   耶和华在西奈山告诉摩西说，

   主在西奈山对摩西讲话，说，

   耶和华在西奈山对摩西说：

   And the LORD spake unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying,

2. 2

   你告诉以色列儿女，对他们说，你们到了我所给你们那地的时候，地就要向耶和华守安息。

   对以色列孩子们讲话，并对他们说，当你们到了我给你们的土地时，这土地要向主持守一个安息日。

   “你晓谕以色列人说：你们到了我所赐你们那地的时候，地就要向耶和华守安息。

   Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto the LORD.

3. 3

   六年要耕种田地，六年也要修理葡萄园，收集地的出产。

   六年你要播种你的田地，六年你要修剪你的葡萄园，聚集其中的果子；

   六年要耕种田地，也要修理葡萄园，收藏地的出产。

   Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof;

4. 4

   第七年，地要守安息的安息日，就是向耶和华守的安息，不能耕种田地，也不能修理葡萄园。

   但在第七年里，要有一个休息的安息日给这土地，一个给主的安息日；你既不要播种你的田地，也不要修剪你的葡萄园。

   第七年，地要守圣安息，就是向耶和华守的安息，不可耕种田地，也不可修理葡萄园。

   But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the LORD: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard.

5. 5

   遗落自长的庄稼不能收割；没有修理的葡萄树也不能摘取葡萄。这年，地要安息。

   你的收成中，自己生长的不要收割，你的葡萄藤中，没有修整的也不要聚集葡萄；因为它是一个休息年归这土地。

   遗落自长的庄稼不可收割；没有修理的葡萄树也不可摘取葡萄。这年，地要守圣安息。

   That which groweth of its own accord of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of thy vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto the land.

6. 6

   地在安息那年所出的，要给你和你的仆人、女仆、雇工人，并寄居的外人当作食物。

   这土地的安息日，要作为给你们的食物；是给你，给你的仆人，给你的侍女，给你雇佣的仆人，给寄居的外人的，

   地在安息年所出的，要给你和你的仆人、婢女、雇工人，并寄居的外人当食物。

   And the sabbath of the land shall be meat for you; for thee, and for thy servant, and for thy maid, and for thy hired servant, and for thy stranger that sojourneth with thee.

7. 7

   这年的土产也要给你的牲畜和你地上的走兽当作食物。

   其所有的出产，也要作为给你的牲畜的，和给你土地里的兽的食物。

   这年的土产也要给你的牲畜和你地上的走兽当食物。”

   And for thy cattle, and for the beast that are in thy land, shall all the increase thereof be meat.

8. 8

   你要计算七个安息年，就是七个七年。这便为你成了七个安息年，共是四十九年。

   你又要给自己计算七个安息年，七年乘以七；这七个安息年的间隙就是给你的四十九年。

   “你要计算七个安息年，就是七七年。这便为你成了七个安息年，共是四十九年。

   And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years.

9. 9

   当年七月初十，你要吹响禧年的角声；这一天就是赎罪日，要在遍地吹响角声。

   然后第七个月的第十天，你要让禧年的号吹响，在弥补的那天里，你们要使号声遍布你们的所有土地。

   当年七月初十日，你要大发角声；这日就是赎罪日，要在遍地发出角声。

   Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.

10. 10

    第五十年，你们要当作圣年，在遍地给一切的居民宣告自由。这年必为你们的禧年，各人要归他的产业，各归本家。

    你们要使第五十年圣洁，并遍布所有土地向其中所有的居民，宣告自由；它对你们要成为一个禧年；你们每个人要回他的拥有地，每个人要回他的家。

    第五十年，你们要当作圣年，在遍地给一切的居民宣告自由。这年必为你们的禧年，各人要归自己的产业，各归本家。

    And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

11. 11

    第五十年要作为你们的禧年。这年不能耕种；地中自长的，不能收割；没有修理的葡萄树也不能摘取葡萄。

    第五十年对你们要成为一个禧年；这年你们不要播种，它其间自长的，也不要收割，它其间你没有修整的葡萄藤不要聚集葡萄。

    第五十年要作为你们的禧年。这年不可耕种；地中自长的，不可收割；没有修理的葡萄树也不可摘取葡萄。

    A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed.

