当耶和华救大卫脱离一切仇敌和扫罗之手的日子，他向耶和华念这歌，
在主把大卫从他一切敌人和扫尔手中救出来的那天里，他向主唱了这首歌的词语；

And David spake unto the LORD the words of this song in the day that the LORD had delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies, and out of the hand of Saul:

他说，耶和华是我的岩石，我的要塞，我的拯救者，
他说，主是我的岩石，我的要塞，我的拯救者；
说：“耶和华是我的岩石，我的山寨，我的救主，
And he said, The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
3
我的磐石的神；我信靠他；他是我的盾牌，是我的拯救的角，我的高台，我的避难所，我的拯救者；你救我脱离了强暴。
神我的岩石；我要信靠他；他是我的盾牌，是我的拯救的角，我的高塔，我的避难所，我的拯救者；你从暴力中拯救了我。
我的　神，我的磐石，我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的高台，是我的避难所。我的救主啊，你是救我脱离强暴的。
The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.

我要求告当赞美的耶和华，这样，我必从仇敌手中被救出来。
我要呼叫配受赞美的主；我也是这样从我的众敌人中被拯救。

I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.

曾有死亡的波浪环绕我，不敬虔之人的急流使我害怕，
死亡的波浪围绕我，不敬神之人的急流使我害怕；
曾有死亡的波浪环绕我，匪类的急流使我惊惧，
When the waves of death compassed me, the floods of ungodly men made me afraid;
6
地狱的愁苦缠绕我，死亡的网罗临到我。
地狱的悲伤四周围绕我；死亡的网罗迎接我；
阴间的绳索缠绕我，死亡的网罗临到我。
The sorrows of hell compassed me about; the snares of death prevented me;
7
我在急难中求告耶和华，向我的神呼求。他从殿中听了我的声音，我的呼求入了他的耳中。
我在我的危难中呼喊主，并向我的神哭喊；他就从他的殿中听了我的声音，我的哭喊进入了他的耳。

In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried to my God: and he did hear my voice out of his temple, and my cry did enter into his ears.

那时因他发怒，地就摇撼战抖，天的根基也震动摇撼。
于是这地就摇动并颤抖；因为他恼怒，山丘的根基也都移动并摇动。

Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations of heaven moved and shook, because he was wroth.

从他鼻孔冒烟上腾，从他口中发火焚烧，连炭也着了。
从他的鼻孔有一阵烟上腾，从他的口发出火吞灭；炭也被它点着了。

There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it.

他又使天下垂，亲自降临，有黑暗在他脚下。
他也让众天屈身，又下来；并且有黑暗在他脚下。

He bowed the heavens also, and came down; and darkness was under his feet.

他乘基路伯飞行，在风的翅膀上显现。
他驾乘在一个基路伯上，就飞行；他在风的翅膀上被看到。
他坐着基路伯飞行，在风的翅膀上显现。
And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: and he was seen upon the wings of the wind.

他以黑暗和聚集的水、天空的厚云为他四围的行宫。
他让黑暗的帐篷四周围绕他，就是黑暗的众水和众天空的密云。

And he made darkness pavilions round about him, dark waters, and thick clouds of the skies.

因他面前的光辉炭都着了。
因他面前的光亮炭火就被点燃了。

Through the brightness before him were coals of fire kindled.

耶和华从天上打雷，至高者发出声音。
主从天上打雷，至高者发出他的声音。

The LORD thundered from heaven, and the most High uttered his voice.
15
他射出箭来，使仇敌四散，发出闪电，使他们扰乱。
他发出箭来，并使它们四散；发出闪电，并击溃它们。
他射出箭来，使仇敌四散，发出闪电，使他们扰乱。
And he sent out arrows, and scattered them; lightning, and discomfited them.
16
耶和华的斥责一发，鼻孔的气一出，海底就出现，世界的根基也显露。
主一斥责，鼻孔的气一惊吓，海的通道就显现，世界的众根基也被发现。

And the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were discovered, at the rebuking of the LORD, at the blast of the breath of his nostrils.

他从高天伸手抓住我，把我从多水中拉上来。
他从高处派遣，他抓住我；他把我从许多水中拉出来；
他从高天伸手抓住我，把我从大水中拉上来。
He sent from above, he took me; he drew me out of many waters;
18
他救我脱离我的劲敌和那些恨我的人，因为他们比我强盛。
他拯救我脱离我强壮的敌人，并脱离那些恨我的人；因他们对我来说太强壮了。
他救我脱离我的劲敌和那些恨我的人，因为他们比我强盛。
He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them that hated me: for they were too strong for me.

