1. 1

   耶和华啊，我信靠你，叫我永不羞愧。

   主啊，我把我的信靠放在你里面；绝不要让我被置于羞愧中。

   耶和华啊，我投靠你；求你叫我永不羞愧！

   In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.

2. 2

   凭你的公义拯救我，使我逃脱；侧耳听我，救我。

   在你的正义里拯救我，使我逃避；向我倾你的耳，并救我。

   求你凭你的公义搭救我，救拔我；侧耳听我，拯救我！

   Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me.

3. 3

   作我坚固的住所，好叫我可以不断进入；你已经命定要救我，因为你是我的磐石，我的要塞。

   你作我坚固的住处吧，使我可以持续地求助于此；你已经给了诫命要救我；因你是我的岩石和我的要塞。

   求你作我常住的磐石；你已经命定要救我，因为你是我的岩石，我的山寨。

   Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.

   我的神啊，救我脱离恶人的手，脱离不义和残暴之人的手。

   我的神啊，把我从恶者的手中，从不正义和残忍的人的手中拯救出来吧。

   我的　神啊，求你救我脱离恶人的手，脱离不义和残暴之人的手。

   Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.

   主神啊，你是我所指望的；从我年幼，你是我所信靠的。

   主神啊，因你是我的希望；从我青年时，你就是我的信靠。

   主耶和华啊，你是我所盼望的；从我年幼，你是我所倚靠的。

   For thou art my hope, O Lord GOD: thou art my trust from my youth.

6. 6

   我从出子宫被你扶持；领我出母腹的是你。我必不断赞美你。

   我从出子宫就被你扶持；你是那领我出我母亲脏腑的；我的赞美会持续地归于你。

   我从出母胎被你扶持；使我出母腹的是你。我必常常赞美你！

   By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.

   许多人以我为怪，但你是我坚固的避难所。

   对于许多人，我就像一个惊奇；但你是我坚固的避难所。

   许多人以我为怪，但你是我坚固的避难所。

   I am as a wonder unto many; but thou art my strong refuge.

8. 8

   你的赞美，你的荣耀终日必满了我的口。

   让我的口整天被你的赞美和你的尊荣充满。

   你的赞美，你的荣耀终日必满了我的口。

   Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.

9. 9

   我年老的时候，不要丢弃我。我力气衰弱的时候，不要离弃我。

   我年老的时候，不要丢弃我；我强力衰败的时候，不要离弃我。

   我年老的时候，求你不要丢弃我！我力气衰弱的时候，求你不要离弃我！

   Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.

10. 10

    我的仇敌说话攻击我；那些埋伏等候要害我魂的彼此商议，

    因我的众敌人说话针对我；并且那些为了我的魂而埋伏的人，他们在一起商议，

    我的仇敌议论我；那些窥探要害我命的彼此商议，

    For mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together,

11. 11

    说，神已经离弃他；我们追赶他，抓住他吧。因为没有人拯救他。

    说，神已经离弃了他；抓住他迫害吧；因没人拯救他。

    说：“　神已经离弃他；我们追赶他，捉拿他吧！因为没有人搭救。”

    Saying, God hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for there is none to deliver him.

12. 12

    神啊，不要远离我。我的神啊，马上帮助我。

    神啊，不要远离我；我的神啊，赶快帮助我。

    神啊，求你不要远离我！我的　神啊，求你速速帮助我！

    O God, be not far from me: O my God, make haste for my help.

13. 13

    愿那与我魂为敌的，羞愧被灭；愿那谋害我的，受辱蒙羞。

    让那些作我的魂的仇敌的人被羞耻并被消灭掉；让那些寻找要伤害我的人被责备和耻辱遮盖。

    愿那与我性命为敌的，羞愧被灭；愿那谋害我的，受辱蒙羞。

    Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt.

14. 14

    我却要一直盼望，并要越发赞美你。

    但我要持续地盼望，并且还要越来越多地赞美你。

    我却要常常盼望，并要越发赞美你。

    But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.

15. 15

    我的口终日要显出你的义和你的拯救；因我不知其数。

    我的口会整天显出你的正义和你的拯救；因我不知道其数量。

    我的口终日要述说你的公义和你的救恩，因我不计其数。

    My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof.

16. 16

    我要在主耶和华的能力中去；我要单单提说你的公义。

    我要走在主神的强力中；我要提说你的正义，只有你的。

    我要来说主耶和华大能的事；我单要提说你的公义。

    I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.

17. 17

    神啊，自我年幼时，你就教训我；直到现在，我传扬你奇妙的作为。

    神啊，从我青年时，你就教导我了；至今，我已申明了你的奇妙工作。

    神啊，自我年幼时，你就教训我；直到如今，我传扬你奇妙的作为。

    O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.

18. 18

    神啊，我到年老发白的时候，不要离弃我。等我将你的能力指示这世代，将你的大能指示后来的人。

    神啊，现在当我到年老发白的时候，不要离弃我；直到我把你的强力显给这世代，把你的权力显给将来的每个人。

    神啊，我到年老发白的时候，求你不要离弃我！等我将你的能力指示下代，将你的大能指示后世的人。

    Now also when I am old and greyheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.

19. 19

    神啊，你的公义至高；行过大事的神啊，谁能像你。

    神啊，你的正义也是非常高的，你成就了伟大的事；神啊，谁能像你！

    神啊，你的公义甚高；行过大事的　神啊，谁能像你！

    Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like unto thee!

20. 20

    你是叫我多经历重大急难的，必使我复活，把我从地的深处再次带上来。

    你，这向我显示了巨大和极其困苦之事的，会使我再次苏醒，并会把我从这地的众深处再次带上来。

    你是叫我们多经历重大急难的，必使我们复活，从地的深处救上来。

    Thou, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth.

21. 21

    使我越发昌大，又四面安慰我。

    你会增加我的伟大，并在每一方都安慰我。

    求你使我越发昌大，又转来安慰我。

    Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.

22. 22

    我的神啊，我要鼓瑟赞美你，赞美你的真理。以色列的圣者啊，我要弹琴歌颂你。

    我的神啊，我也要鼓瑟赞美你，赞美你的真理；你这以色列的神圣者啊，我要弹琴向你歌唱。

    我的　神啊，我要鼓瑟称赞你，称赞你的诚实！以色列的圣者啊，我要弹琴歌颂你！

    I will also praise thee with the psaltery, even thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel.

23. 23

    我歌颂你的时候，我的唇和我的魂（就是你所救赎的）都必大大喜乐；

    当我向你歌唱的时候，我的唇会非常喜乐；还有我的魂，就是你已赎的。

    我歌颂你的时候，我的嘴唇和你所赎我的灵魂都必欢呼；

    My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed.

24. 24

    我的舌头也必终日讲论你的公义，因为那些谋害我的人已经蒙羞受辱了。

    我的舌头也会整天讲说你的正义；因那些寻找要伤害我的人，他们已被羞耻了，他们已被带向羞愧了。

    并且我的舌头必终日讲论你的公义，因为那些谋害我的人已经蒙羞受辱了。

    My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto shame, that seek my hurt.