12. 12

    因为这是禧年，它要对你们成为圣，你们必吃地中自出的土产。

    因为它是禧年；它要成为神圣归你们；你们要吃其田地中出来的出产。

    因为这是禧年，你们要当作圣年，吃地中自出的土产。

    For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.

13. 13

    这禧年，你们各人要归他的地业。

    在这禧年里，你们每个人要回他的拥有地。

    “这禧年，你们各人要归自己的地业。

    In the year of this jubile ye shall return every man unto his possession.

14. 14

    你若卖什么给邻居，或是从邻居的手中买什么，彼此不能欺负。

    如果你卖了什么给你的邻居，或是从你的邻居的手中买了什么，你们不要彼此欺压；

    你若卖什么给邻舍，或是从邻舍的手中买什么，彼此不可亏负。

    And if thou sell ought unto thy neighbour, or buyest ought of thy neighbour's hand, ye shall not oppress one another:

15. 15

    你要按禧年以后的年数向邻居买；他也要按年数的收成卖给你。

    你要按照禧年以后的年数从你的邻居买，他也要按照收果子的年数卖给你；

    你要按禧年以后的年数向邻舍买；他也要按年数的收成卖给你。

    According to the number of years after the jubile thou shalt buy of thy neighbour, and according unto the number of years of the fruits he shall sell unto thee:

16. 16

    年数若多，要照数加添价值；年数若少，要照数减去价值，因为他照收成的数目卖给你。

    根据年数多，你就要增加其价值，根据年数少，你就要减少它的价值；因为他是根据收果子的年数卖给你的。

    年岁若多，要照数加添价值；年岁若少，要照数减去价值，因为他照收成的数目卖给你。

    According to the multitude of years thou shalt increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years thou shalt diminish the price of it: for according to the number of the years of the fruits doth he sell unto thee.

17. 17

    你们彼此不能欺负，只要畏惧你们的神，因为我是耶和华你们的神。

    因此你们不要彼此欺压；而你要畏惧你的神；因为我是主你们的神。

    你们彼此不可亏负，只要敬畏你们的　神，因为我是耶和华你们的　神。”

    Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God:for I am the LORD your God.

18. 18

    我的律例，你们要遵行，我的典章，你们要谨守，就可以在那地上安然居住。

    所以，你们要做我的法规，要守我的判决，又做它们；你们就可以安全地住在这土地中。

    “我的律例，你们要遵行，我的典章，你们要谨守，就可以在那地上安然居住。

    Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety.

19. 19

    地必出土产，你们就要吃饱，在那地上安然居住。

    这土地就会长出她的果子，你们会吃饱，并安全地住在其中。

    地必出土产，你们就要吃饱，在那地上安然居住。

    And the land shall yield her fruit, and ye shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.

20. 20

    你们若说，看啊，这第七年我们不耕种，也不收集土产，吃什么呢？

    如果你们说，这第七年我们要吃什么？看啊，我们不播种，也不聚集出产；

    你们若说：‘这第七年我们不耕种，也不收藏土产，吃什么呢？’

    And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:

21. 21

    我必在第六年将我所命的福给你们，地便生三年的土产。

    那时，我要在第六年命令我的祝福到你们身上，它会带来三年的果子。

    我必在第六年将我所命的福赐给你们，地便生三年的土产。

    Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.

22. 22

    第八年，你们要耕种，也要吃陈粮，等到第九年出产收来的时候，你们还吃陈粮。

    第八年，你们可以播种，到第九年还在吃旧的果实；直到她的果子进来了，你们还在吃旧的储备。

    第八年，你们要耕种，也要吃陈粮，等到第九年出产收来的时候，你们还吃陈粮。”

    And ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in ye shall eat of the old store.

23. 23

    地不能永卖，因为地是我的；你们在我面前是客旅，是寄居的。

    土地不要永远被卖；因土地是我的；因你们对我是外人和寄居者。

    “地不可永卖，因为地是我的；你们在我面前是客旅，是寄居的。

    The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine, for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.

24. 24

    在你们所得为业的全地，也要准人将地赎回。

    在你们拥有的所有土地里，你们要准许这土地被赎回。

    在你们所得为业的全地，也要准人将地赎回。

    And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.

25. 25

    你的弟兄若渐渐贫穷，卖了一些他的地业，他至近的亲戚就要来把弟兄所卖的赎回。

    如果你的弟兄渐渐贫穷，卖了一些他的拥有地，如果他的任何亲戚来赎回它，那么他就要赎回他弟兄卖掉的。

    你的弟兄（弟兄是指本国人说；下同）若渐渐穷乏，卖了几分地业，他至近的亲属就要来把弟兄所卖的赎回。

    If thy brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.

