   （痛苦的人被压垮的时候，在耶和华面前吐露苦情的祷告。）耶和华啊，听我的祷告，让我的呼求达到你面前。

   （当受折磨的人被压垮，并在主面前倾倒他的申诉时的一个祷告。）主啊，听我的祷告，让我的哭喊来到你那里。

   耶和华啊，求你听我的祷告，容我的呼求达到你面前！

   (A Prayer of the afflicted, when he is overwhelmed, and poureth out his complaint before the LORD.) Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee.

2. 2

   我在急难的日子，向我侧耳；不要向我掩面。我呼求的日子，快快回答我。

   我在困苦中的时候，在那天你不要向我隐藏你的脸；向我倾你的耳；当我呼叫的那天，立刻回答我吧。

   我在急难的日子，求你向我侧耳；不要向我掩面！我呼求的日子，求你快快应允我！

   Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.

3. 3

   因为，我的年日如烟消灭；我的骨头如炉烧着。

   因我的日子像烟一样耗尽，我的骨头又像一个炉子烧着。

   因为，我的年日如烟云消灭；我的骨头如火把烧着。

   For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth.

4. 4

   我的心被伤，如草枯干，甚至我忘记吃饭。

   我的心被重击，像草一样枯干；以致我忘记吃我的饼。

   我的心被伤，如草枯干，甚至我忘记吃饭。

   My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread.

5. 5

   因我唉哼的声音，我的皮紧贴骨头。

   因我的呻吟之声的缘故，我的骨头粘着我的皮。

   因我唉哼的声音，我的肉紧贴骨头。

   By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin.

6. 6

   我如同旷野的鹈鹕；我好像荒漠的猫头鹰。

   我就像荒野的一只鹈鹕；我就像荒漠的猫头鹰。

   我如同旷野的鹈鹕；我好像荒场的鸮鸟。

   I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert.

   我警醒，像房顶上孤单的麻雀。

   我守望，就像房顶上唯独的一只麻雀。

   我警醒不睡；我像房顶上孤单的麻雀。

   I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.

8. 8

   我的仇敌终日辱骂我；向我猖狂的人指着我赌咒。

   我的众敌人整天责备我；对我疯狂的人已针对我发了誓。

   我的仇敌终日辱骂我；向我猖狂的人指着我赌咒。

   Mine enemies reproach me all the day; and they that are mad against me are sworn against me.

   我吃过炉灰，如同吃饭；我所喝的与眼泪搀杂。

   因我吃灰就像吃饼一样，我喝的又与哭泣混合，

   我吃过炉灰，如同吃饭；我所喝的与眼泪搀杂。

   For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping.

    这都因你的恼恨和愤怒；你把我拾起来，又把我摔下去。

    都因你的愤怒和你的怒火；因你把我举起来，又把我抛下去。

    这都因你的恼恨和忿怒；你把我拾起来，又把我摔下去。

    Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down.

11. 11

    我的年日如影子偏斜；我也如草枯干。

    我的日子就像倾斜的影子；我又像草一样枯干。

    我的年日如日影偏斜；我也如草枯干。

    My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass.

12. 12

    唯你耶和华啊，必存到永远；你的记念也存到万代。

    但是你，主啊，会坚持到永远；并且你的记忆直到所有世代。

    惟你耶和华必存到永远；你可记念的名也存到万代。

    But thou, O LORD, shall endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations.

13. 13

    你必起来怜悯锡安，因现在是喜悦她的时候，是的，所定的日期已经到了。

    你会起来，怜悯锡安；是的，喜爱她的时候，那定时来到了。

    你必起来怜恤锡安，因现在是可怜她的时候，日期已经到了。

    Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.

14. 14

    因为你的众仆人喜悦她的石头，喜爱她的尘土。

    因你的众仆人喜欢她的众石头，又喜爱其尘土。

    你的仆人原来喜悦她的石头，可怜她的尘土。

    For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.

15. 15

    所以，外邦要畏惧耶和华的名；世上一切的君王都畏惧你的荣耀。

    所以，异教徒会畏惧主的名，这地所有的王都畏惧你的荣耀。

    列国要敬畏耶和华的名；世上诸王都敬畏你的荣耀。

    So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.

16. 16

    当耶和华建造锡安，他必在他荣耀里显现。

    当主建立锡安的时候，他会在他的荣耀里显现。

    因为耶和华建造了锡安，在他荣耀里显现。

    When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory.

17. 17

    他关心贫乏人的祷告，并不藐视他们的祈求。

    他会看重缺乏者的祷告，并不藐视他们的祷告。

    他垂听穷人的祷告，并不藐视他们的祈求。

    He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.

18. 18

    这必为后来世代的人记下，将来被造的民要赞美耶和华。

    为了后来世代的人，这个会被写下来；那被创造的人民就会赞美主。

    这必为后代的人记下，将来受造的民要赞美耶和华。

    This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.

19. 19

    因为，他从至高的圣所垂看；耶和华从天向地观察，

    因他已从高处的圣所俯视；主从天上察看这地；

    因为，他从至高的圣所垂看；耶和华从天向地观察，

    For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD behold the earth;

20. 20

    要垂听被囚之人的叹息，要释放那些将要死的人，

    为要听囚犯的呻吟；为要释放那些指定去死的人；

    要垂听被囚之人的叹息，要释放将要死的人，

    To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death;

21. 21

    使人在锡安传扬耶和华的名，在耶路撒冷传扬他的称赞，

    为要在锡安申明主的名，又在耶路撒冷申明他的赞美；

    使人在锡安传扬耶和华的名，在耶路撒冷传扬赞美他的话，

    To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;

22. 22

    就是在万民和列国聚集侍奉耶和华的时候。

    那时人民和众王国都被聚集到一起，为要服务主。

    就是在万民和列国聚会侍奉耶和华的时候。

    When the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.

23. 23

    他使我的力量中道衰弱，使我的年日短少。

    他在路上削弱了我的强力；他缩短了我的日子。

    他使我的力量中道衰弱，使我的年日短少。

    He weakened my strength in the way; he shortened my days.

24. 24

    我说，我的神啊，不要使我中年去世。你的年数万世无穷。

    我说，我的神啊，不要在我的日子当中把我拿走；你的年岁贯穿所有世代。

    我说：“我的　神啊，不要使我中年去世。你的年数世世无穷！”

    I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: thy years are throughout all generations.

25. 25

    你亘古立了地的根基；诸天也是你手的工作。

    你旧时已奠定了这地的根基；众天也是你手的工作。

    你起初立了地的根基；天也是你手所造的。

    Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.

26. 26

    它们都要灭没，你却要长存；是的，它们都要如外衣渐渐旧了。你要将它们如里衣更换，它们就改变了。

    它们都会消亡，你却会坚持；是的，它们都会像一件衣服一样渐渐旧了；你会像一件服饰那样改变它们，它们就会被改变了；

    天地都要灭没，你却要长存；天地都要如外衣渐渐旧了。你要将天地如里衣更换，天地就都改变了。

    They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:

27. 27

    但你是一样的；你的年数没有穷尽。

    但你是一样的，你的年岁没有尽头。

    惟有你永不改变；你的年数没有穷尽。

    But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.

28. 28

    你众仆人的儿女要长存；他们的种子要坚立在你面前。

    你众仆人的孩子们会继续，并且他们的种子会在你面前被建立。

    你仆人的子孙要长存；他们的后裔要坚立在你面前。

    The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee.
