（耶和华的仆人大卫的诗，交给领唱。当耶和华救他脱离一切仇敌和扫罗之手的日子，他向耶和华念这诗的话。说: ）耶和华，我的力量啊，我爱你。
（主的仆人大卫的一首诗，交给首席音乐人。在主拯救他脱离他一切敌人和扫尔之手的那天里，他向主说了这首歌的词语；他说，）主啊，我的强力，我要爱你。
耶和华，我的力量啊，我爱你！
(To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, the servant of the LORD, who spake unto the LORD the words of this song in the day that the LORD delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul: And he said,) I will love thee, O LORD, my strength.

耶和华是我的磐石，我的堡垒，我的拯救者；我的神，我的力量，我所信的；他是我的盾牌，是我救恩的角，是我的高台。
主是我的岩石，我的要塞，我的拯救者；我的神，我的强力，我要信靠的那位；我的圆盾，我的拯救之角，我的高塔。
耶和华是我的岩石，我的山寨，我的救主，我的　神，我的磐石，我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的高台。
The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

我要求告那配得赞美的耶和华；这样我必从仇敌中被救出来。
我要呼叫配受赞美的主；我也是这样从我的众敌人中被拯救。
我要求告当赞美的耶和华；这样我必从仇敌手中被救出来。
I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.

曾有死亡的愁苦围绕我，不敬虔之人的洪水使我害怕，
死亡的悲伤围绕我，不敬神之人的急流使我害怕。
曾有死亡的绳索缠绕我，匪类的急流使我惊惧，
The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid.

地狱的愁苦围绕我，死亡的网罗临到我。
地狱的悲伤围绕在我周围；死亡的网罗迎接我。
阴间的绳索缠绕我，死亡的网罗临到我。
The sorrows of hell compassed me about: the snares of death prevented me.

我在急难中求告耶和华，向我的神呼求。他从他殿中听了我的声音；我的呼求来到他面前入了他的耳。
我在危难中呼喊主，并向我的神哭喊；他就从他的殿中听了我的声音；然后我的哭喊来到他面前，就进入了他的耳。
我在急难中求告耶和华，向我的　神呼求。他从殿中听了我的声音；我在他面前的呼求入了他的耳中。
In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.

那时，因他发怒，地就摇撼战抖；众山的根基也移动摇撼。
于是这地就摇动并颤抖；因为他恼怒，山丘的根基也都移动并摇动。
那时，因他发怒，地就摇撼战抖；山的根基也震动摇撼。
Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations also of the hills moved and were shaken, because he was wroth.

从他鼻孔冒烟上腾；从他口中发火焚烧，连炭也着了。
从他的鼻孔有一阵烟上腾，从他口中发出火吞灭；炭也被它点着了。
从他鼻孔冒烟上腾；从他口中发火焚烧，连炭也着了。
There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it.

他又使诸天下垂，亲自降临，有黑暗在他脚下。
他也让众天屈身，又下来；并且黑暗在他脚下。
他又使天下垂，亲自降临，有黑云在他脚下。
He bowed the heavens also, and came down: and darkness was under his feet.

他坐着基路伯飞行；是的，他借着风的翅膀快飞。
他驾乘在一个基路伯上，就飞行；是的，他在风的翅膀上飞行。
他坐着基路伯飞行；他藉着风的翅膀快飞。
And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind.

他使黑暗成为他的隐秘之处，以众水的黑暗、天空的厚云为遮蔽他的亭子。
他让黑暗成为他的隐秘处；黑暗的众水和众天空的密云是围绕他四周的帐篷。
他以黑暗为藏身之处，以水的黑暗、天空的厚云为他四围的行宫。
He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies.

因他面前的光辉，他的厚云行过，便有冰雹和火炭。
他的密云在他面前的光亮中经过，带着冰雹和炭火。
因他面前的光辉，他的厚云行过便有冰雹火炭。
At the brightness that was before him his thick clouds passed, hail stones and coals of fire.

耶和华也在诸天中打雷；至高者发出他的声音便有冰雹火炭。
主也在众天里打雷，至高者给出他的声音；就有冰雹和炭火。
耶和华也在天上打雷；至高者发出声音便有冰雹火炭。
The LORD also thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice; hail stones and coals of fire.
14
是的，他射出他的箭，使他们四散；他射出闪电，使他们扰乱。
是的，他发出他的箭，并使它们分散；他射出众闪电，并击溃它们。
他射出箭来，使仇敌四散；多多发出闪电，使他们扰乱。
Yea, he sent out his arrows, and scattered them; and he shot out lightnings, and discomfited them.

耶和华啊，你的斥责一发，你鼻孔的气一出，众水的通道就显现，世界的根基也显露。
主啊，你的斥责一发，你鼻孔的气一惊吓，于是众水的通道就被看见，世界的众根基也被发现。
耶和华啊，你的斥责一发，你鼻孔的气一出，海底就出现，大地的根基也显露。
Then the channels of waters were seen, and the foundations of the world were discovered at thy rebuke, O LORD, at the blast of the breath of thy nostrils.

