关于亚扪人，耶和华如此说，以色列没有众儿子吗？没有后嗣吗？他们的王为什么得迦得之地为业呢？他的民为什么住在他的城市呢？
关于阿门人，主这样说；以色列没有众儿子吗？他没有继承人吗？他们的王为什么继承伽得，他的人民为什么住在他的众城里呢？
论亚扪人。耶和华如此说：“以色列没有儿子吗？没有后嗣吗？玛勒堪为何得迦得之地为业呢？属他的民为何住其中的城邑呢？
Concerning the Ammonites, thus saith the LORD; Hath Israel no sons? hath he no heir? why then doth their king inherit Gad, and his people dwell in his cities?

耶和华说，日子将到，我必使人听见打仗的喊声，是攻击亚扪人拉巴的喊声。拉巴要成为乱堆；她的女儿们要被火焚烧。之前得以色列地为业的，此时以色列倒要得他们的地为业。这是耶和华说的。
因此，主说，看啊，这些日子来了，我要使战争的一个警报在阿门人的拉巴里被听见；它会成为一个荒堆，她的女儿们会被火焚烧；那时以色列会成为他们的继承人，他们曾是他的众继承人，这是主说的。
耶和华说：日子将到，我必使人听见打仗的喊声，是攻击亚扪人拉巴的喊声。拉巴要成为乱堆；属她的乡村（原文是女子）要被火焚烧。先前得以色列地为业的，此时以色列倒要得他们的地为业。这是耶和华说的。
Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will cause an alarm of war to be heard in Rabbah of the Ammonites; and it shall be a desolate heap, and her daughters shall be burned with fire: then shall Israel be heir unto them that were his heirs, saith the LORD.

希实本哪，你要哀号，因为爱地变为荒场。拉巴的众女儿啊，要呼喊，以麻布束腰；要哭号，在篱笆中跑来跑去；因他们的王和属他的众祭司、众首领要一起被掳去。

Howl, O Heshbon, for Ai is spoiled: cry, ye daughters of Rabbah, gird you with sackcloth; lament, and run to and fro by the hedges; for their king shall go into captivity, and his priests and his princes together.

背道的女儿啊，你们为什么因有山谷，就是水流的山谷夸耀呢？为什么信靠财宝说，谁能来到我们这里呢？
背道的女儿啊，你为什么在众山谷里，在你流动的山谷荣耀？那信靠她的财宝的说，谁会来到我这里？
背道的民（原文是女子）哪，你们为何因有山谷，就是水流的山谷夸张呢？为何倚靠财宝说：‘谁能来到我们这里呢？’
Wherefore gloriest thou in the valleys, thy flowing valley, O backsliding daughter? that trusted in her treasures, saying, Who shall come unto me?

主万军之耶和华说，看啊，我要使畏惧从周围的人中临到你们；你们必被赶出，各人一直前往，没有人收聚逃民。
主众军之神说，看啊，我把一个畏惧从你周围的所有人那里带到你身上；你们每个人都会被赶出去；没有人会把游荡的人聚集起来。
主万军之耶和华说：我要使恐吓从四围的人中临到你们；你们必被赶出，各人一直前往，没有人收聚逃民。
Behold, I will bring a fear upon thee, saith the Lord GOD of hosts, from all those that be about thee; and ye shall be driven out every man right forth; and none shall gather up him that wandereth.

后来我还要使被掳的亚扪儿女回去。这是耶和华说的。
后来我要再次带被掳的阿门孩子们回去，这是主说的。
后来我还要使被掳的亚扪人归回。这是耶和华说的。”
And afterward I will bring again the captivity of the children of Ammon, saith the LORD.

关于以东，万军之耶和华如此说，提幔中再没有智慧吗？精明的不再有谋略吗？他们的智慧尽归无有吗？
关于以东，众军之主这样说；提幔里不再有智慧吗？审慎者的建议灭亡了吗？他们的智慧消失了吗？
论以东。万军之耶和华如此说：“提幔中再没有智慧吗？明哲人不再有谋略吗？他们的智慧尽归无有吗？
Concerning Edom, thus saith the LORD of hosts; Is wisdom no more in Teman? is counsel perished from the prudent? is their wisdom vanished?

