1. 1

   （大卫逃避他儿子押沙龙的时候作的诗。）耶和华啊，扰害我的何其加增；有许多人起来攻击我。

   （大卫从他儿子阿布沙龙那里逃跑时的一首诗。）主，搅扰我的人他们怎么增加！有许多人起来攻击我。

   耶和华啊，我的敌人何其加增；有许多人起来攻击我。

   (A Psalm of David, when he fled from Absalom his son.) Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.

2. 2

   有许多人议论我的魂说，他得不着神的帮助。细拉。

   有许多人对于我的魂说到，他在神里没有帮助。细拉。

   有许多人议论我说：“他得不着　神的帮助。”（细拉）

   Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.

3. 3

   但你耶和华啊，是我的盾牌，是我的荣耀，又是叫我抬起头来的。

   主啊，但你是我的一个盾牌；我的荣耀，又是我的头的抬起者。

   但你耶和华是我四围的盾牌，是我的荣耀，又是叫我抬起头来的。

   But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

4. 4

   我用我的声音求告耶和华，他就从他的圣山上听我。细拉。

   我用我的声音向主哭喊，他就从他神圣的山丘上听我。细拉。

   我用我的声音求告耶和华，他就从他的圣山上应允我。（细拉）

   I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.

   我躺下睡觉，我醒来，耶和华都托住我。

   我躺下睡觉；我醒着；都因主维持了我。

   我躺下睡觉，我醒着，耶和华都保佑我。

   I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.

6. 6

   虽有成万的百姓来围绕攻击我，我也不怕。

   虽有成千上万的人民，在周围各就各位针对我，我也不会害怕。

   虽有成万的百姓来周围攻击我，我也不怕。

   I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.

7. 7

   耶和华啊，起来。我的神啊，救我。因为你击打了我一切仇敌的腮骨，敲碎了不敬虔人的牙齿。

   主啊，起来；我的神啊，救我；因你猛击在我所有敌人的脸颊骨上；你打碎了不敬神者的牙齿。

   耶和华啊，求你起来！我的　神啊，求你救我！因为你打了我一切仇敌的腮骨，敲碎了恶人的牙齿。

   Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.

8. 8

   拯救属于耶和华；愿你的祝福临到你的百姓。细拉。

   拯救属于主；你的祝福就在你的人民身上。细拉。

   救恩属乎耶和华；愿你赐福给你的百姓。（细拉）

   Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.
