   这月二十四，以色列儿女聚集禁食，身穿麻衣，头蒙灰尘。

   在这个月的第二十四天，以色列孩子们被聚集起来断食，穿着麻衣，并且土在他们身上。

   这月二十四日，以色列人聚集禁食，身穿麻衣，头蒙灰尘。

   Now in the twenty and fourth day of this month the children of Israel were assembled with fasting, and with sackclothes, and earth upon them.

2. 2

   以色列的种子就与一切外邦人离绝，站着承认自己的罪恶和父辈的罪孽。

   然后以色列的种子与所有外人分开他们自己，又站着承认他们自己的众罪和他们父辈的众罪过。

   以色列人（人：原文是种类）就与一切外邦人离绝，站着承认自己的罪恶和列祖的罪孽。

   And the seed of Israel separated themselves from all strangers, and stood and confessed their sins, and the iniquities of their fathers.

3. 3

   那天的四分之一站在自己的地方念耶和华他们神的律法书，又四分之一认罪，敬拜耶和华他们的神。

   那天的四分之一，他们站在自己的地方读主他们神的法律书；另外四分之一，他们认罪，并敬拜主他们的神。

   那日的四分之一站在自己的地方念耶和华他们　神的律法书，又四分之一认罪，敬拜耶和华他们的　神。

   And they stood up in their place, and read in the book of the law of the LORD their God one fourth part of the day; and another fourth part they confessed, and worshipped the LORD their God.

   耶书亚、巴尼、甲篾、示巴尼、布尼、示利比、巴尼、基拿尼站在利未人的台上，大声哀求耶和华他们的神。

   那时耶书亚，贝尼，卡得米尔，示巴尼亚，布尼，示瑞比亚，贝尼，切拿尼站在利未人的台上，用一个响亮的声音向主他们的神哭喊。

   耶书亚、巴尼、甲篾、示巴尼、布尼、示利比、巴尼、基拿尼站在利未人的台上，大声哀求耶和华他们的　神。

   Then stood up upon the stairs, of the Levites, Jeshua, and Bani, Kadmiel, Shebaniah, Bunni, Sherebiah, Bani, and Chenani, and cried with a loud voice unto the LORD their God.

   利未人、耶书亚、甲篾、巴尼、哈沙尼、示利比、荷第雅、示巴尼、毗他希雅说，要站起来称颂耶和华你们的神，直到永远；你荣耀的名是应当称颂的，就是那崇高在一切称颂和赞美之上的。

   于是利未人，耶书亚，卡得米尔，贝尼，哈沙布尼亚，示瑞比亚，和迪雅，示巴尼亚，皮撒希亚说，站起来永永远远祝福主你们的神；你荣耀的名是蒙福的，是被升高超过一切祝福和赞美的。

   利未人耶书亚、甲篾、巴尼、哈沙尼、示利比、荷第雅、示巴尼、毗他希雅说：“你们要站起来称颂耶和华你们的　神，永世无尽。耶和华啊，你荣耀之名是应当称颂的！超乎一切称颂和赞美。”

   Then the Levites, Jeshua, and Kadmiel, Bani, Hashabniah, Sherebiah, Hodijah, Shebaniah, and Pethahiah, said, Stand up and bless the LORD your God for ever and ever: and blessed be thy glorious name, which is exalted above all blessing and praise.

6. 6

   你，唯独你是耶和华。你造了天和诸天的天，并它们的军队，地和地上的万物，海洋和其中所有的，这一切都是你所保存的。天上的军队也都敬拜你。

   你，唯独你是主；你造了天和众天的天，并它们一切的军队，这地和其中的一切东西，海洋和其中的一切，这一切都是你在维持；并且天上的军队都敬拜你。

   “你，惟独你是耶和华！你造了天和天上的天，并天上的万象，地和地上的万物，海和海中所有的；这一切都是你所保存的。天军也都敬拜你。

   Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.

