山岩间的野山羊什么时候生产，你知道吗？母鹿下犊之期，你能察定吗？
当石头间的野山羊生产的时候，你知道是什么时间吗？或者母鹿下犊的时候，你能标记？
“山岩间的野山羊几时生产，你知道吗？母鹿下犊之期，你能察定吗？
Knowest thou the time when the wild goats of the rock bring forth? or canst thou mark when the hinds do calve?

它们怀胎的月数，你能数算吗？它们什么时候生产，你能知道吗？
它们到期的月数，你能数算？或者它们生产的时候，你能知道是什么时候？
它们怀胎的月数，你能数算吗？它们几时生产，你能晓得吗？
Canst thou number the months that they fulfil? or knowest thou the time when they bring forth?

它们屈身，将子生下，就除掉疼痛。
它们自己屈身，生下它们的幼崽，它们就把自己的悲伤丢掉。

They bow themselves, they bring forth their young ones, they cast out their sorrows.

这些子渐渐肥壮，在荒野长大，去而不回。
它们的幼崽好可爱，它们与谷一起长大；然后它们出去，就不回到它们那里了。

Their young ones are in good liking, they grow up with corn; they go forth, and return not unto them.

谁叫野驴出去得自由？或者谁解开野驴的捆绑？
“谁放野驴出去自由？谁解开快驴的绳索？
Who hath sent out the wild ass free? or who hath loosed the bands of the wild ass?

我使旷野作他的家，使荒地当他的住处。
我使荒野作他的家，又使不孕的土地作他的住处。
我使旷野作它的住处，使咸地当它的居所。
Whose house I have made the wilderness, and the barren land his dwellings.

他嗤笑城内的群众，不听赶牲口的喝声。
他鄙视城里的众人，不在乎赶牲口的呼喊。
它嗤笑城内的喧嚷，不听赶牲口的喝声。
He scorneth the multitude of the city, neither regardeth he the crying of the driver.

遍山是他的草场；他寻找各样青绿之物。
群山的范围内都是他的草场，他寻找各样绿色的东西。

The range of the mountains is his pasture, and he searcheth after every green thing.

独角兽怎愿意服侍你？怎愿意住在你的槽旁？
独角兽会愿意服务你吗？或者愿意留在你的槽边吗？
“野牛岂肯服侍你？岂肯住在你的槽旁？
Will the unicorn be willing to serve thee, or abide by thy crib?

你怎能用套绳将独角兽笼在犁沟之间？他怎愿意随你耙山谷之地？
你能用带子把独角兽绑在犁沟中吗？或者他会跟着你耙山谷去？
你岂能用套绳将野牛笼在犁沟之间？它岂肯随你耙山谷之地？
Canst thou bind the unicorn with his band in the furrow? or will he harrow the valleys after thee?

你能因他的力大就信靠他吗？你能把你的工作交给他作吗？
你会因他的强力大就信靠他？或者你会把你的劳动留给他？
岂可因它的力大就倚靠它？岂可把你的工交给它做吗？
Wilt thou trust him, because his strength is great? or wilt thou leave thy labour to him?

你能信靠他，让他把你的粮食运到家，又收聚你禾场上的谷吗？
你会相信他，能把你的种子带回家，又聚集到你的谷仓里？
岂可信靠它把你的粮食运到家，又收聚你禾场上的谷吗？
Wilt thou believe him, that he will bring home thy seed, and gather it into thy barn?

难道是你把华美的翅膀给孔雀，把翅膀和翎毛给鸵鸟吗？
是你把美好的翅膀给了孔雀？或者把翅膀和翎毛给了鸵鸟？
“鸵鸟的翅膀欢然搧展，岂是显慈爱的翎毛和羽毛吗？
Gavest thou the goodly wings unto the peacocks? or wings and feathers unto the ostrich?

因她把蛋留在地中，在尘土中使它们得温暖，
她把蛋留在这地里，在尘土里温暖它们，
因它把蛋留在地上，在尘土中使得温暖；
Which leaveth her eggs in the earth, and warmeth them in dust,

却想不到被脚踹碎，或被野兽践踏。
忘了她的脚会踩碎它们，或者野兽会破坏它们。
却想不到被脚踹碎，或被野兽践踏。
And forgetteth that the foot may crush them, or that the wild beast may break them.