底但的居民哪，要转身逃跑，住在深处；因为我追讨他的时候，必使以扫的灾殃临到他。
迪但的居民啊，你们要转身逃跑，住在深处；因我造访以扫的同时，我要把他的灾难带到他身上。
底但的居民哪，要转身逃跑，住在深密处；因为我向以扫追讨的时候，必使灾殃临到他。
Flee ye, turn back, dwell deep, O inhabitants of Dedan; for I will bring the calamity of Esau upon him, the time that I will visit him.

摘葡萄的若来到他那里，难道不剩下些葡萄吗？盗贼若夜间而来，难道不毁坏直到够了吗？
如果葡萄采集者们来到你那里，难道他们不留下些拾取的葡萄吗？如果盗贼们夜晚来，他们要毁灭直到他们得到足够的东西。
摘葡萄的若来到他那里，岂不剩下些葡萄呢？盗贼若夜间而来，岂不毁坏直到够了呢？
If grapegatherers come to thee, would they not leave some gleaning grapes? if thieves by night, they will destroy till they have enough.

我却使以扫赤露，显出他的隐密处；他不能自藏。他的种子、弟兄、邻居尽都被掠夺；他也归于无有。
但我使以扫赤露，我露出他秘密的地方，他不能隐藏他自己；他的种子，他的弟兄们，他的邻居们，都被掳掠，他也不在了。
我却使以扫赤露，显出他的隐密处；他不能自藏。他的后裔、弟兄、邻舍尽都灭绝；他也归于无有。
But I have made Esau bare, I have uncovered his secret places, and he shall not be able to hide himself: his seed is spoiled, and his brethren, and his neighbours, and he is not.

你撇下孤儿，我必保全他们的命；你的寡妇可以信靠我。
留下你无父亲的孩子们，我要保全他们活着；让你的众寡妇可以信靠我。
你撇下孤儿，我必保全他们的命；你的寡妇可以倚靠我。”
Leave thy fatherless children, I will preserve them alive; and let thy widows trust in me.

耶和华如此说，看啊，不该喝那杯的一定要喝。你能尽免刑罚吗？你必不能免，一定要喝。
因主这样说；看啊，那原本判决不用喝那杯的人，肯定已经喝醉了，你会完全不受惩罚吗？你不会不受惩罚，你一定要喝它。
耶和华如此说：“原不该喝那杯的一定要喝。你能尽免刑罚吗？你必不能免，一定要喝！
For thus saith the LORD; Behold, they whose judgment was not to drink of the cup have assuredly drunken; and art thou he that shall altogether go unpunished? thou shalt not go unpunished, but thou shalt surely drink of it.

耶和华说，我指着自己起誓，波斯拉必令人惊骇、羞辱、咒诅，并且荒凉。其一切城市必变为永远的荒场。
主说，因我已经指着自己发誓，伯兹拉会成为一个，荒凉，耻辱，废物，咒诅；其所有城市会永久荒废。
耶和华说：我指着自己起誓，波斯拉必令人惊骇、羞辱、咒诅，并且荒凉。她的一切城邑必变为永远的荒场。”
For I have sworn by myself, saith the LORD, that Bozrah shall become a desolation, a reproach, a waste, and a curse; and all the cities thereof shall be perpetual wastes.

我从耶和华那里听见信息，并有一位大使被差往外邦去，说，你们聚集来攻击她，要起来争战。
我从主那里听见一个风声，有一个大使被派往异教徒那里去，说，你们聚集到一起来攻击她，起来去战斗。
我从耶和华那里听见信息，并有使者被差往列国去，说：“你们聚集来攻击以东，要起来争战。
I have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent unto the heathen, saying, Gather ye together, and come against her, and rise up to the battle.