7. 7

   你是耶和华神，曾拣选亚伯兰，领他出迦勒底的吾珥，给他亚伯拉罕为名。

   你是主是神，拣选了亚伯兰，并带他出卡尔迪亚的乌耳，又给他取名亚伯拉罕；

   你是耶和华　神，曾拣选亚伯兰，领他出迦勒底的吾珥，给他改名叫亚伯拉罕。

   Thou art the LORD the God, who didst choose Abram, and broughtest him forth out of Ur of the Chaldees, and gavest him the name of Abraham;

8. 8

   你见他在你面前心里诚实，就与他立约，应许把迦南人、赫人、亚摩利人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、革迦撒人之地给他的种子，并应验了你的话，因为你是公义的。

   并且发现他的心在你面前守信，就与他立了一个契约，把刊南人，希斯人，阿摩瑞人，皮瑞兹人，耶布斯人，基各斯人的土地，把它给了，我认为，给了他的种子，并已经履行了你的话语；因你是正义的；

   你见他在你面前心里诚实，就与他立约，应许把迦南人、赫人、亚摩利人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、革迦撒人之地赐给他的后裔，且应验了你的话，因为你是公义的。

   And foundest his heart faithful before thee, and madest a covenant with him to give the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Jebusites, and the Girgashites, to give it, I say, to his seed, and hast performed thy words; for thou art righteous:

   你曾看见我们父辈在埃及所受的困苦，垂听他们在红海边的哀求，

   你又看见我们父辈在埃及里受的苦难，听到他们在红海边的哭喊；

   “你曾看见我们列祖在埃及所受的困苦，垂听他们在红海边的哀求，

   And didst see the affliction of our fathers in Egypt, and heardest their cry by the Red sea;

    就施行迹象和奇事在法老和他一切众仆人，并他地中的众百姓身上。你也得了名声，正如今天一样，因为你知道他们向我们父辈行事狂傲。

    就向法老和他所有的仆人显出迹象和奇事，还有他的土地中的所有人民；因为你知道他们针对他们骄傲地行事。所以你得到了名声，就像今天这样。

    就施行神迹奇事在法老和他一切臣仆，并他国中的众民身上。你也得了名声，正如今日一样，因为你知道他们向我们列祖行事狂傲。

    And shewedst signs and wonders upon Pharaoh, and on all his servants, and on all the people of his land: for thou knewest that they dealt proudly against them. So didst thou get thee a name, as it is this day.

11. 11

    你又在我们父辈面前把海分开，使他们在海中行走干地，将追赶他们的人抛在深海，如石头抛在大水中。

    然后你在我们父辈面前把海分开，使他们在海当中走在干土地上；你把他们的迫害者们抛进众深处，像块石头一样抛进大能的众水。

    你又在我们列祖面前把海分开，使他们在海中行走干地，将追赶他们的人抛在深海，如石头抛在大水中；

    And thou didst divide the sea before them, so that they went through the midst of the sea on the dry land; and their persecutors thou threwest into the deeps, as a stone into the mighty waters.

12. 12

    并且白天用云柱引导他们，黑夜用火柱照亮他们应当行的路。

    此外，你在白天里借着一个云柱带领他们；并且在夜里用一个火柱在他们要走的路中给他们光。

    并且白昼用云柱引导他们，黑夜用火柱照亮他们当行的路。

    Moreover thou leddest them in the day by a cloudy pillar; and in the night by a pillar of fire, to give them light in the way wherein they should go.

13. 13

    你也降临在西奈山，从天上与他们说话，给他们正确的典章、真实的律法、美好的条例与诫命，

    你又来到西奈山上，并且从天上向他们说话，给他们正确的判决，真实的法律，好的法规与诫命；

    你也降临在西奈山，从天上与他们说话，赐给他们正直的典章、真实的律法、美好的条例与诫命，

    Thou camest down also upon mount Sinai, and spakest with them from heaven, and gavest them right judgments, and true laws, good statutes and commandments:

14. 14

    又使他们知道你的安息圣日，并借你仆人摩西之手传给他们诫命、条例、律法。

    并让他们知道了你的神圣安息日，并借你仆人摩西的手命令他们规条，法规，法律；

    又使他们知道你的安息圣日，并藉你仆人摩西传给他们诫命、条例、律法。

    And madest known unto them thy holy sabbath, and commandedst them precepts, statutes, and laws, by the hand of Moses thy servant:

