   （大卫上行之诗。）耶和华啊，我的心不狂傲，我的眼不高大；重大和对我来说太高的事，我也不敢行。

   （大卫的一首上行的歌。）主，我的心不傲慢，我的眼睛也不高傲；伟大的事务，或对我来说太高的事情，我也不在其中锻炼自己。

   耶和华啊，我的心不狂傲，我的眼不高大；重大和测不透的事，我也不敢行。

   (A Song of degrees of David.) Lord, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.

   我的心平稳安静，好像断奶的孩子在他母亲的怀中；我的魂如断奶的孩子。

   我的确已使自己表现得规矩和安静，就像一个从他母亲断奶的孩子；我的魂就像一个断奶的孩子。

   我的心平稳安静，好像断过奶的孩子在他母亲的怀中；我的心在我里面真像断过奶的孩子。

   Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.

   以色列啊，你应当仰望耶和华，从今时直到永远。

   让以色列盼望主吧，从今后直到永远。

   以色列啊，你当仰望耶和华，从今时直到永远！

   Let Israel hope in the LORD from henceforth and for ever.
