1. 1

   小孩子撒母耳在以利面前侍奉耶和华。当那些日子，耶和华的言语宝贵，没有公开的异象。

   这孩子撒姆尔就在以利面前服侍主。在那些日子里，主的话是宝贵的；也没有公开的异象。

   童子撒母耳在以利面前侍奉耶和华。当那些日子，耶和华的言语稀少，不常有默示。

   And the child Samuel ministered unto the LORD before Eli. And the word of the LORD was precious in those days; there was no open vision.

2. 2

   一天，以利睡卧在自己的地方；他眼睛昏暗，看不清楚。

   那时这样发生了，当以利躺在自己的地方，他的眼睛开始渐渐昏暗，使他看不见；

   一日，以利睡卧在自己的地方；他眼目昏花，看不分明。

   And it came to pass at that time, when Eli was laid down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim, that he could not see;

   神的灯在耶和华殿内约柜那里，还没有熄灭，撒母耳已经躺下睡了。

   在主殿里神的躯皿那里的神的灯熄灭之前，撒姆尔已经躺下睡了；

   神的灯在　神耶和华殿内约柜那里，还没有熄灭，撒母耳已经睡了。

   And ere the lamp of God went out in the temple of the LORD, where the ark of God was, and Samuel was laid down to sleep;

   耶和华呼唤撒母耳。撒母耳说，我在这里！

   主叫撒姆尔；他就回答，我在这里。

   耶和华呼唤撒母耳。撒母耳说：“我在这里！”

   That the LORD called Samuel: and he answered, Here am I.

5. 5

   他就跑到以利那里，说，你呼唤我？我在这里。以利回答说，我没有呼唤你，你回去躺下吧。他就去躺下了。

   他跑到以利那里，说，我在这里；因你叫我。他说，我没有叫；再躺下吧。他就去躺下了。

   就跑到以利那里，说：“你呼唤我？我在这里。”以利回答说：“我没有呼唤你，你去睡吧。”他就去睡了。

   And he ran unto Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou calledst me. And he said, I called not; lie down again. And he went and lay down.

6. 6

   耶和华又呼唤撒母耳。撒母耳起来，到以利那里，说，你呼唤我？我在这里。以利回答说，我的儿，我没有呼唤你，你回去躺下吧。

   主又叫，撒姆尔。撒姆尔又起来去到以利那里，说，我在这里；因你叫我。他回答，我没有叫，我的儿子；再躺下吧。

   耶和华又呼唤撒母耳。撒母耳起来，到以利那里，说：“你呼唤我？我在这里。”以利回答说：“我的儿，我没有呼唤你，你去睡吧。”

   And the LORD called yet again, Samuel. And Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou didst call me. And he answered, I called not, my son; lie down again.

7. 7

   那时，撒母耳还未认识耶和华，耶和华的话还没有向他启示。

   撒姆尔现在还不认识主，主的话也还没向他揭示。

   那时撒母耳还未认识耶和华，也未得耶和华的默示。

   Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD, neither was the word of the LORD yet revealed unto him.

8. 8

   耶和华第三次呼唤撒母耳。撒母耳起来，到以利那里，说，你又呼唤我？我在这里。以利才明白是耶和华呼唤小孩子。

   主又第三次叫撒姆尔。他又起来去到以利那里，说，我在这里；因你叫我。然后以利就意识到是主叫了那孩子。

   耶和华第三次呼唤撒母耳。撒母耳起来，到以利那里，说：“你又呼唤我？我在这里。”以利才明白是耶和华呼唤童子。

   And the LORD called Samuel again the third time. And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou didst call me. And Eli perceived that the LORD had called the child.

9. 9

   因此以利对撒母耳说，你仍回去躺下吧；若再呼唤你，你就说，耶和华啊，请说，仆人在听！撒母耳就去，仍躺在原处。

   因此以利对撒姆尔说，去，躺下吧；要这样，如果他叫你，你要说，主，讲吧；因你的仆人在听。撒姆尔就去，躺在他的地方。

   因此以利对撒母耳说：“你仍去睡吧；若再呼唤你，你就说：‘耶和华啊，请说，仆人敬听！’”撒母耳就去，仍睡在原处。

   Therefore Eli said unto Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, LORD; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place.

10. 10

    耶和华又来站着，像前三次呼唤说，撒母耳，撒母耳。撒母耳回答说，请说，仆人在听！

    主来了，站着，像其他几次那样叫，撒姆尔，撒姆尔。于是撒姆尔回答，讲吧；因你的仆人在听。

    耶和华又来站着，像前三次呼唤说：“撒母耳啊！撒母耳啊！”撒母耳回答说：“请说，仆人敬听！”

    And the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for thy servant heareth.