15. 15

    从天上给他们粮食充饥，从磐石流出水解他们的渴，又许诺他们能进去得你起誓应许给他们的地。

    然后为了他们的饿，从天上给他们饼，又为了他们的渴，从岩石中带出水，还承诺他们，他们会进去占有你发誓给他们的土地。

    从天上赐下粮食充他们的饥，从磐石使水流出解他们的渴，又吩咐他们进去得你起誓应许赐给他们的地。

    And gavest them bread from heaven for their hunger, and broughtest forth water for them out of the rock for their thirst, and promisedst them that they should go in to possess the land which thou hadst sworn to give them.

16. 16

    但他们和我们的父辈行事狂傲，硬着他们的脖子不听从你的诫命，

    但他们和我们的父辈骄傲地行事，硬着他们的脖子，不听取你的诫命，

    “但我们的列祖行事狂傲，硬着颈项不听从你的诫命；

    But they and our fathers dealt proudly, and hardened their necks, and hearkened not to thy commandments,

17. 17

    拒绝顺从，也不记念你在他们中间所行的奇事，竟硬着他们的脖子，居心背逆，自立首领，要回他们为奴之地。但你是乐意宽恕人，有恩典，有怜悯，慢慢地发怒，有丰盛仁慈的神，并不丢弃他们。

    拒绝听从，也不铭记你在他们中做的奇事；而是硬着他们的脖子，在反叛里给自己指定军长，要返回他们的奴役之地；但你是一个准备好宽恕的，有恩典的，有怜悯的，慢慢生气的，有大仁慈的，不丢弃他们的神。

    不肯顺从，也不记念你在他们中间所行的奇事，竟硬着颈项，居心背逆，自立首领，要回他们为奴之地。但你是乐意饶恕人，有恩典，有怜悯，不轻易发怒，有丰盛慈爱的　神，并不丢弃他们。

    And refused to obey, neither were mindful of thy wonders that thou didst among them; but hardened their necks, and in their rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage: but thou art a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and forsookest them not.

18. 18

    他们虽然铸了一只牛犊，彼此说这是领你出埃及的神，因而大大惹动你的怒气。

    是的，当他们铸造了一只牛犊，就说，这是带你出埃及的神，就已经大大地激怒了；

    他们虽然铸了一只牛犊，彼此说‘这是领你出埃及的神’，因而大大惹动你的怒气；

    Yea, when they had made them a molten calf, and said, This is thy God that brought thee up out of Egypt, and had wrought great provocations;

19. 19

    你还是大施怜悯，在旷野不丢弃他们。白天，云柱不离开他们，仍引导他们行路。黑夜，火柱也不离开他们，仍照亮他们应当行的路。

    然而你还是在你多样的怜悯中，不把他们丢弃在荒野；白天，云柱不离开他们，带领着他们在路中。夜晚，火柱也不离开他们，在他们要走的路中显给他们光。

    你还是大施怜悯，在旷野不丢弃他们。白昼，云柱不离开他们，仍引导他们行路；黑夜，火柱也不离开他们，仍照亮他们当行的路。

    Yet thou in thy manifold mercies forsookest them not in the wilderness: the pillar of the cloud departed not from them by day, to lead them in the way; neither the pillar of fire by night, to shew them light, and the way wherein they should go.

20. 20

    你也给出你良善的灵教训他们，没有不给吗哪使他们糊口，并给水解他们的渴。

    你也给了你的好灵来指教他们，没有阻止你的吗哪不给他们糊口，并为他们的渴给他们水。

    你也赐下你良善的灵教训他们；未尝不赐吗哪使他们糊口，并赐水解他们的渴。

    Thou gavest also thy good spirit to instruct them, and withheldest not thy manna from their mouth, and gavest them water for their thirst.

