   巴兰对巴勒说，你在这里给我筑七座坛，为我预备七只公牛，七只公羊。

   巴兰对巴莱克说，在这里给我建造七座坛，为我在这里预备七只公牛和七只公羊。

   巴兰对巴勒说：“你在这里给我筑七座坛，为我预备七只公牛，七只公羊。”

   And Balaam said unto Balak, Build me here seven altars, and prepare me here seven oxen and seven rams.

   巴勒照巴兰的话行了。巴勒和巴兰在每座坛上献一只公牛，一只公羊。

   巴莱克就照巴兰讲的做了；巴莱克和巴兰在每座坛上祭祀了一只公牛和一只公羊。

   And Balak did as Balaam had spoken; and Balak and Balaam offered on every altar a bullock and a ram.

   巴兰对巴勒说，你站在你的燔祭旁边，我往前去，或者耶和华来迎见我。他指示我什么，我必告诉你。于是巴兰上一高处。

   巴兰对巴莱克说，站在你的焚烧祭旁边，我要走；或许主要来见我；无论他向我显示什么，我会告诉你。他就上到一个高处。

   巴兰对巴勒说：“你站在你的燔祭旁边，我且往前去，或者耶和华来迎见我。他指示我什么，我必告诉你。”于是巴兰上一净光的高处。

   And Balaam said unto Balak, Stand by thy burnt offering, and I will go: peradventure the LORD will come to meet me: and whatsoever he sheweth me I will tell thee. And he went to an high place.

   神迎见巴兰；他对他说，我预备了七座坛，在每座坛上献了一只公牛，一只公羊。

   神见了巴兰；他对他说，我预备了七座坛，我在每座坛上祭祀了一只公牛和一只公羊。

   神迎见巴兰；巴兰说：“我预备了七座坛，在每座坛上献了一只公牛，一只公羊。”

   And God met Balaam: and he said unto him, I have prepared seven altars, and I have offered upon every altar a bullock and a ram.

   耶和华将话放在巴兰的口里，又说，回到巴勒那里，你就这样说。

   主把一句话放在巴兰的口里，说，转回到巴莱克那里，你要这样讲话。

   耶和华将话传给巴兰，又说：“你回到巴勒那里，要如此如此说。”

   And the LORD put a word in Balaam's mouth, and said, Return unto Balak, and thus thou shalt speak.

6. 6

   他就回到他那里，见他同摩押的首领们都站在燔祭旁边。

   然后他就返回到他那里，瞧，他站在他的焚烧祭旁，他还有摩阿布所有的王子。

   他就回到巴勒那里，见他同摩押的使臣都站在燔祭旁边。

   And he returned unto him, and, lo, he stood by his burnt sacrifice, he, and all the princes of Moab.

7. 7

   他便题起他的比喻说，摩押王巴勒带我出亚兰，离开东山，说，来啊，为我咒诅雅各；来啊，怒骂以色列。

   他就提起他的比喻，说，摩阿布王巴莱克从阿冉带出我，出了东山，说，来啊，为我咒诅雅克布，来啊，向以色列挑衅。

   巴兰便题起诗歌说：“巴勒引我出亚兰，摩押王引我出东山，说：‘来啊，为我咒诅雅各；来啊，怒骂以色列。’

   And he took up his parable, and said, Balak the king of Moab hath brought me from Aram, out of the mountains of the east, saying, Come, curse me Jacob, and come, defy Israel.

8. 8

   神没有咒诅的，我怎能咒诅？耶和华没有怒骂的，我怎能怒骂？

   我怎能咒诅神没有咒诅的呢？或者我怎能挑衅主没有挑衅的呢？

   神没有咒诅的，我焉能咒诅？耶和华没有怒骂的，我焉能怒骂？

   How shall I curse, whom God hath not cursed? or how shall I defy, whom the LORD hath not defied?

9. 9

   我从高峰看他，从小山望他；看啊，这是独居的民，不列在万民中。

   因我从众岩石顶看见他，又从众山丘看他；瞧，这人民要独居，不会被算在众国当中。

   我从高峰看他，从小山望他；这是独居的民，不列在万民中。

   For from the top of the rocks I see him, and from the hills I behold him: lo, the people shall dwell alone, and shall not be reckoned among the nations.

