   （大卫的诗。）耶和华啊，听我的祷告，留心听我的恳求: 凭你的信实和公义应允我。

   （大卫的一首诗。）主啊，听我的祷告，向我的祈求侧耳吧；在你的守信和你的正义里回答我吧。

   耶和华啊，求你听我的祷告，留心听我的恳求，凭你的信实和公义应允我。

   (A Psalm of David.) Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.

2. 2

   不要审问你的仆人: 因为在你眼前，凡活着的人没有一个是义的。

   不要和你的仆人一起进入判决；因在你的眼里，没有活人会是公义的。

   求你不要审问仆人；因为在你面前，凡活着的人没有一个是义的。

   And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.

   因为仇敌逼迫我的魂，将我的生命打倒在地，使我住在黑暗之处，像死了很久的人一样。

   因敌人迫害了我的魂；他已把我的生命打落到地面；他使我住在黑暗里，就像那些死了很久的人。

   原来仇敌逼迫我，将我打倒在地，使我住在幽暗之处，像死了许久的人一样。

   For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.

   所以，我的灵在我里面发昏；我的心在我里面凄惨。

   因此，我的灵在我里面被淹没；我的心在我里面成为荒凉。

   所以，我的灵在我里面发昏；我的心在我里面凄惨。

   Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.

   我追想古时之日，思想你的一切作为，默念你手的工作。

   我记起旧时的日子；我冥想你的一切工作；我沉思你双手的工作。

   我追想古时之日，思想你的一切作为，默念你手的工作。

   I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.

   我向你举手: 我的魂渴想你，如干旱之地盼雨一样。细拉。

   我向你伸出我的双手；我的魂渴想你，就像一片干渴的土地。细拉。

   我向你举手；我的心渴想你，如干旱之地盼雨一样。（细拉）

   I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.

   耶和华啊，速速应允我: 我的灵耗尽: 不要向我掩面，免得我像那些下坑的人一样。

   主啊，迅速地听我吧；我的灵枯竭了；不要向我隐藏你的脸，以免我类似那些下到坑里的人。

   耶和华啊，求你速速应允我！我心神耗尽！不要向我掩面，免得我像那些下坑的人一样。

   Hear me speedily, O LORD: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.

   使我清晨得听你的慈爱，因我信靠你: 使我知道当行的路，因我向你举起我的魂。

   使我早晨听到你的慈爱；因我信靠你；致使我知道我应该行走的道路；因我向你举起我的魂。

   求你使我清晨得听你慈爱之言，因我倚靠你；求你使我知道当行的路，因我的心仰望你。

   Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.

9. 9

   耶和华啊，拯救我脱离我的仇敌: 我逃往你那里藏身。

   主啊，拯救我脱离我的众敌人；我逃向你去隐藏自己。

   耶和华啊，求你救我脱离我的仇敌！我往你那里藏身。

   Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.

10. 10

    教导我遵行你的旨意，因你是我的神: 你的灵是良善的；带领我到正直之地。

    教导我去做你的意愿；因你是我的神；你的灵是好的；带领我进入正直的土地。

    求你指教我遵行你的旨意，因你是我的　神。你的灵本为善；求你引我到平坦之地。

    Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.

11. 11

    耶和华啊，为你名的缘故将我救活: 凭你的公义，将我的魂从患难中领出来。

    主啊，为你的名的缘故苏醒我吧；为你的正义的缘故，从困苦中把我的魂带出来吧。

    耶和华啊，求你为你的名将我救活，凭你的公义，将我从患难中领出来，

    Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name's sake: for thy righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble.

12. 12

    凭你的怜悯剪除我的仇敌，毁灭一切苦待我魂的，因我是你的仆人。

    出于你的怜悯剪除我的众敌人，并毁灭所有苦待我魂的人吧；因我是你的仆人。

    凭你的慈爱剪除我的仇敌，灭绝一切苦待我的人，因我是你的仆人。

    And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.
