1. 1

   每当七年的最后一年，你要施行豁免。

   在每七年的结尾，你要施行一次释放。

   “每逢七年末一年，你要施行豁免。

   At the end of every seven years thou shalt make a release.

2. 2

   豁免的定例是这样：凡债主要把所借给邻居的豁免了；不能向邻居或弟兄追讨，因为这被称为耶和华的豁免。

   释放的方式是这样；每个借了什么给他邻居的债权人都要释放它；他不要向邻居或弟兄索取；因为这被称为主的释放。

   豁免的定例乃是这样：凡债主要把所借给邻舍的豁免了；不可向邻舍和弟兄追讨，因为耶和华的豁免年已经宣告了。

   And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor that lendeth ought unto his neighbour shall release it; he shall not exact it of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the LORD's release.

3. 3

   若借给外邦人，你可以再向他追讨；但借给你弟兄，无论是什么，你要松手豁免了。

   属于一个外人的，你可以再去索取；但那是你与你弟兄的，你的手要释放掉；

   若借给外邦人，你可以向他追讨；但借给你弟兄，无论是什么，你要松手豁免了。

   Of a foreigner thou mayest exact it again: but that which is thine with thy brother thine hand shall release;

   你们中间必没有穷人了，在耶和华你神所给你为业的地上，耶和华必大大祝福与你；

   因在主你的神给你占有为产业的土地上，主会极大地祝福你；那时你们当中就没有贫穷人了；

   你若留意听从耶和华你　神的话，谨守遵行我今日所吩咐你这一切的命令，就必在你们中间没有穷人了（在耶和华你　神所赐你为业的地上，耶和华必大大赐福与你。）

   Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the LORD shall greatly bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it:

   就是当你留意听从耶和华你神的声音，谨守遵行我今天所命令你这一切的诫命。

   只要你仔细地听取主你的神的声音，去遵行我今天命令你的这一切诫命。

   Only if thou carefully hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all these commandments which I command thee this day.

6. 6

   因为耶和华你的神必照他所应许你的祝福你。你必借给许多国民，却不至向他们借贷；你必管辖许多国民，他们却不能管辖你。

   因为主你的神照他承诺你的祝福你；你就会借给许多国，但是你不会向他们借贷；你会统治许多国，他们却不会统治你。

   因为耶和华你的　神必照他所应许你的赐福与你。你必借给许多国民，却不致向他们借贷；你必管辖许多国民，他们却不能管辖你。

   For the LORD thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee.

7. 7

   在耶和华你神所给你的地上，无论哪一座城里，你弟兄中若有一个穷人，你不能硬着心，攥着手不帮补你穷乏的弟兄。

   在主你的神给你们的土地上，无论在你众大门里的任何一个，你的众弟兄当中如果有一个贫穷人，你不要硬着心，捏着你的手不帮你贫穷的弟兄；

   “在耶和华你　神所赐你的地上，无论哪一座城里，你弟兄中若有一个穷人，你不可忍着心、揝着手不帮补你穷乏的弟兄。

   If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:

8. 8

   总要向他松开手，照他所缺乏的借给他，补他的不足。

   而是你要向他敞开你的手，一定要照他想要的借给他，足够他的需要。

   总要向他松开手，照他所缺乏的借给他，补他的不足。

   But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth.

9. 9

   你要小心，不能心里起恶念，说，第七年的豁免年快到了，你便恶眼看你穷乏的弟兄，什么都不给他，以致他因你求告耶和华，罪便归于你了。

   要小心，你邪恶的心里不能有个想法，说，第七年的释放年已在手边了；你的眼就针对你贫穷的弟兄使坏，并且你什么都不给他；然后他就针对你向主哭喊，这就对你成为罪了。

   你要谨慎，不可心里起恶念，说：‘第七年的豁免年快到了’，你便恶眼看你穷乏的弟兄，什么都不给他，以致他因你求告耶和华，罪便归于你了。

   Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto the LORD against thee, and it be sin unto thee.

10. 10

    你总要给他，给他的时候心里不要忧伤；因耶和华你的神必在你这一切所行的，并你手里所办的事上，祝福你。

    你一定要给他，当你给他的时候，你的心里不要忧愁；因为这个事，主你的神会在你一切的工作里，和你的手所放的一切里，祝福你。

    你总要给他，给他的时候心里不可愁烦；因耶和华你的　神必在你这一切所行的，并你手里所办的事上，赐福与你。

    Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.

11. 11

    因为那地上的穷人永不断绝；所以我命令你说，总要向你地上困苦穷乏的弟兄松开手。

    因为土地上的贫穷人绝不会止息；因此我命令你，说，你要向在你土地中的弟兄，贫穷的，有需要的，敞开你的手。

    原来那地上的穷人永不断绝；所以我吩咐你说：‘总要向你地上困苦穷乏的弟兄松开手。’”

    For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

12. 12

    你弟兄中，若有一个希伯来男人或希伯来女人被卖给你，服侍你六年，到第七年就要任他自由出去。

    如果你的弟兄，一个希伯来男人或一个希伯来女人被卖给你，服务你六年；那么到第七年你就要让他脱离你自由地走。

    “你弟兄中，若有一个希伯来男人或希伯来女人被卖给你，服侍你六年，到第七年就要任他自由出去。

    And if thy brother, an Hebrew man, or an Hebrew woman, be sold unto thee, and serve thee six years; then in the seventh year thou shalt let him go free from thee.