看啊，我使你在外邦中为最小，在人们中被藐视。
瞧，因我要使你在异教徒中成为小的，又在人们当中被轻视。
我使你在列国中为最小，在世人中被藐视。
For, lo, I will make thee small among the heathen, and despised among men.
- 16
住在山穴中据守山顶的啊，说到你的威吓，你因心中的狂傲自欺；你虽如大鹰高高搭窝，我却从那里拉下你来。这是耶和华说的。
哦，你这住在岩石缝里，守在山高处的，你的恐怖和你心的骄傲欺骗了你；你虽然像一只大鹰在高处筑巢，我要从那里把你带下来，这是主说的。
住在山穴中据守山顶的啊，论到你的威吓，你因心中的狂傲自欺；你虽如大鹰高高搭窝，我却从那里拉下你来。这是耶和华说的。
Thy terribleness hath deceived thee, and the pride of thine heart, O thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, that holdest the height of the hill: though thou shouldest make thy nest as high as the eagle, I will bring thee down from thence, saith the LORD.

以东必荒凉；凡经过的人就惊讶，又因其中一切的灾祸嗤笑。
以东也会成为一个荒场；每个经过它的人都会惊讶，又因其中的一切灾祸嘶笑。
以东必令人惊骇；凡经过的人就受惊骇，又因她一切的灾祸嗤笑。
Also Edom shall be a desolation: every one that goeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss at all the plagues thereof.

耶和华说，必无人住在那里，也无一个人的儿子在其中寄居，要像所多玛、蛾摩拉，和邻近的城市倾覆的时候一样。
主说，就像所多玛，蛾摩拉，及其邻近的众城市倾覆时一样，没有人会留在那里，也没有一个人的儿子会住在它里面。
耶和华说：必无人住在那里，也无人在其中寄居，要像所多玛、蛾摩拉，和邻近的城邑倾覆的时候一样。
As in the overthrow of Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighbour cities thereof, saith the LORD, no man shall abide there, neither shall a son of man dwell in it.

看啊，他必像狮子从约旦河边的丛林上来，攻击坚固的住所。转眼之间，我要使以东人逃跑，离开这地。谁蒙拣选，我就派谁治理她。谁能比我呢？谁能给我定规日期呢？有哪个牧人能在我面前站立得住呢？
看啊，他会像一只狮子从约旦涌上来，攻击强者的住处；但我要忽然使他逃跑离开她；谁是拣选的人，使我可以指定来治理她？因谁能像我？谁能给我指定时间？谁是那个要站在我面前的牧人？
仇敌必像狮子从约旦河边的丛林上来，攻击坚固的居所。转眼之间，我要使以东人逃跑，离开这地。谁蒙拣选，我就派谁治理这地。谁能比我呢？谁能给我定规日期呢？有何牧人能在我面前站立得住呢？
Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan against the habitation of the strong: but I will suddenly make him run away from her: and who is a chosen man, that I may appoint over her? for who is like me? and who will appoint me the time? and who is that shepherd that will stand before me?

你们要听耶和华攻击以东所说的谋略和他攻击提幔居民所定的旨意。他们群众微弱的定要被拉去，他定要使他们的住所荒凉。
因此，听主的建议，就是他拿来针对以东的；并他的决定，就是他决定针对提幔居民的；羊群中最小的肯定会被拉出去；他肯定会使他们的住处和他们一起荒凉。
你们要听耶和华攻击以东所说的谋略和他攻击提幔居民所定的旨意。仇敌定要将他们群众微弱的拉去，定要使他们的居所荒凉。
Therefore hear the counsel of the LORD, that he hath taken against Edom; and his purposes, that he hath purposed against the inhabitants of Teman: Surely the least of the flock shall draw them out: surely he shall make their habitations desolate with them.

因他们仆倒的声音，地就震动。人在红海那里必听见呼喊的声音。
因他们仆倒的响声，这地就被挪移，其哭喊的响声在红海里都能被听见。

The earth is moved at the noise of their fall, at the cry the noise thereof was heard in the Red sea.