我遭遇灾难的日子，他们来攻击我，但耶和华是我的倚靠。
他们在我遭难的那天迎接我；但主是我的停留。

They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the LORD was my stay.
20
他又领我到宽阔之处，他搭救我，因他喜悦我。
他又把我带出来进入一个宽大的地方；他拯救了我，因为他喜欢我。
他又领我到宽阔之处；他救拔我，因他喜悦我。
He brought me forth also into a large place: he delivered me, because he delighted in me.
21
耶和华按着我的公义奖赏我，按着我手中的清洁酬劳我。
主按照我的正义奖赏我；按照我手中的清洁他回报了我。
耶和华按着我的公义报答我，按着我手中的清洁赏赐我。
The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness: according to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me.
22
因为我遵守了耶和华的众道路，从没作恶离开我的神。
因我持守了主的众道路，从没有邪恶地离开我的神。
因为我遵守了耶和华的道，未曾作恶离开我的　神。
For I have kept the ways of the LORD, and have not wickedly departed from my God.
23
他的一切典章在我面前，他的律例，我也没离弃。
因他的一切判决都在我面前；至于他的法规，我也没离开。
他的一切典章常在我面前；他的律例，我也未曾离弃。
For all his judgments were before me: and as for his statutes, I did not depart from them.
24
我在他面前正直，我也保守自己远离我的罪孽。
我也在他面前正直，并且持守自己远离我的罪过。
我在他面前作了完全人；我也保守自己远离我的罪孽。
I was also upright before him, and have kept myself from mine iniquity.
25
所以耶和华按我的公义，按我在他眼前的清洁酬劳我。
因此，主按照我的正义，又按照我在他眼里的清洁回报了我。
所以耶和华按我的公义，按我在他眼前的清洁赏赐我。
Therefore the LORD hath recompensed me according to my righteousness; according to my cleanness in his eye sight.
26
有怜悯的人，你必彰显你是怜悯的，正直的人，你必彰显你是正直的，
在怜悯者那里，你会显出你的怜悯，在正直者那里，你会显出你的正直。
慈爱的人，你以慈爱待他；完全的人，你以完全待他；
With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful, and with the upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright.
27
纯洁的人，你以纯洁待他，乖僻的人，你以厌恶待他。
在纯粹者那里，你会显出你的纯粹；在骄横者那里，你会显出你的厌恶。
清洁的人，你以清洁待他；乖僻的人，你以弯曲待他。
With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself unsavoury.
28
困苦的百姓，你必拯救，但你的眼睛察看高傲的人，使他降卑。
受折磨的人民，你会救；但你的眼睛察看傲慢者，使你可以降低他们。
困苦的百姓，你必拯救；但你的眼目察看高傲的人，使他降卑。
And the afflicted people thou wilt save: but thine eyes are upon the haughty, that thou mayest bring them down.
29
耶和华啊，你是我的灯，耶和华必照明我的黑暗。
主啊，你是我的灯；主会照亮我的黑暗。
耶和华啊，你是我的灯；耶和华必照明我的黑暗。
For thou art my lamp, O LORD: and the LORD will lighten my darkness.
30
我借着你冲破敌军，借着我的神跳过围墙。
借着你我已冲破一支部队；借着我的神我已越过一面墙。
我藉着你冲入敌军，藉着我的　神跳过墙垣。
For by thee I have run through a troop: by my God have I leaped over a wall.
31
至于神，他的道是完全的，耶和华的话是炼净的。凡信靠他的，他便作他们的盾牌。
至于神，他的路是完美的；主的话被试炼过；所有信靠他的，他是他们的圆盾。
至于　神，他的道是完全的；耶和华的话是炼净的。凡投靠他的，他便作他们的盾牌。
As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him.
32
除了耶和华，谁是神呢？除了我们的神，谁是磐石呢？
除了主，谁是神？除了我们的神，谁是岩石？
除了耶和华，谁是　神呢？除了我们的　神，谁是磐石呢？
For who is God, save the LORD? and who is a rock, save our God?
33
神是我的力量和能力，他使我的道路完全。
神是我的强力和权力；他使我的道路完美。
神是我坚固的保障；他引导完全人行他的路。
God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect.
34
他使我的脚快如母鹿的蹄，又使我在高处安稳。
他使我的脚如母鹿的蹄；又把我立在我的高处。
他使我的脚快如母鹿的蹄，又使我在高处安稳。
He maketh my feet like hinds' feet: and setteth me upon my high places.
35
他教导我的手能以争战，甚至我的膀臂能开钢弓。
他教导我的手去争战；以致钢弓都被我的膀臂折断。
他教导我的手能以争战，甚至我的膀臂能开铜弓。
He teacheth my hands to war; so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.
36
你也给了我你的拯救的盾牌；你的温和使我伟大。
你也给了我你拯救的盾牌；你的温柔使我强大。
你把你的救恩给我作盾牌；你的温和使我为大。
Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy gentleness hath made me great.
37
你使我脚下的地步宽阔，我的脚从没滑跌。
你使我下面的，我的脚步宽阔；以致我的脚不打滑。
你使我脚下的地步宽阔；我的脚未曾滑跌。
Thou hast enlarged my steps under me; so that my feet did not slip.
38
我追赶我的仇敌，毁灭了他们，未灭以前，我不回去。
我已追赶我的众敌人，并毁灭他们；我不转回，直到我消灭了他们。
我追赶我的仇敌，灭绝了他们，未灭以先，我没有归回。
I have pursued mine enemies, and destroyed them; and turned not again until I had consumed them.
39
我灭绝了他们，打伤了他们，使他们不能起来，他们都倒在我的脚下。
我已灭了他们，伤了他们，使他们不能起来；是的，他们倒在我的脚下。
我灭绝了他们，打伤了他们，使他们不能起来；他们都倒在我的脚下。
And I have consumed them, and wounded them, that they could not arise: yea, they are fallen under my feet.
40
因为你曾以力量束我的腰，使我能争战，你也使那起来攻击我的都服在我以下。
因你用强力束了我的腰去打仗；那起来攻击我的，你都制伏在我下面。
因为你曾以力量束我的腰，使我能争战；你也使那起来攻击我的都服在我以下。
For thou hast girded me with strength to battle: them that rose up against me hast thou subdued under me.
41
你把我仇敌的脖子交给我，叫我能毁灭那些恨我的人。
你也把我众敌人的脖子交给我，让我可以毁灭那些恨我的人。
你又使我的仇敌在我面前转背逃跑，叫我能以剪除那恨我的人。
Thou hast also given me the necks of mine enemies, that I might destroy them that hate me.
42
他们仰望，却无人拯救，就是呼求耶和华，他也不回答他们。
他们寻求，却无人搭救；就是向主寻求，但他不回答他们。
他们仰望，却无人拯救；就是呼求耶和华，他也不应允。
They looked, but there was none to save; even unto the LORD, but he answered them not.
43
我捣碎他们，如同地上的灰尘，践踏他们，四散在地，如同街上的泥土。
于是我把他们打碎，就像这地上的尘，我践踏他们，就像街上的泥，并把他们散到各处。