13. 13

    你任他自由的时候，不能使他空手而去，

    当你让他脱离你自由的时候，你不要让他空手而归；

    你任他自由的时候，不可使他空手而去，

    And when thou sendest him out free from thee, thou shalt not let him go away empty:

14. 14

    要从你羊群、禾场、酒醡之中多多地给他；耶和华你的神怎样祝福你，你也要照样给他。

    你要从你的羊群，你的禾场，你的酒醡之中慷慨地供给他；主你的神祝福你的，你也要给他。

    要从你羊群、禾场、酒榨之中多多地给他；耶和华你的　神怎样赐福与你，你也要照样给他。

    Thou shalt furnish him liberally out of thy flock, and out of thy floor, and out of thy winepress: of that wherewith the LORD thy God hath blessed thee thou shalt give unto him.

15. 15

    要记念你在埃及地曾是奴隶，耶和华你的神将你救赎；因此，我今天命令你这件事。

    你要记得你在埃及的土地里曾是奴隶，主你的神把你赎回；因此，我今天命令你这件事。

    要记念你在埃及地作过奴仆，耶和华你的　神将你救赎；因此，我今日吩咐你这件事。

    And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee: therefore I command thee this thing to day.

16. 16

    他若对你说，我不愿意离开你，是因他爱你和你的家，并且因在你那里很好，

    会这样，如果他对你说，我不要离开你；因为他爱你和你的家，因为他与你在一起很好；

    他若对你说：‘我不愿意离开你’，是因他爱你和你的家，且因在你那里很好，

    And it shall be, if he say unto thee, I will not go away from thee; because he loveth thee and thine house, because he is well with thee;

17. 17

    你就要拿锥子将他的耳朵在门上刺透，他便永为你的仆人了。你待女仆也要这样。

    那么你就要拿锥子把他的耳朵在门上刺透，他就会永远作你的仆人。你对你的女仆也要像这样做。

    你就要拿锥子将他的耳朵在门上刺透，他便永为你的奴仆了。你待婢女也要这样。

    Then thou shalt take an aul, and thrust it through his ear unto the door, and he shall be thy servant for ever. And also unto thy maidservant thou shalt do likewise.

18. 18

    你给他自由的时候，对你来说不应觉得为难，因他服侍你六年，对你来说他配得雇工的双倍。耶和华你的神就必在你所作的一切事上祝福你。

    当你送他脱离你得自由的时候，对你来说不要觉得为难；因他服务你六年，对你来说他配得雇佣仆人的双倍；主你的神就会在你做的一切事里祝福你。

    你任他自由的时候，不可以为难事，因他服侍你六年，较比雇工的工价多加一倍了。耶和华你的　神就必在你所做的一切事上赐福与你。”

    It shall not seem hard unto thee, when thou sendest him away free from thee; for he hath been worth a double hired servant to thee, in serving thee six years: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all that thou doest.

19. 19

    你牛群羊群中头生的，凡是公的，都要分别为圣，归耶和华你的神。牛群中头生的，不能用它耕地；羊群中头生的，不能剪毛。

    你的牛群羊群中一切首生的雄性，你都要为圣归主你的神；你的牛群中首生的，你不要用它做任何工作；你的羊群中首生的，不要剪毛。

    “你牛群羊群中头生的，凡是公的，都要分别为圣，归耶和华你的　神。牛群中头生的，不可用它耕地；羊群中头生的，不可剪毛。

    All the firstling males that come of thy herd and of thy flock thou shalt sanctify unto the LORD thy God: thou shalt do no work with the firstling of thy bullock, nor shear the firstling of thy sheep.

20. 20

    这头生的，你和你的家属，每年要在耶和华所选择的地方，在耶和华你神面前吃。

    你和你的家属，每年在主选择的地方，要在主你的神面前吃。

    这头生的，你和你的家属，每年要在耶和华所选择的地方，在耶和华你　神面前吃。

    Thou shalt eat it before the LORD thy God year by year in the place which the LORD shall choose, thou and thy household.

21. 21

    这头生的若有什么毛病，就如瘸腿的、瞎眼的，无论有什么恶的毛病，都不能献给耶和华你的神；

    如果其中有任何瑕疵，就如瘸腿，或瞎眼，或有任何病态，你都不要把它祭祀给主你的神。

    这头生的若有什么残疾，就如瘸腿的、瞎眼的，无论有什么恶残疾，都不可献给耶和华你的　神；

    And if there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or have any ill blemish, thou shalt not sacrifice it unto the LORD thy God.

22. 22

    可以在你城里吃；洁净人与不洁净人都可以吃，就如吃羚羊与鹿一般。

    你要在你的众大门里吃它；不洁净与洁净的人都一样可以吃它，就如吃羚羊和鹿一样。

    可以在你城里吃；洁净人与不洁净人都可以吃，就如吃羚羊与鹿一般。

    Thou shalt eat it within thy gates: the unclean and the clean person shall eat it alike, as the roebuck, and as the hart.

23. 23

    只是不能吃它的血；要倒在地上，如同倒水一样。

    只是你不要吃它的血；你要把它像水一样倒在地面上。

    只是不可吃它的血；要倒在地上，如同倒水一样。”

    Only thou shalt not eat the blood thereof; thou shalt pour it upon the ground as water.