21. 21

    在旷野四十年，你养育他们，他们就一无所缺：衣服没有穿破，脚也没有肿。

    是的，在荒野里四十年，你供养他们，使他们一无所缺；他们的衣服没有渐渐变旧，脚也没有肿。

    在旷野四十年，你养育他们，他们就一无所缺：衣服没有穿破，脚也没有肿。

    Yea, forty years didst thou sustain them in the wilderness, so that they lacked nothing; their clothes waxed not old, and their feet swelled not.

22. 22

    并且你将列国和列邦照分给他们，他们就得了西宏之地、希实本王之地，和巴珊王噩之地。

    此外，你还把众王国和各国给了他们，又把它们分成众拐角；他们就占有了西宏的土地，海实本王的土地，巴珊王噩的土地。

    并且你将列国之地照份赐给他们，他们就得了西宏之地、希实本王之地，和巴珊王噩之地。

    Moreover thou gavest them kingdoms and nations, and didst divide them into corners: so they possessed the land of Sihon, and the land of the king of Heshbon, and the land of Og king of Bashan.

23. 23

    你也使他们的儿女多如天上的星，带他们到你所应许他们父辈进入得为业之地。

    你还成倍增加他们的孩子们，就像天上的星，然后带他们进入这土地，就是你承诺给他们的父辈进去占有的。

    你也使他们的子孙多如天上的星，带他们到你所应许他们列祖进入得为业之地。

    Their children also multipliedst thou as the stars of heaven, and broughtest them into the land, concerning which thou hadst promised to their fathers, that they should go in to possess it.

24. 24

    这样，他们进去得了那地，你在他们面前制伏那地的居民，就是迦南人。将迦南人和其君王，并那地的居民，都交在他们手里，让他们任意而待。

    所以孩子们就进去占有了这土地，并且你在他们面前制伏了这土地的居民，就是刊南人，并把刊南人及其君王，和那土地的人民，都交在他们手里，使他们可以随意待他们。

    这样，他们进去得了那地，你在他们面前制伏那地的居民，就是迦南人；将迦南人和其君王，并那地的居民，都交在他们手里，让他们任意而待。

    So the children went in and possessed the land, and thou subduedst before them the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites, and gavest them into their hands, with their kings, and the people of the land, that they might do with them as they would.

25. 25

    他们得了坚固的城市、肥美的地土、充满各样美物的房屋、挖成的水井、葡萄园、橄榄园，并许多果木树。他们就吃而得饱，身体肥胖，在你丰盛的良善中他们快乐。

    然后他们取得了坚固的城市，一块肥美的土地，充满各样财物的房子，挖好的水井，葡萄园，橄榄园，丰富的果树；所以他们吃了，就被充满，变得肥胖，并在你伟大的美好里使自己喜悦。

    他们得了坚固的城邑、肥美的地土、充满各样美物的房屋、凿成的水井、葡萄园、橄榄园，并许多果木树。他们就吃而得饱，身体肥胖，因你的大恩，心中快乐。

    And they took strong cities, and a fat land, and possessed houses full of all goods, wells digged, vineyards, and oliveyards, and fruit trees in abundance: so they did eat, and were filled, and became fat, and delighted themselves in thy great goodness.

26. 26

    然而，他们不顺从，竟背叛你，将你的律法丢在背后，杀害那劝他们转向你的众先知，大大惹动你的怒气。

    然而，他们竟不顺服，并反叛你，又把你的法律丢在背后，还杀害那指证他们，使他们转向你的众预言者，然后他们就大大地激怒了。

    “然而，他们不顺从，竟背叛你，将你的律法丢在背后，杀害那劝他们归向你的众先知，大大惹动你的怒气。

    Nevertheless they were disobedient, and rebelled against thee, and cast thy law behind their backs, and slew thy prophets which testified against them to turn them to thee, and they wrought great provocations.