他从高天伸手抓住我，把我从众水中拉上来。
他从高处派遣，他抓住我，他把我从许多水中拉出来。
他从高天伸手抓住我，把我从大水中拉上来。
He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many waters.
17
他救我脱离我的强敌和那些恨我的人，因为他们比我强盛。
他拯救我脱离我强壮的敌人，并脱离那些恨我的人；因他们对我来说太强壮了。
他救我脱离我的劲敌和那些恨我的人，因为他们比我强盛。
He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated me: for they were too strong for me.

我遭遇灾难的日子，他们来攻击我；但耶和华是我的倚靠。
他们在我遭难的那天里迎接我；但主是我的停留。
我遭遇灾难的日子，他们来攻击我；但耶和华是我的倚靠。
They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the LORD was my stay.
19
他又领我到宽阔之处；他搭救我，因他喜悦我。
他又把我带出来进入一个宽大的地方；他拯救了我，因为他喜欢我。
他又领我到宽阔之处；他救拔我，因他喜悦我。
He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me.
20
耶和华按我的公义报答我，按着我手中的清洁奖赏我。
主按照我的正义奖赏我；按照我手中的清洁，他回报了我。
耶和华按着我的公义报答我，按着我手中的清洁赏赐我。
The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me.
21
因为我遵守了耶和华的众道路，并没有邪恶的离开我的神。
因我持守了主的众道路，并且从没有邪恶地离开过我的神。
因为我遵守了耶和华的道，未曾作恶离开我的　神。
For I have kept the ways of the LORD, and have not wickedly departed from my God.
22
他的一切典章在我面前；他的律例我也不丢弃。
因他的一切判决都在我面前，我也没有把他的法规丢弃。
他的一切典章常在我面前；他的律例我也未曾丢弃。
For all his judgments were before me, and I did not put away his statutes from me.
23
我在他面前也是正直的；我也保守自己远离我的罪孽。
我也在他面前正直，并且我持守自己远离我的罪过。
我在他面前作了完全人；我也保守自己远离我的罪孽。
I was also upright before him, and I kept myself from mine iniquity.
24
所以，耶和华按我的公义，按我在他眼前手中的清洁奖赏我。
因此，主按照我的正义，按照那在他眼里我手中的清洁回报了我。
所以，耶和华按我的公义，按我在他眼前手中的清洁偿还我。
Therefore hath the LORD recompensed me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in his eyesight.
25
怜恤他人的，你也必怜恤他；对正直的人，你也必显为正直。
对于怜悯者，你会显示自己是怜悯的；对于一个正直的人，你会显示自己是正直的；
慈爱的人，你以慈爱待他；完全的人，你以完全待他。
With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful; with an upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright;
26
纯洁的人，你待以纯洁；乖僻的人，你待以乖僻。
对于纯一者，你会显示自己是纯一的；对于骄横者，你会显示自己是骄横的。
清洁的人，你以清洁待他；乖僻的人，你以弯曲待他。
With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself froward.
27
困苦的百姓，你必拯救；高傲的眼，你必贬低。
因你会救那受折磨的人；但是会把高傲的眼带下去。
困苦的百姓，你必拯救；高傲的眼目，你必使他降卑。
For thou wilt save the afflicted people; but wilt bring down high looks.
28
因你必点着我的烛: 耶和华我的神必照亮我的黑暗。
因你会点着我的蜡烛；主我的神会照亮我的黑暗。
你必点着我的灯；耶和华我的　神必照明我的黑暗。
For thou wilt light my candle: the LORD my God will enlighten my darkness.
29
因我借着你冲破敌军，借着我的神跳过围墙。
因借着你，我已冲破一支部队；借着我的神，我已越过一面墙。
我藉着你冲入敌军，藉着我的　神跳过墙垣。
For by thee I have run through a troop; and by my God have I leaped over a wall.
30
至于神，他的道是完全的；耶和华的话是炼净的。凡信靠他的，他便作他们的盾牌。
至于神，他的道路是完美的；主的话被试炼过；对于所有那些信靠他的人，他是一个圆盾。
至于　神，他的道是完全的；耶和华的话是炼净的。凡投靠他的，他便作他们的盾牌。
As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.
31
因为除了耶和华，谁是神呢？除了我们的神，谁是磐石呢？
因除了主，谁是神？或者除了我们的神，谁是一块岩石？
除了耶和华，谁是　神呢？除了我们的　神，谁是磐石呢？
For who is God save the LORD? or who is a rock save our God?
32
那以力量束我的腰、使我的道路完全的，他是神。
是神，以强力束我的腰，并使我的道路完美。
惟有那以力量束我的腰、使我行为完全的，他是　神。
It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.
33
他使我的脚如母鹿的蹄，又将我安置在高处。
他使我的脚像母鹿的脚，又把我立在我的高处。
他使我的脚快如母鹿的蹄，又使我在高处安稳。
He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places.

