要来，各安宝座在耶路撒冷的众城门入口，周围攻击城墙，又要攻击犹大的一切城市。

    主说，瞧，我会召北方众王国的众家族；他们会来，他们又会把各自的王座设立在耶路撒冷的众大门入口，并攻击周围的众墙，又攻击犹大的所有城市。

    耶和华说：“看哪，我要召北方列国的众族；他们要来，各安座位在耶路撒冷的城门口，周围攻击城墙，又要攻击犹大的一切城邑。

    For, lo, I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north, saith the LORD; and they shall come, and they shall set every one his throne at the entering of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all the walls thereof round about, and against all the cities of Judah.

16. 16

    至于这民的一切恶，就是离弃我、向别神烧香、敬拜自己手所造的，我要发出我的判语，攻击他们。

    至于他们的所有邪恶，就是离弃我，向其它众神烧香，敬拜自己手的工作，我要发出我的判决攻击他们。

    And I will utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness, who have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, and worshipped the works of their own hands.

    所以你当束腰，起来将我所吩咐你的一切话告诉他们；不要因他们的面惊惶，免得我使你在他们面前羞愧。

    因此你要扎上你的腰，起来，把我命令你的一切对他们讲；面对他们的脸不要泄气，以免我使你在他们面前羞耻。

    所以你当束腰，起来将我所吩咐你的一切话告诉他们；不要因他们惊惶，免得我使你在他们面前惊惶。

    Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound thee before them.

18. 18

    看啊，我今天使你成为坚城、铁柱、铜墙，与全地和犹大的君王、首领、祭司，并地上的众民反对。

    看啊，我今天使你成为一座有防卫的城，一根铁柱，铜墙，去攻击这整块土地和犹大的众王，攻击众王子，攻击众祭司，并攻击这土地的人民。

    看哪，我今日使你成为坚城、铁柱、铜墙，与全地和犹大的君王、首领、祭司，并地上的众民反对。

    For, behold, I have made thee this day a defenced city, and an iron pillar, and brasen walls against the whole land, against the kings of Judah, against the princes thereof, against the priests thereof, and against the people of the land.

19. 19

    他们要攻击你，却不能胜你；因为我与你在一起，要拯救你。这是耶和华说的。

    他们会与你打仗；但他们不会战胜你；因为我与你在一起，为要拯救你，这是主说的。

    他们要攻击你，却不能胜你；因为我与你同在，要拯救你。这是耶和华说的。”

    And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee, saith the LORD, to deliver thee.