10. 10

    谁能数点雅各的尘土？谁能计算以色列的四分之一？我愿如义人之死而死；我愿如义人之终而终。

    谁能数算雅克布的尘土，和以色列四分之一的数目？让我以正义者的死而死，并让我的最后终点类似他的！

    谁能数点雅各的尘土？谁能计算以色列的四分之一？我愿如义人之死而死；我愿如义人之终而终。”

    Who can count the dust of Jacob, and the number of the fourth part of Israel? Let me die the death of the righteous, and let my last end be like his!

11. 11

    巴勒对巴兰说，你向我作的是什么事呢？我领你来咒诅我的仇敌，看啊，你竟为他们祝福。

    巴莱克对巴兰说，你对我做了什么？我领你来咒诅我的众敌人，看啊，你全是为他们祝福。

    巴勒对巴兰说：“你向我做的是什么事呢？我领你来咒诅我的仇敌，不料，你竟为他们祝福。”

    And Balak said unto Balaam, What hast thou done unto me? I took thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast blessed them altogether.

12. 12

    他回答说，耶和华放在我口中的话，我能不谨慎地说吗？

    他就回答说，难道我不应该留心去讲主放在我口里的话？

    他回答说：“耶和华传给我的话，我能不谨慎传说吗？”

    And he answered and said, Must I not take heed to speak that which the LORD hath put in my mouth?

13. 13

    巴勒对他说，来，我求你和我一起往别处去，在那里可以看见他们；你不能全看见，只能看见他们边界上的人。在那里要为我咒诅他们。

    巴莱克对他说，来，我请求你，与我一起到另一个地方，从那里你可以看见他们；你就会看见他们最极端的部分，并且不会看见他们全部；从那里为我咒诅他们。

    巴勒说：“求你同我往别处去，在那里可以看见他们；你不能全看见，只能看见他们边界上的人。在那里要为我咒诅他们。”

    And Balak said unto him, Come, I pray thee, with me unto another place, from whence thou mayest see them: thou shalt see but the utmost part of them, and shalt not see them all: and curse me them from thence.

14. 14

    于是他领他到了琐腓田，上了毗斯迦山顶，筑了七座坛；每座坛上献一只公牛，一只公羊。

    他就带他到了佐菲田野，到了皮斯伽的山顶，建造了七座坛，并在每座坛上祭祀了一只公牛和一只公羊。

    于是领巴兰到了琐腓田，上了毗斯迦山顶，筑了七座坛；每座坛上献一只公牛，一只公羊。

    And he brought him into the field of Zophim, to the top of Pisgah, and built seven altars, and offered a bullock and a ram on every altar.

15. 15

    他对巴勒说，你站在这燔祭旁边，等我往那边去迎见耶和华。

    他对巴莱克说，我到那边去见主时，你站在焚烧祭这里。

    巴兰对巴勒说：“你站在这燔祭旁边，等我往那边去迎见耶和华。”

    And he said unto Balak, Stand here by thy burnt offering, while I meet the LORD yonder.

16. 16

    耶和华临到巴兰那里，将话放在他的口里，说，回到巴勒那里，要这样说。

    主见到巴兰，就在他口里放了一句话，说，再去到巴莱克那里，这样说。

    耶和华临到巴兰那里，将话传给他；又说：“你回到巴勒那里，要如此如此说。”

    And the LORD met Balaam, and put a word in his mouth, and said, Go again unto Balak, and say thus.

17. 17

    他就回到巴勒那里，见他站在燔祭旁边；摩押的首领们也和他在一处。巴勒问他说，耶和华说了什么？

    当他来到他那里时，看啊，他站在他的焚烧祭旁，还有与他一起的摩阿布众王子。巴莱克对他说，主讲了什么？

    他就回到巴勒那里，见他站在燔祭旁边；摩押的使臣也和他在一处。巴勒问他说：“耶和华说了什么话呢？”

    And when he came to him, behold, he stood by his burnt offering, and the princes of Moab with him. And Balak said unto him, What hath the LORD spoken?

18. 18

    他就题他的比喻说，巴勒，起来听；西拨的儿子，你听我言。

    他就提起他的比喻，说，巴莱克，起来，听；你-兹坡的儿子，听我；

    巴兰就题诗歌说：“巴勒，你起来听；西拨的儿子，你听我言。

    And he took up his parable, and said, Rise up, Balak, and hear; hearken unto me, thou son of Zippor:

19. 19

    神不是一个人，必不致说谎，也不是人的儿子，必不致后悔。他说话难道不照着行吗？他发言难道不要成就吗？

    神不是一个人，从而他会说谎；也不是人的儿子，从而他会后悔；他说了，难道他不会做？或者他已经讲了，难道他不会补偿它？

    神非人，必不致说谎，也非人子，必不致后悔。他说话岂不照着行呢？他发言岂不要成就呢？

    God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

20. 20

    看啊，我奉命祝福；他也曾祝福，我不能翻转。

    看啊，我已接受了诫命来祝福；并且他已经祝福了；我就不能翻转它。

    我奉命祝福；　神也曾赐福，此事我不能翻转。

    Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it.