他教导我的手去争战，使我的膀臂能折断铜弓。
他教导我的手去争战，以致钢弓都被我的膀臂折断。
他教导我的手能以争战，甚至我的膀臂能开铜弓。
He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.
35
你也赐我你救恩的盾牌；你的右手扶持我；你的温和使我为大。
你也把你拯救的盾牌给了我；你的右手高举我，你的温柔使我伟大。
你把你的救恩给我作盾牌；你的右手扶持我；你的温和使我为大。
Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great.
36
你使我脚下的脚步宽阔，让我的脚不会滑倒。
你使我下面的脚步宽阔，使我的脚不打滑。
你使我脚下的地步宽阔；我的脚未曾滑跌。
Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip.
37
我要追赶我的仇敌，并要追上他们；不将他们灭绝，我总不回去。
我已追赶我的众敌人，并追上了他们；我不转回，直到他们被消灭。
我要追赶我的仇敌，并要追上他们；不将他们灭绝，我总不归回。
I have pursued mine enemies, and overtaken them: neither did I turn again till they were consumed.
38
我要打伤他们，使他们不能起来；他们必倒在我的脚下。
我已伤了他们，使他们不能起来；他们倒在了我的脚下。
我要打伤他们，使他们不能起来；他们必倒在我的脚下。
I have wounded them that they were not able to rise: they are fallen under my feet.
39
因为你曾以力量束我的腰，使我能争战；你也使那起来攻击我的都服在我以下。
因你用强力束了我的腰去打仗；你又把那些起来攻击我的，制伏在我下面。
因为你曾以力量束我的腰，使我能争战；你也使那起来攻击我的都服在我以下。
For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.
40
你把我仇敌的脖子交给我，叫我可以毁灭那些恨我的人。
你把我众敌人的脖子交给我，让我可以毁灭那些恨我的人。
你又使我的仇敌在我面前转背逃跑，叫我能以剪除那恨我的人。
Thou hast also given me the necks of mine enemies; that I might destroy them that hate me.
41
他们呼求，却无人拯救他们；就是呼求耶和华，他也不回答。
他们哭喊，却没有人救他们；即使向主哭喊，他却不回答他们。
他们呼求，却无人拯救；就是呼求耶和华，他也不应允。
They cried, but there was none to save them: even unto the LORD, but he answered them not.
42
我击打他们，如同风前的灰尘，扔出他们，如同街上的泥土。
于是我把他们打碎，就像风前的灰尘；我把他们倒出去，就像街上的污垢。
我捣碎他们，如同风前的灰尘，倒出他们，如同街上的泥土。
Then did I beat them small as the dust before the wind: I did cast them out as the dirt in the streets.
43
你救我脱离百姓的争竞，立我作外邦的元首；我素不认识的民必侍奉我。
你救我脱离了人民的竞争；并且你使我作了异教徒的头；我不知道的一群人民会服务我。
你救我脱离百姓的争竞，立我作列国的元首；我素不认识的民必侍奉我。
Thou hast delivered me from the strivings of the people; and thou hast made me the head of the heathen: a people whom I have not known shall serve me.
44
他们一听见我，就必服从我；外人要归顺我。
他们一听见我，他们就会听从我；外人们自己会服从我。
他们一听见我的名声就必顺从我；外邦人要投降我。
As soon as they hear of me, they shall obey me: the strangers shall submit themselves unto me.
45
外人要衰残，战战兢兢地出他们的隐蔽之地。
外人们会消失，又在他们的各封闭处害怕。
外邦人要衰残，战战兢兢地出他们的营寨。
The strangers shall fade away, and be afraid out of their close places.
46
耶和华活着；我的磐石是应当称颂的；愿我救恩的神被尊崇。
主活着；我的岩石是蒙福的；让我拯救的神被升高吧。
耶和华是活　神。愿我的磐石被人称颂；愿救我的　神被人尊崇。
The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted.
47
这位神，就是那为我伸冤的、使众民服在我以下的。
是神，给我报仇，并把人民制伏在我下面。
这位　神，就是那为我伸冤、使众民服在我以下的。
It is God that avengeth me, and subdueth the people under me.
48
他救我脱离仇敌；是的，你又把我举起，高过那些起来攻击我的；你救我脱离强暴的人。
他拯救我脱离我的众敌人；是的，你又把我举起，高过那些起来攻击我的；你拯救我脱离了强暴的人。
你救我脱离仇敌，又把我举起，高过那些起来攻击我的；你救我脱离强暴的人。
He delivereth me from mine enemies: yea, thou liftest me up above those that rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.
49
耶和华啊，因此我要在外邦中向你献上感谢，唱歌赞美你的名。
主啊，因此我要在异教徒中给予你感谢，向你的名歌唱赞美。
耶和华啊，因此我要在外邦中称谢你，歌颂你的名。
Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O LORD, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name.
50
他把极大的拯救给他的王，施怜悯给他的受膏者，给大卫和他的种子，直到永远。
他把极大的拯救给了他的王；并向他的受膏抹者显出怜悯，向大卫，又向他的种子，直到永远。
耶和华赐极大的救恩给他所立的王，施慈爱给他的受膏者，就是给大卫和他的后裔，直到永远。
Great deliverance giveth he to his king; and sheweth mercy to his anointed, to David, and to his seed for evermore.
