你们要赞美耶和华。我的魂哪，你要赞美耶和华。
你们赞美主。我的魂啊，赞美主。
你们要赞美耶和华！我的心哪，你要赞美耶和华！
Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.
2
我一生要赞美耶和华。我还活的时候要歌颂我的神。
我还活着就要赞美主；只要我还有任何的存在，就要向我的神歌唱赞美。
我一生要赞美耶和华！我还活的时候要歌颂我的　神！
While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

你们不要信靠首领，也不要信靠人的儿子；他们不能帮助。
不要把你们的信靠放在众王子里，也不要放在人的儿子里，在他里面没有帮助。
你们不要倚靠君王，不要倚靠世人；他一点不能帮助。
Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

他的气一断，就回这地；他每天的思想，就在其中消灭了。
他的气一走，他就返回他的地；就在那一天里，他的思想就灭亡了。
他的气一断，就归回尘土；他所打算的，当日就消灭了。
His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

以雅各的神为他的帮助、仰望耶和华他神的，他是有福的。
那人是快乐的，就是有雅克布的神作他的帮助，他的指望在主他的神里的那人；
以雅各的　神为帮助、仰望耶和华他　神的，这人便为有福！
Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

耶和华造天、地、海，和其中的万物；他持守真理，直到永远。
他造了天和地，海和其中的一切；他永远持守真理；
耶和华造天、地、海，和其中的万物；他守诚实，直到永远。
Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:

他为受欺压的伸冤，给饥饿的人食物。耶和华释放众囚徒；
他为受欺压者执行判决；给饥饿者吃的。主释放众囚犯；
他为受屈的伸冤，赐食物与饥饿的。耶和华释放被囚的；
Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:

耶和华开了瞎子的眼睛；耶和华扶起被压下的人。耶和华喜爱义人。
主打开瞎子的眼睛；主兴起那些被压下的人；主爱正义者；
耶和华开了瞎子的眼睛；耶和华扶起被压下的人。耶和华喜爱义人。
The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:

耶和华保护外人，扶持孤儿寡妇，却使恶人的道路颠倒。
主保全外人们；他救助无父者和寡妇；却使恶者的道路颠倒。
耶和华保护寄居的，扶持孤儿和寡妇，却使恶人的道路弯曲。
The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

耶和华要统治，直到永远。锡安哪，你的神要统治，直到万代。你们要赞美耶和华。
主会永远统治，就是你的神，哦锡安，直到所有世代。你们赞美主。
耶和华要作王，直到永远！锡安哪，你的　神要作王，直到万代！你们要赞美耶和华！
The LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