Then did I beat them as small as the dust of the earth, I did stamp them as the mire of the street, and did spread them abroad.
44
你救我脱离我百姓的争吵，保护我作外邦的元首，我素不认识的民必侍奉我。
你也救我脱离我人民的竞争，你使我作异教徒的头；我不知道的人民会服务我。
你救我脱离我百姓的争竞，保护我作列国的元首；我素不认识的民必侍奉我。
Thou also hast delivered me from the strivings of my people, thou hast kept me to be head of the heathen: a people which I knew not shall serve me.
45
外邦人要投降我，一听见我的名声就必顺从我。
外人们会服从我；他们一听见，就会顺服我。
外邦人要投降我，一听见我的名声就必顺从我。
Strangers shall submit themselves unto me: as soon as they hear, they shall be obedient unto me.
46
外邦人要衰残，他们将害怕地出他们的隐蔽之地。
外人们会消逝，并且他们会在他们的各封闭处害怕。
外邦人要衰残，战战兢兢地出他们的营寨。
Strangers shall fade away, and they shall be afraid out of their close places.
47
耶和华活着；我的磐石是应当称颂的；我的拯救的磐石的神是崇高的。
主活着；我的岩石是蒙福的；神是崇高的，他是我拯救的岩石。
耶和华是活　神，愿我的磐石被人称颂！愿　神，那拯救我的磐石被人尊崇！
The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation.
48
这位神就是那为我伸冤、使众民服在我以下的。
是神，给我报仇，并使人民倒在我下面。
这位　神就是那为我伸冤、使众民服在我以下的。
It is God that avengeth me, and that bringeth down the people under me.
49
你救我脱离仇敌，又把我举起，高过那些起来攻击我的，你救我脱离强暴的人。
你把我从我的众敌人中带出来；你也把我举在高处，超过过那些起来攻击我的；你拯救我脱离了强暴的人。
你救我脱离仇敌，又把我举起，高过那些起来攻击我的；你救我脱离强暴的人。
And that bringeth me forth from mine enemies: thou also hast lifted me up on high above them that rose up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.
50
耶和华啊，因此我要在外邦中将感谢归给你，我要向你的名歌唱赞美。
主啊，因此我要在异教徒当中给你感谢，我要向你的名歌唱赞美。
耶和华啊，因此我要在外邦中称谢你，歌颂你的名。
Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O LORD, among the heathen, and I will sing praises unto thy name.
51
他是他的王的拯救的高台，显出怜悯给他的受膏者，就是给大卫和他的种子，直到永远。
他为他的王成为拯救的塔；并向他的受膏抹者显出怜悯，向大卫，又向他的种子，直到永远。
耶和华赐极大的救恩给他所立的王，施慈爱给他的受膏者，就是给大卫和他的后裔，直到永远！”
He is the tower of salvation for his king: and sheweth mercy to his anointed, unto David, and to his seed for evermore.