27. 27

    所以你将他们交在敌人的手中，磨难他们。他们遭难的时候哀求你，你就从天上垂听，照你的大怜悯给他们拯救者，救他们脱离敌人的手。

    因此你把他们交在他们的众敌人手中，烦扰他们；在他们困苦的那时候，那时他们向你哭喊，你就从天上听了他们；并且按照你多样的怜悯给了他们众拯救者，他们就把他们从众敌人的手中拯救出来。

    所以你将他们交在敌人的手中，磨难他们。他们遭难的时候哀求你，你就从天上垂听，照你的大怜悯赐给他们拯救者，救他们脱离敌人的手。

    Therefore thou deliveredst them into the hand of their enemies, who vexed them: and in the time of their trouble, when they cried unto thee, thou heardest them from heaven; and according to thy manifold mercies thou gavest them saviours, who saved them out of the hand of their enemies.

28. 28

    但他们得安息之后，又在你面前行恶，所以你丢弃他们在仇敌的手中，使仇敌辖制他们。然而他们转回哀求你，你仍从天上垂听，屡次照你的怜悯拯救他们，

    但当他们有休息之后，他们又在你面前做坏事；因此你就把他们留在他们的敌人手里，以致他们对他们有统领权；然而当他们转回，并向你哭喊的时候，你就从天上听了他们；并照你的众怜悯多次拯救他们；

    但他们得平安之后，又在你面前行恶，所以你丢弃他们在仇敌的手中，使仇敌辖制他们。然而他们转回哀求你，你仍从天上垂听，屡次照你的怜悯拯救他们，

    But after they had rest, they did evil again before thee: therefore leftest thou them in the land of their enemies, so that they had the dominion over them: yet when they returned, and cried unto thee, thou heardest them from heaven; and many times didst thou deliver them according to thy mercies;

29. 29

    又警诫他们，要领他们再次转向你的律法。他们却行事狂傲，不听从你的诫命，冒犯你的典章，（人若遵行就必因它们活着）扭转肩头，硬着脖子，不愿意听从。

    并指证他们，你要带他们再次转向你的法律；他们却骄傲地行事，不听取你的诫命，而是对你的判决犯罪，（如果一个人去做它们，他就会因它们活着；）又撤回了肩膀，硬着脖子，不愿意听。

    又警戒他们，要使他们归服你的律法。他们却行事狂傲，不听从你的诫命，干犯你的典章（人若遵行就必因此活着），扭转肩头，硬着颈项，不肯听从。

    And testifiedst against them, that thou mightest bring them again unto thy law: yet they dealt proudly, and hearkened not unto thy commandments, but sinned against thy judgments, (which if a man do, he shall live in them;) and withdrew the shoulder, and hardened their neck, and would not hear.

30. 30

    但你多年宽容他们，又用在你的众先知里面的你的灵劝诫他们，他们仍不听从，所以你将他们交在这地百姓的手中。

    而你忍耐了他们许多年，又借在你的众预言者里面的你的灵指证他们；他们仍不侧耳；因此你就把他们交在这土地的人民手中。

    但你多年宽容他们，又用你的灵藉众先知劝戒他们，他们仍不听从，所以你将他们交在列国之民的手中。

    Yet many years didst thou forbear them, and testifiedst against them by thy spirit in thy prophets: yet would they not give ear: therefore gavest thou them into the hand of the people of the lands.

31. 31

    然而因你伟大的怜悯的缘故，你不完全灭绝他们，也不丢弃他们；因为你是恩典、怜悯的神。

    然而因你伟大的众怜悯的缘故，你没有完全消灭他们，也没有丢弃他们；因你是一位恩典和怜悯的神。

    然而你大发怜悯，不全然灭绝他们，也不丢弃他们；因为你是有恩典、有怜悯的　神。

    Nevertheless for thy great mercies' sake thou didst not utterly consume them, nor forsake them; for thou art a gracious and merciful God.

