如果人们之间有争议，来得判断，审判官审理他们；就要定义人有理，定恶人有罪。
如果人们之间有一个争议，他们为了判决而来，众审判者可以审判他们；那时他们要让正义者为义，并刑罚邪恶者。
“人若有争讼，来听审判，审判官就要定义人有理，定恶人有罪。
If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.

恶人若该受责打，审判官就要叫他当面伏在地上，按着他的错照数责打。
要这样，如果那邪恶的人该被打，审判者就要叫他躺下，在他脸前，按着他的错，按照某个数目打。
恶人若该受责打，审判官就要叫他当面伏在地上，按着他的罪照数责打。
And it shall be, if the wicked man be worthy to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and to be beaten before his face, according to his fault, by a certain number.

只可打他四十下，不能过数；若过数，便是轻贱你的弟兄了。
可以打他四十下，不要超过；以免，如果打超了，打他的鞭数超过了许多，那么你的弟兄对于你就会像是可耻的。

Forty stripes he may give him, and not exceed: lest, if he should exceed, and beat him above these with many stripes, then thy brother should seem vile unto thee.

牛在场上踹谷的时候，不能笼住它的嘴。
牛在场上踹谷的时候，你不要笼住它的嘴。
“牛在场上踹谷的时候，不可笼住它的嘴。”
Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out the corn.

弟兄住在一起，若死了一个，没有孩子，死人的妻不能出嫁外人，她丈夫的兄弟当尽丈夫的兄弟之本分，娶她为妻，进到她那里。
如果众弟兄住在一起，其中一个死了，没有孩子，死者的妻子不要嫁到外面与外人结婚；她丈夫的弟兄要履行丈夫的弟兄义务，娶她为妻，进到她那里。
“弟兄同居，若死了一个，没有儿子，死人的妻不可出嫁外人，她丈夫的兄弟当尽弟兄的本分，娶她为妻，与她同房。
If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband's brother unto her.

她生的长子必归在死去弟兄的名里，免得他的名在以色列中除掉了。
要这样，她首生的，要继承在他死去弟兄的名里，使他的名在以色列中不会被除掉。
妇人生的长子必归死兄的名下，免得他的名在以色列中涂抹了。
And it shall be, that the firstborn which she beareth shall succeed in the name of his brother which is dead, that his name be not put out of Israel.

那人若不愿意娶他兄弟的妻，他兄弟的妻就要到城门长老那里，说，我丈夫的兄弟不愿意在以色列中兴起他兄弟的名字，不尽我丈夫的兄弟之本分。
如果那人不愿意娶他弟兄的妻子，那么他弟兄的妻子就要到大门处的众长者那里，说，我丈夫的弟兄拒绝在以色列里兴起他弟兄的名，他不愿意履行我丈夫的弟兄义务。
那人若不愿意娶她哥哥的妻，他哥哥的妻就要到城门长老那里，说：‘我丈夫的兄弟不肯在以色列中兴起他哥哥的名字，不给我尽弟兄的本分。’
And if the man like not to take his brother's wife, then let his brother's wife go up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband's brother refuseth to raise up unto his brother a name in Israel, he will not perform the duty of my husband's brother.

本城的长老就要召那人来问他，他若执意说，我不愿意娶她。
那么本城的众长者就要叫他来，对他讲话；如果他执意说，我不想娶她；
本城的长老就要召那人来问他，他若执意说：‘我不愿意娶她’，
Then the elders of his city shall call him, and speak unto him: and if he stand to it, and say, I like not to take her;

他兄弟的妻就要当着长老到那人的跟前，脱了他的鞋，吐唾沫在他脸上回答说，凡不为兄弟建立家室的都要这样待他。
那么他弟兄的妻子就要当着众长者的面，来到他跟前，从他的脚上脱下他的鞋，并吐唾沫在他脸上，回答说，不为他弟兄建立家室的，就要这样对他做。
他哥哥的妻就要当着长老到那人的跟前，脱了他的鞋，吐唾沫在他脸上，说：‘凡不为哥哥建立家室的都要这样待他。’
Then shall his brother's wife come unto him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto that man that will not build up his brother's house.

在以色列中，他的名必称为脱鞋之家。
在以色列里，他的名要被称为脱了鞋的家。
在以色列中，他的名必称为脱鞋之家。”
And his name shall be called in Israel, The house of him that hath his shoe loosed.
11
若有二人争斗，这人的妻近前来，要救她丈夫脱离那打她丈夫之人的手，抓住他的下体，
当有一个人与另一个打架时，这人的妻子靠近，要把她丈夫从那重击他的人手中救出来，又伸出她的手，抓住他的隐秘处；
“若有二人争斗，这人的妻近前来，要救她丈夫脱离那打她丈夫之人的手，抓住那人的下体，
When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets:

就要砍断她的手，眼不能顾惜她。
那么你要砍掉她的手，你的眼不要顾惜她。
就要砍断妇人的手，眼不可顾惜她。
Then thou shalt cut off her hand, thine eye shall not pity her.
13
“你囊中不能有一大一小两样的砝码。
在你的包里不要有一大一小两个不同的砝码。
“你囊中不可有一大一小两样的法码。
Thou shalt not have in thy bag divers weights, a great and a small.
14
你家里不能有一大一小两样的升斗。
你家里不要有一大一小两个不同的量器。
你家里不可有一大一小两样的升斗。
Thou shalt not have in thine house divers measures, a great and a small.
15
当用对准公平的砝码，公平的升斗。这样，在耶和华你神所给你的地上，你的日子就可以长久。
而是要有一个完美和公正的砝码，你要有一个完美和公正的量器；这样，在主你的神给你的土地上，你的日子就可以被加长。
当用对准公平的法码，公平的升斗。这样，在耶和华你　神所赐你的地上，你的日子就可以长久。
But thou shalt have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure shalt thou have: that thy days may be lengthened in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
16
因为行不义之事的人都是耶和华你神所憎恶的。
因为一切做这些事的，一切做不正义的事的，都是主你神的一个憎物。
因为行非义之事的人都是耶和华你　神所憎恶的。”
For all that do such things, and all that do unrighteously, are an abomination unto the LORD thy God.
17
你要记念你们出埃及的时候，亚玛力人在路上怎样待你。
要记得你们出埃及的时候，亚玛力在路上怎么对你。
“你要记念你们出埃及的时候，亚玛力人在路上怎样待你。
Remember what Amalek did unto thee by the way, when ye were come forth out of Egypt;

他们在路上遇见你，趁你疲乏困倦时，击杀你最后面那些软弱的人，他并不畏惧神。
他在路上遇见你，当你昏软困倦时，重击你最后面所有虚弱的人；他并不畏惧神。
他们在路上遇见你，趁你疲乏困倦击杀你尽后边软弱的人，并不敬畏　神。
How he met thee by the way, and smote the hindmost of thee, even all that were feeble behind thee, when thou wast faint and weary; and he feared not God.

所以耶和华你神使你不被四周一切的仇敌扰乱，在耶和华你神给你为业的地上得享安息。那时，你要将人们对亚玛力的记忆从天下涂抹了，不能忘记。
因此要这样，当主你的神，在主你的神给你占有为产业的土地上，给了你们休息，脱离你周围的一切敌人时，你要把人们对亚玛力的记忆从天下涂掉；你不要忘记这事。
所以耶和华你　神使你不被四围一切的仇敌扰乱，在耶和华你　神赐你为业的地上得享平安。那时，你要将亚玛力的名号从天下涂抹了，不可忘记。”
Therefore it shall be, when the LORD thy God hath given thee rest from all thine enemies round about, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it, that thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven; thou shalt not forget it.
