（给可拉众子的诗歌，交给领唱。）神是我们的避难所和力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。

神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。
(To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth.) God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

因此我们不会畏惧，即使地被挪移，众山被搬到海的中心，
因此我们不会畏惧，即使这地被移动，即使群山被搬到海的中心；
所以，地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心，
Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

即使其中的众水咆哮翻腾，众山在其中战抖并涨起。细拉。
即使其中的众水咆哮且被搅扰，即使群山因其涨起而摇动。细拉。
其中的水虽砰訇翻腾，山虽因海涨而战抖，我们也不害怕。（细拉）
Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

有一道河，这河的众支流使神的城欢喜；这城就是至高者居住的众圣所。
有一条河，这条河的众支流会使神的城高兴，这城就是至高者众帐幕的神圣之地。
有一道河，这河的分汊使 神的城欢喜；这城就是至高者居住的圣所。
There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.

神在她的中间，她必不动摇；到天一亮，神必帮助她。
神在她的中间；她不会被移动；一大早，神就会帮助她。
神在其中，城必不动摇；到天一亮， 神必帮助这城。
God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.

外邦喧嚷，列国动摇；他发声，地便熔化。
异教徒暴怒，众王国被挪移；他发出了他的声音，这地就熔化了。
外邦喧嚷，列国动摇； 神发声，地便熔化。
The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.

万军之耶和华与我们同在；雅各的神是我们的避难所。细拉。
众军的主是与我们在一起的；雅克布的神是我们的避难所。细拉。

The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

来，观看耶和华的作为，看他使地怎样荒凉。
来，看主的工作，看他在这地里造成的荒凉是什么。
你们来看耶和华的作为，看他使地怎样荒凉。
Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.

他止息战争，直到地的尽头；他折弓、断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。
他使战争止息，直到这地的尽头；他打碎弓，又折断矛；并把战车焚烧在火中。
他止息刀兵，直到地极；他折弓、断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。
He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.

平静，要知道我是神: 我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
平静吧，要知道我是神；我要在异教徒当中被高举，我要在这地里被高举。
你们要休息，要知道我是 神！我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

万军之耶和华与我们同在；雅各的神是我们的避难所。细拉。

The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