26. 26

    若没有能给他赎回的，他自己渐渐富足，能够赎回，

    如果那人没有人可以赎回它，而他自己能够赎回它；

    若没有能给他赎回的，他自己渐渐富足，能够赎回，

    And if the man have none to redeem it, and himself be able to redeem it;

27. 27

    就要算出卖地的年数，把余剩年数的价值还那买主，自己就回自己的地业。

    那么他就要算出卖地的年数，把余剩的价值还给他卖的那人；使他可以回自己的拥有地。

    就要算出卖地的年数，把余剩年数的价值还那买主，自己便归回自己的地业。

    Then let him count the years of the sale thereof, and restore the overplus unto the man to whom he sold it; that he may return unto his possession.

28. 28

    如果不能为自己收回所卖的，仍要存在买主的手里直到禧年；到了禧年，地业要出买主的手，他也可以回他的地业。

    但是如果他没有能力使它归还自己，那么被卖的，就要留在买主的手里直到禧年；在禧年里，它要出去，他就能回他的拥有地。

    倘若不能为自己得回所卖的，仍要存在买主的手里直到禧年；到了禧年，地业要出买主的手，自己便归回自己的地业。

    But if he be not able to restore it to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that hath bought it until the year of jubile: and in the jubile it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession.

29. 29

    人卖的住宅，若是在有城墙的城内，卖了以后，一年之内可以赎回；在一整年内，他能赎回。

    如果一个人在有城墙的城里卖住房，那么它被卖了以后，他在一整年内可以赎回它；在一整年内，他都可以赎回它。

    “人若卖城内的住宅，卖了以后，一年之内可以赎回；在一整年，必有赎回的权柄。

    And if a man sell a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; within a full year may he redeem it.

30. 30

    若在一整年之内不赎回，这有城墙之城内的住宅就定准永归买主，世世代代为业；在禧年也不必出买主的手。

    如果在一整年的间隙内，不赎回它，那么这城墙之城内的住房，就要被确立永远给买的人，贯穿他的世世代代；它在禧年里也不能出去。

    若在一整年之内不赎回，这城内的房屋就定准永归买主，世世代代为业；在禧年也不得出买主的手。

    And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be established for ever to him that bought it throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubile.

31. 31

    但房子在无城墙的村庄里，要看如乡下的田地一样，可以赎回；到了禧年，都要出买主的手。

    但如果房子在无城墙围绕的村庄里，就要算为乡下的田野那样；可以赎回它们，在禧年里，它们可以出去。

    但房屋在无城墙的村庄里，要看如乡下的田地一样，可以赎回；到了禧年，都要出买主的手。

    But the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubile.

32. 32

    然而利未人所得为业的城市，其中的房子，利未人可以随时赎回。

    然而利未人的众城市，和他们拥有的，城里的房子，利未人任何时候都可以赎回。

    然而利未人所得为业的城邑，其中的房屋，利未人可以随时赎回。

    Notwithstanding the cities of the Levites, and the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time.

33. 33

    若是一个利未人不将所卖的房子赎回，是在所得为业的城内，到了禧年就要出买主的手，因为利未人城市的房子是他们在以色列儿女中的产业。

    如果一个人从利未人买了，那么这被卖掉的房子，和他的拥有物的这城市，在禧年里都要出去；因为利未人的众城市的众房子，都是他们在以色列孩子们当中的拥有物。

    若是一个利未人不将所卖的房屋赎回，是在所得为业的城内，到了禧年就要出买主的手，因为利未人城邑的房屋是他们在以色列人中的产业。

    And if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the year of jubile: for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel.

34. 34

    只是他们各城郊区之地不能卖，因为是他们永久的产业。

    但是他们各城市郊区的田野不能被卖；因为它是他们永久的拥有地。

    只是他们各城郊野之地不可卖，因为是他们永远的产业。”

    But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.

35. 35

    你的弟兄在你那里若渐渐贫穷，手中缺乏，你就要帮补他，使他与你住在一起，像外人和寄居的一样。

    如果与你在一起的你的弟兄渐渐贫穷，又在衰败中跌倒；那么你要救助他；是的，就算他是一个外人或一个寄居者；使他可以与你住在一起。

    “你的弟兄在你那里若渐渐贫穷，手中缺乏，你就要帮补他，使他与你同住，像外人和寄居的一样。

    And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee.