看啊，他必如大鹰飞起，展开翅膀攻击波斯拉。到那日，以东的勇士心中疼痛如临产的女人。
看啊，他会像一只大鹰上来，铺展他的翅膀遮蔽伯兹拉；在那天，以东大能的人们的心就像在剧痛里的一个女人的心。
仇敌必如大鹰飞起，展开翅膀攻击波斯拉。到那日，以东的勇士心中疼痛如临产的妇人。”
Behold, he shall come up and fly as the eagle, and spread his wings over Bozrah: and at that day shall the heart of the mighty men of Edom be as the heart of a woman in her pangs.

关于大马士革。哈马和亚珥拔蒙羞，因他们听见凶恶的信息就胆怯了。海上有忧愁，不能平静。

Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet.

大马士革发软，转身逃跑。畏惧将她捉住；痛苦忧愁将她抓住，如阵痛中的女人一样。
大马士革渐渐虚弱，她转身逃跑，畏惧把她抓住；痛苦和悲伤把她抓住；就像一个阵痛中的女人。

Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to flee, and fear hath seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail.

我所喜乐可称赞的城，为什么被撇弃了呢？
我欢喜的城，赞美的城，怎么没被留下！
我所喜乐可称赞的城，为何被撇弃了呢？
How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy!

她的少年人必仆倒在街上；当那日，一切兵丁必被剪除。这是万军之耶和华说的。
因此，她的年轻人们会仆倒在她的街上，在那天，所有争战的人都会被剪除，这是众军之主说的。

Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of war shall be cut off in that day, saith the LORD of hosts.

我必在大马士革城中使火着起，烧灭便哈达的宫殿。
我要在大马士革的城墙里点燃一把火，它会消灭本哈达得的众宫殿。

And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall consume the palaces of Benhadad.

关于巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒所攻打的基达和夏琐的各国，耶和华如此说，迦勒底人哪，起来上基达去，毁灭东方人。
关于巴比伦王尼布卡得尼扎会猛击的凯达和哈泽耳的众王国，主这样说；你们起来，上凯达去，掠夺东方的众人。
论巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒所攻打的基达和夏琐的诸国。耶和华如此说：“迦勒底人哪，起来上基达去，毁灭东方人。
Concerning Kedar, and concerning the kingdoms of Hazor, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon shall smite, thus saith the LORD; Arise ye, go up to Kedar, and spoil the men of the east.

他们的帐篷和羊群都要夺去，将幔子和一切器皿，并骆驼为自己掠去。人向他们喊着说，周围都有畏惧。
他们会带走他们的帐篷和羊群；他们会把他们的帘子和所有器皿，并他们的骆驼占为己有；他们会向他们哭喊，每一侧都是畏惧。
他们的帐棚和羊群都要夺去，将幔子和一切器皿，并骆驼为自己掠去。人向他们喊着说：四围都有惊吓。”
Their tents and their flocks shall they take away: they shall take to themselves their curtains, and all their vessels, and their camels; and they shall cry unto them, Fear is on every side.

耶和华说，夏琐的居民哪，要逃奔远方，住在深处；因为巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒设计谋害你们，起意攻击你们。
主说，你们这哈泽耳的居民啊，逃跑吧，到远方去，并住在深处；因为巴比伦王尼布卡得尼扎已经商议要攻击你们，已经酝酿了一个决定针对你们。
耶和华说：“夏琐的居民哪，要逃奔远方，住在深密处；因为巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒设计谋害你们，起意攻击你们。”
Flee, get you far off, dwell deep, O ye inhabitants of Hazor, saith the LORD; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath taken counsel against you, and hath conceived a purpose against you.

耶和华说，起来。上那富有的国那里去，这国安居无虑，是无门无闩、独自居住的。
主说，你们起来，上那安居无虑的富有的国家去，这国家没有众大门，也没有横杆，独自居住。
耶和华说：“迦勒底人哪，起来！上安逸无虑的居民那里去；他们是无门无闩、独自居住的。
Arise, get you up unto the wealthy nation, that dwelleth without care, saith the LORD, which have neither gates nor bars, which dwell alone.

