我们难道是又推荐自己吗？难道像某些人用人的推荐信给你们或用你们的推荐信给人吗？
我们是再次开始推荐自己吗？或者我们需要像某些人那样，需要给你们推荐信，或需要你们的推荐信吗？
我们岂是又举荐自己吗？岂像别人用人的荐信给你们或用你们的荐信给人吗？
Do we begin again to commend ourselves? or need we, as some others, epistles of commendation to you, or letters of commendation from you?

你们就是我们的书信，写在我们的心里，被众人所知道所念诵的。
你们就是我们的信，写在我们的心里，被所有人知道并阅读；
你们就是我们的荐信，写在我们的心里，被众人所知道所念诵的。
Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:

你们明显是基督的书信，借着我们的侍奉写成的。不是用墨写的，而是用活神的灵写的；不是写在石版上，而是写在心的肉版上。
由于你们就是借着我们的服侍写的受膏者的书信，这被明显地宣布了，不是用墨写的，而是用活着的神的灵写的；不是写在石版上，而是写在心的肉版上。
你们明显是基督的信，藉着我们修成的。不是用墨写的，乃是用永生 神的灵写的；不是写在石版上，乃是写在心版上。
Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

我们因基督，所以在神面前才有这样的信任。
并且我们通过受膏者向着神才有这样的信靠；
我们因基督，所以在 神面前才有这样的信心。
And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward:

并不是我们凭自己的资格认为这是我们的事；但我们的资格，是出于神的。
不是我们凭自己认为我们是胜任的；而我们的胜任是出于神；
并不是我们凭自己能承担什么事；我们所能承担的，乃是出于 神。
Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;

是他叫我们能作这新约的仆人，不是凭着字句，而是凭着灵；因为字句叫人死，灵给人生命。
他也使我们有能力作这新遗嘱的服侍者，不是出于字句，而是出于灵；因字句杀人，而灵给人生命。
他叫我们能承当这新约的执事，不是凭着字句，乃是凭着精意；因为那字句是叫人死，精意（或译：圣灵）是叫人活。
Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

那用字刻在石头上属死的事工尚且有荣耀，甚至以色列儿女因摩西面上的荣耀，不能定睛看他的脸；这荣耀是渐渐退去的，
而且如果那写下又刻在石头里的，死的事工，是荣耀的，甚至以色列孩子们因摩西面容的荣耀，就不能定睛看他的脸；这荣耀是会消失的；
那用字刻在石头上属死的职事尚且有荣光，甚至以色列人因摩西面上的荣光，不能定睛看他的脸；这荣光原是渐渐退去的，
But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:

何况灵的事工不更有荣耀吗？
难道这灵的事工不会更有荣耀吗？
何况那属灵的职事岂不更有荣光吗？
How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious?

若是这定罪的事工有荣耀，那称义的事工荣耀就越发大了。
因如果这刑罚的事工都有荣耀，那么正义的事工会有更极大的荣耀。
若是定罪的职事有荣光，那称义的职事荣光就越发大了。
For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.

那从前有荣耀的，因这极大的荣耀就算不得有荣耀了；
那从前曾有荣耀的，由于这出众荣耀的原因，在这方面就没有荣耀了。
那从前有荣光的，因这极大的荣光就算不得有荣光了；
For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth.

若那废掉的有荣耀，这长存的就更有荣耀了。
如果那会消失的是荣耀的，那么这长存的就更加是荣耀的了。
若那废掉的有荣光，这长存的就更有荣光了。
For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious.

我们既有这样的盼望，就明明白白地传讲，
那么我们既然有这样的盼望，我们就用明明白白的言语；
我们既有这样的盼望，就大胆讲说，
Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:

不像摩西将帕子蒙在脸上，叫以色列儿女不能定睛看到那将废弃之荣耀的结局。
并且不像摩西那样放了一块帕子在自己脸上，使以色列孩子们不能定睛看到那会废弃的结局；
不像摩西将帕子蒙在脸上，叫以色列人不能定睛看到那将废者的结局。
And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:

但他们的心瞎了，直到今天读旧约的时候，这帕子还没有揭去。这帕子在基督里已经废弃了。
但他们的心是瞎的；因直到今天读旧遗嘱的时候，这同一块帕子还没有除去；这帕子在受膏者里已经被除去了。
但他们的心地刚硬，直到今日诵读旧约的时候，这帕子还没有揭去。这帕子在基督里已经废去了。
But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.

然而直到今天，每逢读摩西书的时候，帕子还在他们心上。
而且直到今天，当摩西被读的时候，这帕子还在他们心上。
然而直到今日，每逢诵读摩西书的时候，帕子还在他们心上。
But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.

但当他们的心转向主时，帕子就被除去了。
然而当它转向主时，这帕子就会被除掉了。
但他们的心几时归向主，帕子就几时除去了。
Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.
- 17
现在，主就是那圣灵；主的灵在哪里，哪里就有自由。
现在，主就是那灵；主的灵在哪里，哪里就有释放。
主就是那灵；主的灵在哪里，那里就得以自由。
Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

我们众人既然敞着脸，像从镜子里观看主的荣耀，就变成主的形象，荣上加荣，如同从主的灵变成的。
而且我们所有人，既然敞着脸，像从镜子里观看主的荣耀，就变成了相同的形象，从荣耀到荣耀，就如从主的灵变成的。
我们众人既然敞着脸得以看见主的荣光，好像从镜子里返照，就变成主的形状，荣上加荣，如同从主的灵变成的。
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