36. 36

    不能向他取利息，也不能向他多要；只要畏惧你的神，使你的弟兄与你住在一起。

    你不要向他收利息，或者出产；而是要畏惧你的神；使你的弟兄可以与你住在一起。

    不可向他取利，也不可向他多要；只要敬畏你的　神，使你的弟兄与你同住。

    Take thou no usury of him, or increase: but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee.

37. 37

    你借钱给他，不能向他取利息；借粮给他，也不能向他多要。

    你不要基于利息而把你的钱给他，也不要为了出产而把你的吃的借给他。

    你借钱给他，不可向他取利；借粮给他，也不可向他多要。

    Thou shalt not give him thy money upon usury, nor lend him thy victuals for increase.

38. 38

    我是耶和华你们的神，曾领你们从埃及地出来，为要把迦南地给你们，要作你们的神。

    我是主你们的神，就是带你们从埃及土地出来的，为要把刊南的土地给你们，又为要作你们的神。

    我是耶和华你们的　神，曾领你们从埃及地出来，为要把迦南地赐给你们，要作你们的　神。”

    I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.

39. 39

    你的弟兄若在你那里渐渐贫穷，将自己卖给你，不能勉强他像奴隶服侍你。

    如果住在你附近的，你的弟兄渐渐贫穷，被卖给了你；你不要勉强他，像一个奴隶那样去服务；

    “你的弟兄若在你那里渐渐穷乏，将自己卖给你，不可叫他像奴仆服侍你。

    And if thy brother that dwelleth by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant:

40. 40

    他要在你那里像雇工人和寄居的一样，要服侍你直到禧年。

    而在你那里，他要像一个雇佣的仆人，像一个寄居者一样，他在你那里，要服务你直到禧年；

    他要在你那里像雇工人和寄居的一样，要服侍你直到禧年。

    But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee, and shall serve thee unto the year of jubile.

41. 41

    到了禧年，他和他儿女要离开你，一起出去回到他自己的家，到他父辈的地业那里去。

    然后，他和与他在一起的，他的孩子们都要离开你，回到他自己的家，回到他父辈的拥有地那里。

    到了禧年，他和他儿女要离开你，一同出去归回本家，到他祖宗的地业那里去。

    And then shall he depart from thee, both he and his children with him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return.

42. 42

    因为他们是我的仆人，是我从埃及地领出来的，不能卖为奴隶。

    因为他们是我的众仆人，就是我从埃及土地带出来的；他们不能被卖作奴隶。

    因为他们是我的仆人，是我从埃及地领出来的，不可卖为奴仆。

    For they are my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.

43. 43

    不能严严地辖管他，只要畏惧你的神。

    你不要严酷地管理他；而要畏惧你的神。

    不可严严地辖管他，只要敬畏你的　神。

    Thou shalt not rule over him with rigour; but shalt fear thy God.

44. 44

    至于你的奴隶、女奴，可以从你四周外邦中买。你要向他们买奴隶和女奴。

    你的奴隶和女奴，要向围绕着你们的异教徒买；你们要向他们买奴隶和女奴。

    至于你的奴仆、婢女，可以从你四围的国中买。

    Both thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids, which thou shalt have, shall be of the heathen that are round about you; of them shall ye buy bondmen and bondmaids.

45. 45

    并且那寄居在你们中间的外人和他们的家属，就是他们在你们地上所生的，你们也可以从其中买，他们要作你们的产业。

    此外，那些在你们的土地里生育的，寄居在你们当中的外人的孩子们，和与你们在一起的他们的家族，你们要从他们中买奴隶和女奴；并且他们要作你们的拥有物。

    并且那寄居在你们中间的外人和他们的家属，在你们地上所生的，你们也可以从其中买人；他们要作你们的产业。

    Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy, and of their families that are with you, which they begat in your land: and they shall be your possession.

