论尼尼微的默示，就是伊勒歌斯人那鸿所得的默示。
The burden of Nineveh. The book of the vision of Nahum the Elkoshite.

神是嫉妒的，耶和华是报应的；耶和华报应大有愤怒；耶和华必向他的敌人报应，向他的仇敌怀怒。
神是嫉妒的，主是会复仇的；主是会复仇的，又是狂怒的；主会向他的敌人们复仇，并且他向他的敌人们储备怒火。
耶和华是忌邪施报的　神。耶和华施报大有忿怒；向他的敌人施报，向他的仇敌怀怒。
God is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies.

耶和华慢慢地发怒，大有能力，万不以有罪的为无罪。耶和华在旋风和暴风中来，云为他脚下的尘土。
主是慢慢生气的，并大有权力，绝对不会无罪释放恶者；主在旋风和暴风里有他的路，云是他脚下的尘土。
耶和华不轻易发怒，大有能力，万不以有罪的为无罪。他乘旋风和暴风而来，云彩为他脚下的尘土。
The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.

他斥责海，使海干了，使一切江河干涸。巴珊和迦密衰残；黎巴嫩的花也衰残了。
他斥责海，就使它干了，又使所有河流干掉；巴珊和卡梅尔枯萎了，黎巴嫩的花也枯萎了。
他斥责海，使海干了，使一切江河干涸。巴珊和迦密的树林衰残；黎巴嫩的花草也衰残了。
He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel, and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.

众山因他震动；众岭也都融化。大地在他面前焚烧；世界和住在其间的也都如此。
群山因他而震动，众岭融化，这地因他的同在而焚烧，是的，世界，和所有住在其中的也一样。
大山因他震动；小山也都消化。大地在他面前突起；世界和住在其间的也都如此。
The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.

谁能在他的忿恨面前站立呢？谁能在他的烈怒当中居住呢？他的烈怒如火倾倒；磐石因他倾下。
谁能在他的愤怒面前站立？谁能在他气愤的凶猛里停留？他的烈怒像火倾倒出来，并且岩石被他抛下来。
他发忿恨，谁能立得住呢？他发烈怒，谁能当得起呢？他的忿怒如火倾倒；磐石因他崩裂。
Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him.

耶和华是良善的，在患难的日子是坚固保障，并且认得那些信靠他的人。
主是好的，在困苦的日子里是一个坚固的要塞；并且他知道那些信靠他的人。
耶和华本为善，在患难的日子为人的保障，并且认得那些投靠他的人。
The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.

他要以洪水彻底淹没这地方，黑暗必追赶他的仇敌。
但他要用泛滥的洪水淹没其中的这地方，使它彻底的结束，并且黑暗会追赶他的敌人们。
但他必以涨溢的洪水淹没尼尼微，又驱逐仇敌进入黑暗。
But with an overrunning flood he will make an utter end of the place thereof, and darkness shall pursue his enemies.

你们设想什么来攻击耶和华呢？他必使你们完全结束；苦难必不第二次兴起。
你们想象什么来攻击主？他要造成一个彻底的结束；苦难不会第二次兴起。
尼尼微人哪，设何谋攻击耶和华呢？他必将你们灭绝净尽；灾难不再兴起。
What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.

他们像丛杂的荆棘，像喝醉了的人，他们必如枯干的茬子被完全吞灭。
因他们像荆棘一样被折在一起时，他们又像醉鬼一样喝醉时，他们就会像完全枯干的茬子一样被吞掉。
你们像丛杂的荆棘，像喝醉了的人，又如枯干的碎秸全然烧灭。
For while they be folden together as thorns, and while they are drunken as drunkards, they shall be devoured as stubble fully dry.

有一人从你那里出来，图谋邪恶，设恶计攻击耶和华。
有一个人从你那里出来，是一个邪恶的议士，想象坏事针对主。
有一人从你那里出来，图谋邪恶，设恶计攻击耶和华。
There is one come out of thee, that imagineth evil against the LORD, a wicked counsellor.

耶和华如此说，他们虽然平静安稳，人数繁多，他经过的时候，还是必被剪除。我虽使你受苦，却不再使你受苦。
主这样说；他们虽然是安静的，人数又很多，然而当他经过的时候，他们还是会这样被剪除。我虽然苦待过你，我不会再苦待你。
耶和华如此说：“尼尼微虽然势力充足，人数繁多，也被剪除，归于无有。犹大啊，我虽然使你受苦，却不再使你受苦。
Thus saith the LORD; Though they be quiet, and likewise many, yet thus shall they be cut down, when he shall pass through. Though I have afflicted thee, I will afflict thee no more.

现在我必从你脖子上折断他的轭，扭开他的绳索。
因为现在我要从你身上折断他的轭，并要把你的束缚爆裂开。
现在我必从你颈项上折断他的轭，扭开他的绳索。”
For now will I break his yoke from off thee, and will burst thy bonds in sunder.

耶和华已经出令，指着你说，你的名不再被播种；我必从你众神的家中除灭雕刻的偶像和铸造的偶像；我必因你卑鄙，造你的坟墓。
并且主关于你已经给出了一个诫命，就是你的名不再被播种；我会从你众神的家中剪除雕刻的形象和铸造的形象；我要造你的坟墓；因你是可耻的。
耶和华已经出令，指着尼尼微说：“你名下的人必不留后；我必从你神的庙中除灭雕刻的偶像和铸造的偶像；我必因你鄙陋，使你归于坟墓。”
And the LORD hath given a commandment concerning thee, that no more of thy name be sown: out of the house of thy gods will I cut off the graven image and the molten image: I will make thy grave; for thou art vile.

看啊，有报好信传平安之人的脚登众山，说，犹大啊，可以守你的圣节，还你所许的愿吧。因为那恶人不再从你中间经过，他已被完全剪除了。
看啊，在群山之上有那带好消息，宣扬和平的人的脚！犹大啊，持守你的众严肃节，履行你的誓言；因恶者不会再从你中间经过，他已被完全剪除了。
看哪，有报好信传平安之人的脚登山，说：“犹大啊，可以守你的节期，还你所许的愿吧！因为那恶人不再从你中间经过，他已灭绝净尽了。”
Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more pass through thee; he is utterly cut off.
