看啊，耶和华的手不是缩短，不能拯救，他的耳朵也不是发沉，不能听见，
看啊，主的手不是被缩短了，使它不能拯救，他的耳朵也不沉重，使它不能听见；
耶和华的膀臂并非缩短，不能拯救，耳朵并非发沉，不能听见，
Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:

但你们的罪孽使你们与神隔绝；你们的罪恶使他掩面不听你们。
但你们的罪过使你们与你们的神分离，你们的众罪已经从你们那里隐藏了他的脸，使他不听。
但你们的罪孽使你们与　神隔绝；你们的罪恶使他掩面不听你们。
But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.
3
因你们的手被血玷污，你们的指头被罪孽玷污，你们的唇说谎言，你们的舌出恶语。
因你们的手被血玷污，你们的指头又被罪过玷污；你们的唇说了谎，你们的舌发出了歪曲。
因你们的手被血沾染，你们的指头被罪孽沾污，你们的嘴唇说谎言，你们的舌头出恶语。
For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.

无一人按公义告状，无一人凭真理辨白；都信靠虚妄，说谎言。所怀的是毒害；所生的是罪孽。
没有一个呼吁公正，也没有任何一个为真理辩护；他们信靠虚空，又说谎；他们怀毒害，又产下罪过。
无一人按公义告状，无一人凭诚实辨白；都倚靠虚妄，说谎言。所怀的是毒害；所生的是罪孽。
None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

他们孵鸡蛇的蛋，编织蜘蛛的网；人吃他们的蛋必死；这蛋被踏碎，必出蝮蛇。
他们孵卡克特瑞斯的蛋，又编蜘蛛的网；吃了他们的蛋的人就死亡，那被破碎的，就孵出一条蝮蛇。
他们抱毒蛇蛋，结蜘蛛网；人吃这蛋必死。这蛋被踏，必出蝮蛇。
They hatch cockatrice' eggs, and weave the spider's web: he that eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper.

所结的网不能成为衣服；所作的也不能遮盖自己。他们的行为都是罪孽；手所作的都是强暴。
他们的网不会成为服装，他们的也不会以他们的工作遮盖自己；他们的工作都是罪过的工作；暴力的行动在他们手里。

Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands.

他们的脚奔跑行恶；他们急速流无辜人的血；他们的思想都是罪孽，所经过的路都荒凉毁灭。
他们的脚向着坏事奔跑；他们快速去流无辜人的血；他们的思想是罪过的思想；在他们的众路径中是荒凉和毁灭。
他们的脚奔跑行恶；他们急速流无辜人的血；意念都是罪孽，所经过的路都荒凉毁灭。
Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths.

平安的路，他们不知道；所行的事没有公平。他们为自己修弯曲的路；凡行此路的都不知道平安。
和平的道路，他们不知道；他们的众去处没有判决；他们为自己造扭曲的众路径；无论谁走在其中都不会知道和平。
平安的路，他们不知道；所行的事没有公平。他们为自己修弯曲的路；凡行此路的都不知道平安。
The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.

因此，公平离我们远，公义追不上我们。我们指望光亮，看啊是黑暗，指望光明，却行在黑暗中。
因此，判决离我们是远的，公正也追不上我们；我们等候光，却看到暗昧；等候光明，我们却走在黑暗里。
因此，公平离我们远，公义追不上我们。我们指望光亮，却是黑暗，指望光明，却行幽暗。
Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth justice overtake us: we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness.

我们摸索墙壁，好像瞎子；我们摸索，如同无目之人。我们在中午失足，如在夜间一样；我们在荒凉之处，如死人一般。
我们摸索墙壁，好像瞎子，我们摸索，就像我们没有眼睛一样；我们在中午绊倒，像在夜里一样；我们像死人一样在荒凉的地方。
我们摸索墙壁，好像瞎子；我们摸索，如同无目之人。我们晌午绊脚，如在黄昏一样；我们在肥壮人中，像死人一般。
We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes: we stumble at noon day as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men.

我们咆哮如熊，哀鸣如鸽；寻找公平，却是没有；寻找拯救，它却远离我们。
我们都像熊咆哮，像鸽子极度哀悼；我们寻找判决，却没有；寻找拯救，它却远离我们。
我们咆哮如熊，哀鸣如鸽；指望公平，却是没有；指望救恩，却远离我们。
We roar all like bears, and mourn sore like doves: we look for judgment, but there is none; for salvation, but it is far off from us.