46. 46

    你们要将他们留给你们的儿女继承，作为产业继承，他们必永远为你们的奴隶；但是你们的弟兄以色列儿女，你们不能彼此严严地辖管。

    你们要把他们当作一个产业给你们的孩子们，当作一个可以被继承的拥有物；他们要永远作你们的奴隶；但是你们的弟兄们，以色列孩子们，你们不要严酷地管理彼此。

    你们要将他们遗留给你们的子孙为产业，要永远从他们中间拣出奴仆；只是你们的弟兄以色列人，你们不可严严地辖管。

    And ye shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel, ye shall not rule one over another with rigour.

47. 47

    住在你那里的外人，或是寄居的，若渐渐富足，你的弟兄却渐渐贫穷，将自己卖给那外人，或是寄居的，或是外人的家族，

    如果在你附近的一个寄居者，或是外人，渐渐富足，而住在他附近的，你的弟兄渐渐贫穷，把自己卖给那外人，或是寄居者，或是外人的家族；

    “住在你那里的外人，或是寄居的，若渐渐富足，你的弟兄却渐渐穷乏，将自己卖给那外人，或是寄居的，或是外人的宗族，

    And if a sojourner or stranger wax rich by thee, and thy brother that dwelleth by him wax poor, and sell himself unto the stranger or sojourner by thee, or to the stock of the stranger's family:

48. 48

    他卖了以后，他可以再赎回，他弟兄中的一个可赎他，

    他被卖以后，他可以再被赎回；他弟兄们中的一个可以赎他；

    卖了以后，可以将他赎回。无论是他的弟兄，

    After that he is sold he may be redeemed again; one of his brethren may redeem him:

49. 49

    无论是他伯叔，或他伯叔的儿子，或他本家的什么近亲，都可以赎他；他自己若能自赎，也可以自赎。

    他叔伯，或他叔伯的儿子可以赎他，或他家的任何近亲都可以赎他；或者如果他有能力，他也可以自赎。

    或伯叔、伯叔的儿子，本家的近支，都可以赎他。他自己若渐渐富足，也可以自赎。

    Either his uncle, or his uncle's son, may redeem him, or any that is nigh of kin unto him of his family may redeem him; or if he be able, he may redeem himself.

50. 50

    他要和买主计算，从卖自己的那年起，算到禧年；所卖的价值照着年数多少，好像工人每年的工价。

    他要与买他的人估算，从他被卖给他的那年起，直到禧年；他的卖价要依据年数，按雇佣仆人的工价来对他计算。

    他要和买主计算，从卖自己的那年起，算到禧年；所卖的价值照着年数多少，好像工人每年的工价。

    And he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he was sold to him unto the year of jubile: and the price of his sale shall be according unto the number of years, according to the time of an hired servant shall it be with him.

51. 51

    若缺少的年数多，就要按着年数从买价中偿还他的赎价。

    如果后面还有很多年，就要依据年数，按他被买的那钱数的比例付他的赎价。

    若缺少的年数多，就要按着年数从买价中偿还他的赎价。

    If there be yet many years behind, according unto them he shall give again the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.

52. 52

    若到禧年只缺少几年，就要按着年数和买主计算，偿还他的赎价。

    如果到禧年只剩下几年，那就要与他计算，他就要按照他的年数来付他的赎价。

    若到禧年只缺少几年，就要按着年数和买主计算，偿还他的赎价。

    And if there remain but few years unto the year of jubile, then he shall count with him, and according unto his years shall he give him again the price of his redemption.

53. 53

    要像按年雇佣的仆人那样，他和买主要住在一起，其他人不能在你眼前严厉地辖管他。

    他对他，要像对按年雇佣的仆人那样；其他人不要在你的眼里严酷地管理他。

    他和买主同住，要像每年雇的工人，买主不可严严地辖管他。

    And as a yearly hired servant shall he be with him: and the other shall not rule with rigour over him in thy sight.

54. 54

    他若不在这几年内被赎，到了禧年，要和他的儿女一起出去。

    如果他不在这几年里被赎，那么在禧年里，他要和他的孩子们一起出去。

    他若不这样被赎，到了禧年，要和他的儿女一同出去。

    And if he be not redeemed in these years, then he shall go out in the year of jubile, both he, and his children with him.

55. 55

    因为以色列儿女都是我的仆人，是我从埃及地领出来的。我是耶和华你们的神。

    因为对于我，以色列孩子们都是仆人；他们是我从埃及土地带出来的仆人；我是主你们的神。

    因为以色列人都是我的仆人，是我从埃及地领出来的。我是耶和华你们的　神。”

    For unto me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