32. 32

    因此，我们的神啊，你是至大、至能、至可畏、守约、怜悯的神。我们的众君王、众首领、众祭司、众先知、父辈，和你的众民，从亚述列王的时候直到今天所遭遇的苦难，现在愿这一切在你面前不以为小。

    因此现在，我们的神，伟大，大能，恐怖的神，他持守契约又有怜悯，让所有来到我们身上，来到我们的众王，众王子，众祭司，众预言者，父辈，和你的所有人民身上，从阿叙利亚列王的时候直到今天的困苦，在你面前都不被看为小事。

    “我们的　神啊，你是至大、至能、至可畏、守约施慈爱的　神。我们的君王、首领、祭司、先知、列祖，和你的众民，从亚述列王的时候直到今日所遭遇的苦难，现在求你不要以为小。

    Now therefore, our God, the great, the mighty, and the terrible God, who keepest covenant and mercy, let not all the trouble seem little before thee, that hath come upon us, on our kings, on our princes, and on our priests, and on our prophets, and on our fathers, and on all thy people, since the time of the kings of Assyria unto this day.

33. 33

    然而，在一切临到我们的事上，你却是公义的。因你所行的是正直，我们所作的是邪恶。

    尽管如此，在一切带到我们身上的事上，你是公正的；因你做了正确的事，但我们做了邪恶的事；

    在一切临到我们的事上，你却是公义的；因你所行的是诚实，我们所做的是邪恶。

    Howbeit thou art just in all that is brought upon us; for thou hast done right, but we have done wickedly:

34. 34

    我们的众君王、众首领、众祭司、父辈都不遵守你的律法，不听从你的诫命和你的证词，就是你攻击他们所作的见证。

    我们的众王，众王子，众祭司，父辈都没有持守你的法律，也没有听取你的诫命和你的见证，就是你以此来指证他们的。

    我们的君王、首领、祭司、列祖都不遵守你的律法，不听从你的诫命和你警戒他们的话。

    Neither have our kings, our princes, our priests, nor our fathers, kept thy law, nor hearkened unto thy commandments and thy testimonies, wherewith thou didst testify against them.

35. 35

    他们在本国里，在你给他们丰盛的良善中和你所给他们这广大肥美之地上的时候，不侍奉你，也不转离他们的恶行。

    因他们在他们的王国里，就是你在你伟大的美好里给他们的，并且在这广大肥美的土地上，他们没有服务你，也没有转离他们邪恶的工作。

    他们在本国里沾你大恩的时候，在你所赐给他们这广大肥美之地上不侍奉你，也不转离他们的恶行。

    For they have not served thee in their kingdom, and in thy great goodness that thou gavest them, and in the large and fat land which thou gavest before them, neither turned they from their wicked works.

36. 36

    看啊，我们今天作了仆人。至于你所给我们父辈吃其上的果子和其中的美物之地，看啊，我们在这地中作了仆人。

    看啊，我们今天是众仆人，在你给我们父辈吃其上果子和其中好东西的土地上，看啊，我们在它里面是众仆人；

    我们现今作了奴仆；至于你所赐给我们列祖享受其上的土产，并美物之地，看哪，我们在这地上作了奴仆！

    Behold, we are servants this day, and for the land that thou gavest unto our fathers to eat the fruit thereof and the good thereof, behold, we are servants in it:

37. 37

    这地许多出产归了列王，就是你因我们的罪所派辖制我们的。他们任意辖制我们的身体和牲畜，我们遭了大难。

    它长出许多出产给列王，就是你因为我们的众罪立起来管理我们的；他们还对我们的身体和我们的牲畜有统领权，使我们在极大的危难中。

    这地许多出产归了列王，就是你因我们的罪所派辖制我们的。他们任意辖制我们的身体和牲畜，我们遭了大难。”

    And it yieldeth much increase unto the kings whom thou hast set over us because of our sins: also they have dominion over our bodies, and over our cattle, at their pleasure, and we are in great distress.

38. 38

    因这一切的事，我们立确实的约，写在册上。我们的众首领、众利未人，和众祭司都签了名。

    因为这一切，我们就立了一个确定的契约，又把它写了下来；并且我们的众王子，众利未人，众祭司都在其上盖了印。

    因这一切的事，我们立确实的约，写在册上。我们的首领、利未人，和祭司都签了名。

    And because of all this we make a sure covenant, and write it; and our princes, Levites, and priests, seal unto it.