他们的骆驼必成为掠物；他们众多的牲畜必成为掳物。我必将在最角落的人分散各风；使灾殃从周围临到他们，这是耶和华说的。
他们的骆驼会成为一个缴获品，他们许多的牲畜会成为一个战利品；我要把在最远的角落里的那些人驱散进入一切的风；我又要从其每一侧都带给他们灾难，这是主说的。
他们的骆驼必成为掠物；他们众多的牲畜必成为掳物。我必将剃周围头发的人分散四方（原文是风），使灾殃从四围临到他们。这是耶和华说的。
And their camels shall be a booty, and the multitude of their cattle a spoil: and I will scatter into all winds them that are in the utmost corners; and I will bring their calamity from all sides thereof, saith the LORD.

夏琐必成为龙的住处，永远凄凉。必无人住在那里，也无任何人的儿子在其中寄居。
哈泽耳会成为龙的一个住处，永远荒凉；没有人会留在那里，也没有任何人的儿子住在它里面。
夏琐必成为野狗的住处，永远凄凉；必无人住在那里，也无人在其中寄居。”
And Hazor shall be a dwelling for dragons, and a desolation for ever: there shall no man abide there, nor any son of man dwell in it.

犹大王西底家开始统治的时候，耶和华对于以拦的话临到先知耶利米说，
犹大王泽迪基亚在一开始统治的时候，主对于以兰的话来到预言者耶瑞米亚那里，说，
犹大王西底家登基的时候，耶和华论以拦的话临到先知耶利米说：
The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah the prophet against Elam in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, saying,

万军之耶和华如此说，看啊，我必折断以拦人的弓，他们首领的大能。
众军之主这样说；看啊，我要折断以兰的弓，他们大能的首领。
“万军之耶和华如此说：我必折断以拦人的弓，就是他们为首的权力。
Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the chief of their might.

我要使四风从天的四方刮来，临到以拦人，将他们随风吹散。这被赶散的以拦人没有一国不到的。
我要从天的四面带四风到以兰身上，又要把他们面对所有那些风吹散；以兰被赶出去的人，没有一个国家不会来。
我要使四风从天的四方刮来，临到以拦人，将他们分散四方（原文是风）。这被赶散的人没有一国不到的。”
And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.

耶和华说，我必使以拦人在仇敌和寻索其命的人面前惊惶；我也必使灾祸，就是我的烈怒临到他们，又必使刀剑追赶他们，直到将他们消灭完。
主说，我会使以兰在他们众敌人和寻求他们生命的人面前泄气；我也会带坏事到他们身上，就是我猛烈的气愤；我又要派剑跟着他们，直到我把他们消灭；
耶和华说：“我必使以拦人在仇敌和寻索其命的人面前惊惶；我也必使灾祸，就是我的烈怒临到他们，又必使刀剑追杀他们，直到将他们灭尽。
For I will cause Elam to be dismayed before their enemies, and before them that seek their life: and I will bring evil upon them, even my fierce anger, saith the LORD; and I will send the sword after them, till I have consumed them:

我要在以拦设立我的宝座，从那里除灭君王和首领。这是耶和华说的。
我要在以兰设立我的王座，又要从那里毁灭王和众王子，这是主说的。
我要在以拦设立我的宝座，从那里除灭君王和首领。这是耶和华说的。
And I will set my throne in Elam, and will destroy from thence the king and the princes, saith the LORD.

但它必发生，在最后的日子里，我要使被掳的以拦人回去。这是耶和华说的。
但会这样发生，在后来的日子里，我要再次带着以兰被掳的人，这是主说的。
“到末后，我还要使被掳的以拦人归回。这是耶和华说的。”
But it shall come to pass in the latter days, that I will bring again the captivity of Elam, saith the LORD.
