提阿非罗啊，我已经作了前书，说到耶稣开头一切所行所教导的，
西奥菲路斯啊，我已经作了之前的论述，关于所有耶稣一开始做的和教导的，

The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,

直到他借着圣灵命令所拣选的使徒们，以后被接上升的日子为止。
直到他被接上去的那天，在他通过神圣之魄给了他选择的使徒们诫命之后；
直到他藉着圣灵吩咐所拣选的使徒，以后被接上升的日子为止。
Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:

他受害之后，用许多无误的证据，将自己活活地显给使徒们看，四十天之久向他们显现，讲说神国的事。
在他的受难之后，借着许多无误的证据，又把自己活活地显给他们，被他们看见四十天，并讲说隶属于神的王国的事；

To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:

耶稣和他们聚集的时候，命令他们说，不要离开耶路撒冷，要等候父所应许的，就是他说你们已经听了我。

And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.

正如约翰实在是用水施浸，但不多几天，你们要受圣灵的浸。
因约翰确实是用水施浸；但不用许多天，你们就会被神圣之魄施浸。
约翰是用水施洗，但不多几日，你们要受圣灵的洗。”
For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.

当他们聚集的时候，他们问他说，主啊，你再恢复以色列国就在这时候吗？
因此当他们来到一起的时候，他们问到他，说，主，你要在这时候再次把王国恢复给以色列吗？
他们聚集的时候，问耶稣说：“主啊，你复兴以色列国就在这时候吗？”
When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?

他对他们说，父凭着自己的权力所定的时间或季节，不是你们可以知道的。
然后他对他们说，众时间或众时节不是你们能知道的，父亲已经把这些放在了他的权力中。
耶稣对他们说：“父凭着自己的权柄所定的时候、日期，不是你们可以知道的。
And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

但圣灵临到你们之后，你们就必得到能力，并要在耶路撒冷、犹太全地，和撒玛利亚，直到地极，成为我的见证。
但神圣之魄来到你们身上之后，你们就会接受权力；然后你们会在耶路撒冷，并在犹迪亚全地，又在撒玛利亚，直到这地最远的部分，作我的见证人。
但圣灵降临在你们身上，你们就必得着能力，并要在耶路撒冷、犹太全地，和撒玛利亚，直到地极，作我的见证。”
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.

And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;

说，加利利人哪，你们为什么站着望天呢？这离开你们被接升天的同一位耶稣，你们见他怎样往天上去，他还要怎样来。
他们也说，你们加利利的众人，你们为什么站着仰望天？这从你们被接上天的同一个耶稣，你们怎么看见他上天去，他就会怎么以同样的方式来。
“加利利人哪，你们为什么站着望天呢？这离开你们被接升天的耶稣，你们见他怎样往天上去，他还要怎样来。”
Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey.

当他们进了城，就上了所住的一个楼上的房间；在那里有彼得、约翰、雅各、安得烈、腓力、多马、巴多罗买、马太、亚勒腓的儿子雅各、激进派的西门，和雅各的兄弟犹大。

And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of James.

These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.

那时，（聚会的人数约有一百二十名，）彼得就在门徒们中间站起来，说，

And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples, and said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty,)

先生们、弟兄们！圣灵借大卫的口，在圣经上预言领人抓耶稣的犹大，这经文是必须应验的。
男人们和弟兄们，这个书文必须被应验，就是神圣之魄之前借大卫的口讲的，关于为那些抓耶稣的人作向导的犹达斯。
说：“弟兄们！圣灵藉大卫的口，在圣经上预言领人捉拿耶稣的犹大，这话是必须应验的。
Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Ghost by the mouth of David spake before concerning Judas, which was guide to them that took Jesus.

他曾与我们同列，并且在这事工上得了一分。
因他曾和我们一起被数算，并且在这服侍上获得了份。
他本来列在我们数中，并且在使徒的职任上得了一份。
For he was numbered with us, and had obtained part of this ministry.

这人用他作恶的工价买了一块田，以后身子仆倒，肚腹崩裂，内脏都流出来。
现在，这个人用罪过的报酬买了一块田地；他头朝下仆倒，中间爆裂，他的脏腑都流了出来。

Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out.

住在耶路撒冷的众人都知道这事，所以按着他们那里的话给那块田起名叫亚革大马，就是血田的意思。
这事耶路撒冷的所有居民都知道；到一个地步那田地被他们当地的语言叫作阿瑟尔达马，就是说，血的田地。

And it was known unto all the dwellers at Jerusalem; insomuch as that field is called in their proper tongue, Aceldama, that is to say, The field of blood.

因为诗篇上写着，说，愿他的住处变为荒场，无人在内居住。又说，愿别人得他的职分。
因在诗篇书上写道，让他的住处变为荒凉，让其中没有人居住；让另一个人得他的监督职分。

For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take.

所以，主耶稣在我们中间始终出入的时候，
所以，从这些人中，就是主耶稣在我们当中出入时，曾全时间陪伴我们的，
所以，主耶稣在我们中间始终出入的时候，
Wherefore of these men which have companied with us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us,

就是从约翰的浸礼开始，直到主离开我们被接上升的日子为止，必须从那常与我们作伴的人中立一位与我们同作耶稣复活的见证。

Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection.

于是选举两个人，就是那叫作巴撒巴，又被称为犹士都的约瑟，和马提亚。

And they appointed two, Joseph called Barsabas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias.

他们就祷告说，主啊，你知道万人的心，求你从这两个人中，指明你所拣选的是谁，
然后他们就请求，说，主，你这知道所有人心的，显出你从这两个当中选择了哪一个，
众人就祷告说：“主啊，你知道万人的心，求你从这两个人中，指明你所拣选的是谁，叫他得这使徒的位分。这位分犹大已经丢弃，往自己的地方去了。”
And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen,

叫他得这使徒的位分。这位分犹大因为犯罪已经丢弃，往他自己的地方去了。
使他可以有份于这服侍和使徒职分，就是犹达斯因违犯跌倒而留下的，使他可以去到他自己的地方。
That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.

于是众人为他们抓阄，抓出马提亚来；他就和十一个使徒同列。
然后他们就抽出他们的签；签就落到了马提亚斯身上；他就和十一个使徒一起被数算。

And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.