11. 11

    耶和华对撒母耳说，看啊，我在以色列中必行一件事，叫听见的人都必耳鸣。

    主对撒姆尔说，看啊，我在以色列里要做一件事，叫每个听见的人都耳鸣。

    耶和华对撒母耳说：“我在以色列中必行一件事，叫听见的人都必耳鸣。

    And the LORD said to Samuel, Behold, I will do a thing in Israel, at which both the ears of every one that heareth it shall tingle.

12. 12

    我指着以利家所说的一切事，到了时候，我必行在以利身上。

    那天我会履行我对以利讲过的关于以利家的一切事；当我开始了，我也会结束。

    我指着以利家所说的话，到了时候，我必始终应验在以利身上。

    In that day I will perform against Eli all things which I have spoken concerning his house: when I begin, I will also make an end.

13. 13

    我曾告诉他，我必永远审判与他的家，因他知道儿子作孽，自招咒诅，却不禁止他们。

    因我告诉过他，因他知道的这罪过，我要永远审判他的家；因为他的众子使自己成为可耻的，他却不制止他们。

    我曾告诉他必永远降罚与他的家，因他知道儿子作孽，自招咒诅，却不禁止他们。

    For I have told him that I will judge his house for ever for the iniquity which he knoweth; because his sons made themselves vile, and he restrained them not.

14. 14

    所以我向以利家起誓说，以利家的罪孽，永不能被祭物和礼物洗去。

    因此我向以利家发了誓说，以利家的罪过，永不会被祭品和牺牲物净化。

    所以我向以利家起誓说：‘以利家的罪孽，虽献祭奉礼物，永不能得赎去。’”

    And therefore I have sworn unto the house of Eli, that the iniquity of Eli's house shall not be purged with sacrifice nor offering for ever.

15. 15

    撒母耳就躺到天亮，就开了耶和华家的门，畏惧将异象告诉以利。

    撒姆尔就躺到早晨，开了主家的众门。撒姆尔畏惧去显给以利这异象。

    撒母耳睡到天亮，就开了耶和华的殿门，不敢将默示告诉以利。

    And Samuel lay until the morning, and opened the doors of the house of the LORD. And Samuel feared to shew Eli the vision.

16. 16

    以利呼唤撒母耳说，我儿撒母耳啊！撒母耳回答说，我在这里！

    于是以利叫撒姆尔，说，撒姆尔，我的儿子。他回答，我在这里。

    以利呼唤撒母耳说：“我儿撒母耳啊！”撒母耳回答说：“我在这里！”

    Then Eli called Samuel, and said, Samuel, my son. And he answered, Here am I.

17. 17

    他说，耶和华对你说什么，求你不要向我隐瞒；你若将神对你所说的隐瞒一句，愿他重重地降罚与你。

    他说，主对你说了什么事？我请求你不要向我隐藏；如果你把神对你说的所有事情向我隐藏任何一件，愿神也对你做同样的事，并更甚。

    以利说：“耶和华对你说什么，你不要向我隐瞒；你若将　神对你所说的隐瞒一句，愿他重重地降罚与你。”

    And he said, What is the thing that the LORD hath said unto thee? I pray thee hide it not from me: God do so to thee, and more also, if thou hide any thing from me of all the things that he said unto thee.

18. 18

    撒母耳就把一切话都告诉了他，并没有隐瞒。他说，这是出于耶和华，愿他随自己看为好的而行。

    撒姆尔就把每一点都告诉了他，没有对他隐藏什么。他说，这是主；让他去做他看为好的吧。

    撒母耳就把一切话都告诉了以利，并没有隐瞒。以利说：“这是出于耶和华，愿他凭自己的意旨而行。”

    And Samuel told him every whit, and hid nothing from him. And he said, It is the LORD: let him do what seemeth him good.

19. 19

    撒母耳长大了，耶和华与他同在，使他所说的话一句都不落空。

    撒姆尔长大了，主与他在一起，又让他的话语没有一句落在地面上。

    撒母耳长大了，耶和华与他同在，使他所说的话一句都不落空。

    And Samuel grew, and the LORD was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground.

20. 20

    从但到别是巴所有的以色列人都知道耶和华立撒母耳为先知。

    从但到比耳实巴全以色列都知道主立了撒姆尔作一个预言者。

    从但到别是巴所有的以色列人都知道耶和华立撒母耳为先知。

    And all Israel from Dan even to Beersheba knew that Samuel was established to be a prophet of the LORD.

21. 21

    耶和华又在示罗显现；因为耶和华在示罗借着耶和华的话，将自己揭示给撒母耳。

    主再次在示罗里显现了；因主在示罗里借主的话，把自己揭示给了撒姆尔。

    耶和华又在示罗显现；因为耶和华将自己的话默示撒母耳，撒母耳就把这话传遍以色列地。

    And the LORD appeared again in Shiloh: for the LORD revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the LORD.
