   （大卫逃避扫罗，藏在洞里。那时，他作这诗，交给领唱。调用不要毁坏。）神啊，怜悯我，怜悯我。因为我的魂信靠你。我要以你翅膀的荫下作我的避难所，直到这些灾害过去。

   （当大卫逃离扫尔，在一个洞里时，大卫的米赫坦，用奥他塞斯，交给首席音乐人。）神啊，怜悯我，怜悯我；因我的魂信靠你；是的，我要在你翅膀的荫下造我的避难所，直到这些灾害过去。

   神啊，求你怜悯我，怜悯我！因为我的心投靠你。我要投靠在你翅膀的荫下，等到灾害过去。

   (To the chief Musician, Altaschith, Michtam of David, when he fled from Saul in the cave.) Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast.

   我要求告至高的神，就是为我成全万事的神。

   我要向至高的神哭喊；向那为我履行所有事情的神。

   我要求告至高的　神，就是为我成全诸事的　神。

   I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me.

3. 3

   那要吞我的人辱骂我的时候，神从天上必发出救我。神必发出他的怜悯和真理。

   他会从天上派遣，并救我脱离那要吞我的人对我的责备。细拉。神会发出他的怜悯和他的真理。

   那要吞我的人辱骂我的时候，　神从天上必施恩救我，也必向我发出慈爱和诚实。

   He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.

   我的魂在狮子中间；我躺在性如烈火的人的儿子们当中。他们的牙齿是枪、箭；他们的舌头是快剑。

   我的魂在狮子当中；我躺在那些被点燃火的人们当中，就是人的儿子们，他们的牙齿是矛和箭，他们的舌头是一把锋利的剑。

   我的性命在狮子中间；我躺卧在性如烈火的世人当中。他们的牙齿是枪、箭；他们的舌头是快刀。

   My soul is among lions: and I lie even among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.

   神啊，愿你崇高过于诸天。愿你的荣耀高过全地。

   神啊，愿你被升高超过众天；让你的荣耀超过这全地吧。

   神啊，愿你崇高过于诸天！愿你的荣耀高过全地！

   Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; let thy glory be above all the earth.

   他们为我的脚设下网罗，压制我的魂；他们在我面前挖了坑，自己反掉在其中。细拉。

   他们为我的脚设下了一个网罗；我的魂屈了身；他们在我面前挖了一个坑，自己却掉在其中。细拉。

   他们为我的脚设下网罗，压制我的心；他们在我面前挖了坑，自己反掉在其中。（细拉）

   They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen themselves. Selah.

   神啊，我心坚定，我心坚定；我要歌唱，献上赞美。

   神啊，我的心坚定，我的心坚定；我要歌唱，给予赞美。

   神啊，我心坚定，我心坚定；我要唱诗，我要歌颂！

   My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.

8. 8

   我的荣耀啊，你当醒起。琴瑟啊，你们当醒起。我自己要极早醒起。

   我的荣耀，醒来；琴瑟，醒来；我自己也要早早醒来。

   我的灵（原文是荣耀）啊，你当醒起！琴瑟啊，你们当醒起！我自己要极早醒起！

   Awake up, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.

   主啊，我要在万民中赞美你，在列邦中歌颂你。

   主啊，我要在人民当中赞美你；我要在各国当中向你歌唱。

   主啊，我要在万民中称谢你，在列邦中歌颂你！

   I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: I will sing unto thee among the nations.

10. 10

    因为，你的怜悯大及诸天；你的真理达到云霄。

    因你的怜悯伟大直至众天；你的真理直至众云。

    因为，你的慈爱高及诸天；你的诚实达到穹苍。

    For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds.

11. 11

    神啊，愿你崇高过于诸天。愿你的荣耀高过全地。

    神啊，愿你被升高超过众天；让你的荣耀超过这全地吧。

    神啊，愿你崇高过于诸天！愿你的荣耀高过全地！

    Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: let thy glory be above all the earth.