她硬心对她的小子，似乎它们不是她的；她枉然劳碌，没有畏惧；
她硬心对她的幼子，似乎它们不是她的；她在虚空中劳动，没有畏惧；
它忍心待雏，似乎不是自己的；虽然徒受劳苦，也不为雏惧怕；
She is hardened against her young ones, as though they were not her's: her labour is in vain without fear;

因为神使她没有智慧，也未将悟性给她。
因为神剥夺了她智慧，他也没有把悟性传授给她。
因为 神使它没有智慧，也未将悟性赐给它。
Because God hath deprived her of wisdom, neither hath he imparted to her understanding.

她什么时候挺身高举自己，就嗤笑马和骑马的人。
她什么时候把自己举到高处，就鄙视马和骑马的人。
它几时挺身展开翅膀，就嗤笑马和骑马的人。
What time she lifteth up herself on high, she scorneth the horse and his rider.

马的力量是你所给的吗？他脖子上的鬃毛是你披上的吗？
你给过马力量？他脖子上的霹雳是你披上的？
“马的大力是你所赐的吗？它颈项上挓挲的鬃是你给它披上的吗？
Hast thou given the horse strength? hast thou clothed his neck with thunder?

你能叫他惊慌如蚱蜢吗？他喷气之威使人惊惶。
你能使他害怕就像只蚂蚱？他鼻孔的威严是恐怖的。
是你叫它跳跃像蝗虫吗？它喷气之威使人惊惶。
Canst thou make him afraid as a grasshopper? the glory of his nostrils is terrible.

他在谷中刨地，以己力为乐。他出去迎接佩带武器的人。
他在谷里刨地，并在他的力量中喜乐；他出去迎接武装好的人。
它在谷中刨地，自喜其力；它出去迎接佩带兵器的人。
He paweth in the valley, and rejoiceth in his strength: he goeth on to meet the armed men.

他嘲笑畏惧的事并不惊惶，也不因刀剑退回。
他笑话畏惧，又不惊恐；他也不转离刀剑。
它嗤笑可怕的事并不惊惶，也不因刀剑退回。
He mocketh at fear, and is not affrighted; neither turneth he back from the sword.

箭袋和发亮的枪，并盾牌在他身上铮铮有声。
箭筒还有闪亮的矛和盾牌在他身上铮铮响。
箭袋和发亮的枪，并短枪在它身上铮铮有声。
The quiver rattleth against him, the glittering spear and the shield.

他发猛烈的怒气将地吞下；也不相信这就是角声。
他以凶猛和暴怒把地面吞了；他也不相信这就是号的响声。
它发猛烈的怒气将地吞下；一听角声就不耐站立。
He swalloweth the ground with fierceness and rage: neither believeth he that it is the sound of the trumpet.

角每发声，他说呵哈；他从远处闻着战争，又听见军长大发雷声和兵丁呐喊。
他在众号当中说，哈哈；他闻着远方的战争，众军长的雷鸣和喊叫。
角每发声，它说呵哈；它从远处闻着战气，又听见军长大发雷声和兵丁呐喊。
He saith among the trumpets, Ha, ha; and he smelleth the battle afar off, the thunder of the captains, and the shouting.

猎鹰飞翔，展开翅膀一直向南，是借你的智慧吗？
猎鹰飞翔，展开她的翅膀向着南方，是借你的智慧？
“鹰雀飞翔，展开翅膀一直向南，岂是藉你的智慧吗？
Doth the hawk fly by thy wisdom, and stretch her wings toward the south?

大鹰上腾在高处搭窝，是听你的命令吗？
大鹰上腾在高处造窝，是听你的命令？
大鹰上腾在高处搭窝，岂是听你的吩咐吗？
Doth the eagle mount up at thy command, and make her nest on high?

她住在山岩，以山峰和坚固之所为家，
她居住并停留在岩石上，在岩石的峭壁上，和坚固的地方。
它住在山岩，以山峰和坚固之所为家，
She dwelleth and abideth on the rock, upon the crag of the rock, and the strong place.

从那里窥看食物，眼睛远远观望。
她从那里寻找猎物，她的眼睛在远处看。

From thence she seeketh the prey, and her eyes behold afar off.

她的幼鹰也吸血，被杀的在哪里，她也在哪里。
她的幼子也吸血；被杀的在哪里，她就在哪里。
它的雏也咂血；被杀的人在哪里，它也在那里。”
Her young ones also suck up blood: and where the slain are, there is she.