我们的过犯在你面前增多，罪恶作见证告我们；过犯与我们同在。至于我们的罪孽，我们都知道：
因我们的违犯在你面前成倍增加，我们的众罪指证我们；因我们的违犯与我们在一起；至于我们的罪过，我们知道它们；
我们的过犯在你面前增多，罪恶作见证告我们；过犯与我们同在。至于我们的罪孽，我们都知道：
For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them;

就是违背耶和华、向他撒谎，转去不跟从我们的神，说欺压和叛逆的话，心怀谎言，随即说出。
就是违犯主，并向他说谎，又离开我们的神，说压迫和叛逆的话，又心怀并发出谎话。
就是悖逆、不认识耶和华，转去不跟从我们的　神，说欺压和叛逆的话，心怀谎言，随即说出。
In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood.

并且公平转而退后，公义站在远处；真理在街上仆倒，公正也不能进入。
并且判决被转开退后，公正站在远处；因真理在街上仆倒，平等又不能进入。

And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.

没有真理；离恶的人反成猎物。那时，耶和华看见没有公平，就不喜悦。
是的，真理衰败了；离开坏事的人就使自己成为一个猎物；主看见了这事，这就使他不喜悦，就是没有判决。
诚实少见；离恶的人反成掠物。那时，耶和华看见没有公平，甚不喜悦。
Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.
16
他见没有人，又惊讶没有代求者；因此，他的膀臂向他施行拯救，并且他的公义，它支持了他。
他见没有人，又惊奇没有代求者；因此，他的膀臂就带给他拯救；并且他的正义，它维持了他。
他见无人拯救，无人代求，甚为诧异，就用自己的膀臂施行拯救，以公义扶持自己。
And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.
17
他穿上公义为胸甲，一个拯救的头盔戴在他头上；他穿上报仇的服装为衣，披上热心为外袍。
因他穿上正义就像一个胸甲，在他头上又戴着一个拯救的头盔；并且他把报仇的服装作为衣服穿着，又用热心作为一件斗篷披着。
他以公义为铠甲（或译：护心镜），以拯救为头盔，以报仇为衣服，以热心为外袍。
For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak.
18
他必按他们的行为施报，向他众敌人发怒，报复他的众仇敌，向众海岛施行报应。
他要按照他们的行为回报，向他的众仇敌发烈怒，赔偿他的众敌人；他要向众海岛回报赔偿。
他必按人的行为施报，恼怒他的敌人，报复他的仇敌向众海岛施行报应。
According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence.
19
如此，人从西方必畏惧耶和华的名，从日出之处也必畏惧他的荣耀；当仇敌好像洪水冲来，耶和华的灵就竖起一个标准抵挡他。
他们会这样从西方畏惧主的名，从太阳升起之地畏惧他的荣耀；当敌人会像一股洪水进来，主的灵就会升起一面旗帜针对他。
如此，人从日落之处必敬畏耶和华的名，从日出之地也必敬畏他的荣耀；因为仇敌好像急流的河水冲来，是耶和华之气所驱逐的。
So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.
20
必有一位救赎者来到锡安，来到雅各中转离过犯的人那里。这是耶和华说的。
主说，那救赎者会来到锡安，并去向那些在雅克布里转离违犯的人。
必有一位救赎主来到锡安、雅各族中转离过犯的人那里。这是耶和华说的。
And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD.
21
耶和华说，至于我与他们所立的约是这样：我加给你的灵，放在你口中的话，必不离你的口，也不离你种子的口，并你种子的种子之口，从今直到永远；这是耶和华说的。
主说，至于我，这个就是我与他们立的我的契约；在你身上的我的灵，和已经放在你口里的我的话语，都不会离开你的口，也不会离开你种子的口，并你种子的种子的口，从今直到永远，这是主说的。
耶和华说：“至于我与他们所立的约乃是这样：我加给你的灵，传给你的话，必不离你的口，也不离你后裔与你后裔之后裔的口，从今直到永远；这是耶和华说的。”
As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.