21. 21

    他未见雅各中有罪孽，也未见以色列中有扭曲。耶和华他的神和他同在；有欢呼王的声音在他们中间。

    他在雅克布里没有看到罪过，也没有在以色列里见到歪曲；主他的神和他在一起，并且一位王的喊叫在他们当中。

    他未见雅各中有罪孽，也未见以色列中有奸恶。耶和华他的　神和他同在；有欢呼王的声音在他们中间。

    He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Israel: the LORD his God is with him, and the shout of a king is among them.

22. 22

    神领他们出埃及；他们似有独角兽之力。

    神带他们出埃及；他好像有一只独角兽的强力。

    神领他们出埃及；他们似乎有野牛之力。

    God brought them out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn.

23. 23

    断没有魔法可以害雅各，也没有占卜可以害以色列。现在必有人说到雅各，就是说到以色列说，神为他行了何等的大事！

    一定没有魔法攻击雅克布，也没有任何预测攻击以色列；按照这个时间，对于雅克布和以色列，会这样说；神做了怎样的事！

    断没有法术可以害雅各，也没有占卜可以害以色列。现在必有人论及雅各，就是论及以色列说：‘神为他行了何等的大事！’

    Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel: according to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!

24. 24

    看啊，这民起来，仿佛巨狮，挺身，好像少壮狮子，他绝不躺下，直到他吃猎物，喝被杀者之血。

    看啊，这人民要起来，如一只巨大的狮子，抬起自己，就像一只少壮狮子；他不会躺下，直到他吃到猎物，又喝到被宰的血。

    这民起来，仿佛母狮，挺身，好像公狮，未曾吃野食，未曾喝被伤者之血，决不躺卧。”

    Behold, the people shall rise up as a great lion, and lift up himself as a young lion: he shall not lie down until he eat of the prey, and drink the blood of the slain.

25. 25

    巴勒对巴兰说，你一点不要咒诅他们，也不要为他们祝福。

    巴莱克对巴兰说，不咒诅他们，也一点都不要祝福他们。

    巴勒对巴兰说：“你一点不要咒诅他们，也不要为他们祝福。”

    And Balak said unto Balaam, Neither curse them at all, nor bless them at all.

26. 26

    巴兰回答巴勒说，我不是告诉你说，凡耶和华所说的，我必须遵行吗？

    但巴兰回答巴莱克说，我不是告诉过你，说，主讲的一切，我都必须做吗？

    巴兰回答巴勒说：“我岂不是告诉你说‘凡耶和华所说的，我必须遵行’吗？”

    But Balaam answered and said unto Balak, Told not I thee, saying, All that the LORD speaketh, that I must do?

27. 27

    巴勒对巴兰说，我求你来，我领你往别处去，或者神喜欢你在那里为我咒诅他们。

    巴莱克对巴兰说，来，我请求你，我要带你到另一个地方；或许你从那里为我咒诅他们会让神喜悦。

    巴勒对巴兰说：“来吧，我领你往别处去，或者　神喜欢你在那里为我咒诅他们。”

    And Balak said unto Balaam, Come, I pray thee, I will bring thee unto another place; peradventure it will please God that thou mayest curse me them from thence.

28. 28

    巴勒就领巴兰到那望向耶示门的毗珥山顶上。

    巴莱克就带巴兰到那看向耶实门的皮耳的顶上。

    巴勒就领巴兰到那下望旷野的毗珥山顶上。

    And Balak brought Balaam unto the top of Peor, that looketh toward jeshimon.

29. 29

    巴兰对巴勒说，你在这里为我筑七座坛，又在这里为我预备七只公牛，七只公羊。

    然后巴兰就对巴莱克说，在这里为我建造七座坛，又在这里为我预备七只公牛和七只公羊。

    巴兰对巴勒说：“你在这里为我筑七座坛，又在这里为我预备七只公牛，七只公羊。”
